Had an amazing time in italy. The property is fantastic and had everything we required. The views are amazing as you can see on the pictures.
It is a bit of a walk to the centre and is a steep walk back to the villa.
The owners are great and catered for a couple of things we needed.
I would certainly recommend this property to anyone.

Thank you Favio, we really enjoyed our holidays in your house. The lake can be seen from almost each room in the house! The garden is perfect for children and relaxing afternoons. Only the walking distance to the city of Lierna is quite long. Nice place!

This villa is more than functional and tastefully decorated. The view of the lake from the house and the great garden is magnificent and Favio is an exceptional host.
We were very happy to be able to bring our dogs.
We enjoyed the stay very much!

Great house and a very comfortable stay with fast Internet. The views to the lake are absolutely stunning. House was very clean and all kitchen basics provided as well as oil, salt, sugar, etc.
There are some toys that my 2 yr old loved playing with outside and a trampoline, providing him entertainment and giving us some quiet time.
The accommodation MAY be tricky to find due to some narrow roads but personally, after researching on Google maps, we had no troubles finding the house.
Favio is very friendly, helpful and kind.

Firstly may I say what an absolute gentleman Favio is. I booked the property a couple of years ago, to visit the Moto Guzzi 100 year anniversary with friends and family. Obviously with the Covid issues, it was delayed. Favio kept in constant communication, reassuring me all was well.
On arriving at the villa in September 2022, we found a beautiful property, with views of the lake and the mountains to the rear.
Favio met us, and showed us around the villa. Absolutely amazing. The villa was spotless, and the facilities were excellent.
(I think it must have the best view from the loo that i have ever seen 😊)
I must admit, we did find it a little difficult to locate when travelling back and forth on the motorcycles, but we finally got it😁.
My family flew in a couple of days later, and were truly impressed with the property.
The morning after we arrived, we found a large basket of grapes left on the table outside, and when my family arrived, we found that a basket of pastries had been left for us. It is little things like this that really make an impression.
The walk down to the train station is a little bit of a hike, and taxis are scarce, so transport may be advisable..., we used the motorcycles to shuttle the family back from the station when we returned from the Moto Guzzi rally.
Did I mention the garage..huge, and very secure. Happy to leave our bikes in there.
All in all a superb property and a fantastic host. Not overbearing, but was there when you needed him.
No complaints whatsoever.
(A word of advice though.. When the weather is a little damp, as with everywhere, it does seem to bring the midges out, so don't forget your Autan midge repellent😊)

Schöner Ort
Dieses schöne Ferienhaus liegt im ruhigen Ort Lierna.
Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Es ist einfach toll!! Der Gastgeber ist fürsorglich und sorgt immer mal wieder für eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Der Standort ist gut für Ausflüge nach Mailand und co. Wir haben das nicht gebraucht, da wir die Ruhe dieses beschaulichen Ortes genossen haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wunderbare Woche
Wir hatten eine ganz und gar wunderbare Woche. Unschlagbar: Ein abendlicher Aperol Spritz auf der Terrasse mit DIESEM Ausblick und einem Sonnenuntergang um 20.30 Uhr! Favio ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher und diskreter Gastgeber, leckere Dolci inclusive. Erwähnenswert, dass man vom Haus aus schön wandern kann und an den Strand zu Fuß gelangt. Wir freuen uns schon auf 2023, denn da werden wir wieder an unserem Lieblingsplatz auf der Terrasse vor dem Haus sitzen und genießen :).

Super Lage
Das Haus liegt etwas höher das der See, somit hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den See und die umliegenden Dörfer und Berge. Selbst aus dem Schlafzimmer beim Aufwachen.
Der Herd und die Spülmaschine scheinen ein gewisses Eigenleben zu führen, was aber verschmerzbar ist.
Die Gastfreundlichkeit von Fabio ist hervorzuheben. Einige Male hat er uns mit Kirschen oder auch etwas Süßem überrascht. Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.
Das Haus ist ohne Ortskenntnisse beim ersten Mal etwas schwer zu finden. Wir kommen auf jedenfall gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit schönem Ausblick
Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit grossem Umschwung mit vielen Olivenbäumen und schönem Ausblick auf den See. Es gab auch ein Babybett und Hochstuhl. Favio war ein super Gastgeber und hat uns was Süsses gebracht. Wir werden bestimmt nochmals kommen.

Gerne wieder
Wir haben mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar einen Kurztrip an den Comer See unternommen.
Obwohl das Wetter nicht wirklich gut war, haben wir den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Wir konnten trotz den kühlen Temperaturen immer mal wieder auf der Terrasse in der Sonne sitzen. Der Blick auf den See ist wunderbar und wir kamen sofort in Urlaubsstimmung.
Favio ist wirklich sehr nett und brachte uns sogar noch leckeres Gebäck vorbei.
Wanderwege gibt es vom Haus weg und bieten einen tollen Ausblick auf den See. Auch Mailand ist nicht weit weg.
Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Ein gut ausgestattet und schönes Ferienhaus.
Das Ferienhaus liegt zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten am See. Der Rückweg ist etwas mühselig, da es bergauf geht. Das Grundstück ist für einen Hund ein Paradies. Man hat jeden Komfort, außer einen Kritikpunkt habe ich , das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr unbequem. Haben schöne Tage dort verbracht.

