Great little hotel in a good location

Easy to find from Yokohama station. Despite being in an area that gets busy at night, it was super quiet inside the hotel. The room was fine, had everything we needed. It was bigger than most business hotel rooms but smaller than some we had stayed at. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness wasn't 100% up to Japanese standards we are used to, but it was still ok and comfortable enough for one night.

1人で予約してたのですが2人に変更してもらえました。とても手際良くて助かりました。お部屋はとても清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。

ドライヤーの風が弱かった冷蔵庫に入れてたのに全く冷えてなかった備え付けてある充電器が壊れてて使えなかった UFBをさす場所がなかった。

駅チカ・コスパ良宿

横浜駅から徒歩圏内で便利でした。お部屋は小さいものの、必要なものは全て揃っており（アメニティは受付の階で必要なぶんを持っていく形）静かなお部屋だったので、快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方にも丁寧に接客していただきました。

特に有りませんが、強いて言うのであれば、水回りがもう少し綺麗に清掃されていればよかったなと思います。

シャンプーがかなり良い。

シャンプーがすごくよかった。髪の毛がつるつるつやつやになりました。皮膚の弱い私でも使えました。シャンプーは非売品のようですね。販売してほしいです。レディースフロアのコーヒーや紅茶を無料で美味しくいただけて得した気分でした。

ほぼ満足、次も利用したい。

回りにお店が沢山あって、コンビニも近かった。お風呂が丸い感じで可愛く、清潔だった。

冷蔵庫に冷凍がなかったので、飲み物を凍らせたりアイスを入れたり出来なかった。

Quite small but clean room, very convenient location.

The room was clean and the location was great.

The bathroom smelled like an old mop and when I turned down the aircon it smelled weird. I guess they need to ventilate more after cleaning the rooms.

Superb

Quiet and clean room. Secure access through elevator, no need to go through reception. Staff was responsive. Location for my purpose. I will certainly book again Unizo. 😀

I wish I had a better view from the window. (Blind view in between buildings.) So it was a little dark.

Highly recommend this hotel for travellers and foodies.

Great location, few minutes walking distance from Yokohama Station with many restaurants nearby. The staffs are friendly, helpful and speak good English.

Good choice for those using trains

Location is good if taking trains; 10 mins brisk walk along a busy straight road radiating from the station. Many malls and restaurants around, including those in the station. Bus stop just 2 mins walk away provides alternative transport to key sight-seeing spots. Hotel provides skincare products, tea/coffee sachets and a bottle of water for each guest everyday. Twin Room is new, very clean, spacious and comfortable for two. Toyota car rental just 5 mins walk away

Excellent location. Helpful staff. Clean modern building.

Smallest hotel room I have ever seen. No room for luggage. Bed is obstructed on three sides. I had to climb over my wife to get out of bed to get to the bathroom at night. Tiny room; even by Japan standards. (My third trip to Japan)

Not an issue for me as I was travelling solo and only for one night, but there's not much room for luggage!

Comfortable Hotel close to trains.

The staff was courteous and efficient, both at the reception and the room cleaning service.

The breakfast was not in house but outsourced to a restaurant. There was no vegetarian choice but the staff were kind enough to fix me a vegetarian variation. However, I had to make do with the same stuff all six days I stayed there. I had a similar experience in Tokyo. It would be better if they specified in Booking.com that it is not a buffet breakfast as is the case in most of Japan.

Unizo west yokohama is awesome

Location, the room, the cleaniness. The staff are absolutely great.

Not really didn't like, just that room is a bit small. But still good value for money.

Terrible quality WiFi - avoid if you need a stable internet connection.

The location of the hotel is convenient, within walking distance of Yokohama station. The check-in and check-out were very efficient.

The WiFi connection was horrible. It was so bad that I couldn't even maintain a stable connection for a Zoom call or watch a YouTube video without the connection cutting out in the middle. I have never experienced such poor WiFi at a legitimate hotel in Japan. The curtains were also extremely dusty. Unfortunately, I had to move them to the side to pull down the blinds.

i would like a second pillow and a small side table. I have a CPAP machine for sleeping and have used the luggage rack but the rack is a little too soft and flimsy.