Wohlfühloase
Auch wir sind begeistert von dem Haus und von Favio. Der Garten ,die Zimmer laden zum Erholen ein.Favio ist erreichbar aber nicht dauernd präsent,so daß man seine Privatsphäre hat.Leider war kein deutsches TV zu empfangen, was Favio aber ändern möchte,nur in unserer Woche hat es nicht gereicht.Für Kinder ist auch viel geboten,Fahrräder und Spielzeug ,alles da .

Gute Aussicht und erholsamer Urlaub
Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gelungen. Favio und seine Familie sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Es ist alles vor Ort was man zu Beginn benötigt.
Kleinere Mankos waren die Adresse, welche irritiert hat, da bei Maps und die angegebene bei Fewo kleine Unterschiede liegen. Weiterhin sind die zwei Einzelbetten nicht so einfach zusammenzuschieben und der Berg zum „Strand“ ist recht steil. Wir empfehlen lieber mit dem Auto runter zu fahren.
Nichts desto trotz können wir uns nicht viel beklagen, das angesprochene sind Kleinigkeiten. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Die Garage ist super, damit das Auto nicht in der Hitze stehen muss. Wir können das Angebot mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Localisation exceptionnelle avec vue sur le lac. Maison avec un grand garage, idéale pour nous qui sommes venu en voiture avec la remorque à motos.
Les petits plus de la maison sont appréciables (barbecue, air conditionné).

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch schlechtes Wetter kann man hier sehr gut aushalten. Wanderungen ins nahe Gebirge gibt es ausreichend und den Comer See erreicht man zu Fuß in 19 Minuten.

Eine wunderbare Woche in Favios Haus am Comersee
Lieber Favio,
wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in deinem schönen Haus mit riesigem Garten und schöner Landschaft. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und die Kommunikation mit Favio war vor und während dem Urlaub reibungslos. Wir haben sogar einen Willkommensgruß und zwischendurch ein Päckchen mit süßen Teilen auf die Terrasse hingelegt bekommen - einfach so herzlich und nett. Bei Fragen war Favio auch jederzeit erreichbar und nicht weit entfernt.
Für einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub ist dieses Haus bestens geeignet und die Landschaft und Gegend rundherum wunderbar. Wer etwas Tourismus zusätzlich erleben möchte, kann dies in den etwas entfernten Gegenden tun ( Varenna 5Min mit dem Auto,Menaggio etc.) Lierna an sich ist der ruhig. Einkaufsläden sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden und leckere Restaurants ebenfalls.

Fantastisch!Traumurlaub!
Das Ferienhaus ist einfach klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist einfach ein netter und freundlicher Gastgeber und hat uns mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt.
Wir haben unseren Platz gefunden und werden jederzeit wieder dieses Ferienhaus buchen. Unser Hund Leo hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben 1 Woche im gemütlichen Haus von Favio verbracht (zusammen mit unserem Hund). Leider hat das Wetter nicht so ganz mitgespielt, sodass wir den schönen Garten nicht so geniessen konnten wie wir wollten.

Schönes Hideaway mit Blick auf den Comer See
Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Charme in Alleinlage oberhalb des Comer Sees lädt zum Entspannen ein.
Beginnend mit der unkomplizierten Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über den sehr netten Empfang bis hin zu kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Croissants zum Frühstück ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt. Danke, Favio!!!
Ausstattungsmerkmale wie die eigene Garage mit elektrischem Rolltor, die schöne Terrasse mit Grill, Olivenbäume im Garten und die Aussicht vom Schlafzimmer auf den See runden das außerordentlich positive Gesamtbild ab.

Very nice house with big garage, living room/kitchen, two bed rooms and two bath rooms. From the house and the beautiful terrace/garden you have a magnificent view on the Como lake and Bellagio. Lierna is a perfect starting point for day trips around the Como lake. Last but not least Favio is a great host.

Tolles Ferienhaus in unbeschreiblich schöner Lage
Beginnen möchte ich zunächst mit dem Kontakt zum Vermieter: Der Vermieter ist sehr verbindlich, authentisch, unfassbar herzlich und sehr diskret! Alle Absprachen wurden problemlos eingehalten und wir haben immer wieder nette Gespräche geführt und tolle Tipps bekommen.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in völliger Alleinlage ruhig etwas oberhalb des Sees und hat daher einen fantastischen Blick zu bieten in einem unglaublich tollen großen Garten! Es verfügt über Klimaanlagen im Schlafraum und im Wohnraum und ist für Ferienhauszwecke gut ausgestattet.
Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls im großen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt, der eingefasst war und daher konnte der Hund auch nicht abhauen 😉!
Als Ausgangsort für viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto, der Fähre nach Bellaggio, dem Boot z.B. bis Como, Essen im nahen Ort Varenna, ist das Haus perfekt geeignet.
