About this apartment rental

Two bedroom first floor and loft apartment in a private and secluded village house located in the centre of Manta Rota in a quiet 'cul de sac' only 200 meters from the beach.
This spacious apartment in a typical Portuguese village house is tastefully decorated, displaying several interesting features, namely original 1920's Art Deco double doors in Brazilian mohogany and a number of decorative pieces from countries afar. There are also 2 iPod Docking Stations available – one in the 1st floor, another in the loft, and heating and air conditioning throughout.

In the patio the hot/cold custom made jacuzzi that sits 4/5 comfortably with room to move around and splash is in fact a hydrotherapy facility equipped with a variety of massage jets, ready to take care of those sore points in your back 24/7, particularly welcome after an afternoon of beach activities or end of the day BBQ undertakings.

LOW AND MID SEASON HINT:
After a late afternoon brisk walk on the beach treat yourselves to a massage in a warm jacuzzi and then a candle light dinner, in or out. Paradise!

The jacuzzi is to be shared with the owners when they are in residence - which is only VERY occasionally
An outdoor shower in the patio will prove useful for jacuzzi users to shower sand away before getting in the jacuzzi if they are coming straight back from the beach. or quickly refresh themselves after a walk back from the super market in the heat of summer
For those wanting peace and quiet this is an ideal 'writer's retreat' offering special prices for 'longish' lettings

Hot/cold jacuzzi offers hydrotherapy massage, sits 4/5. Kite surfing also popular in the area.

All bed linen is 100% cotton as are pillow and mattress protectors and fillings.

There is a high chair and at no extra cost a folding bed can be added to the loft without sacrificing living space, raising the sleeping capacity to 5. A folding bed can also be added to the 1st floor living area.

Infrastruktur perfekt Lage zentral und der Zugang zum Strand ist schnell. Ausreichend Restaurant und Bars mit leckeren Spezialitäten zu günstigen Preisen. Täglich Markt mit frischer einheimischen Gemüse und Obst und frischem Fisch. Das Objekt ist im Algarve Stil eingerichtet . Zum Teil Antiquitäten. Küche renovierungsbedürftig. Jakuzzi ein Traum. Danke an Yana die stets zur Verfügung stand und sehr aufmerksam ist. Kommen wieder. Grüße Familie Couto

Maison bien située près de la plage et près d'une rue passante très animée, avec terrasse, barbecue et jacuzzi. Nous regrettons quelques défauts par manque d’entretien ou de remise en état comme les fenêtres et volets du salon qui sont difficilement manœuvrables, les meubles de cuisine sont vétustes et lits de l’étage pas confortables etc... La propriétaire n’est pas conciliante elle nous à fait payé les frais de réparation de la poignée de la porte d’entrée qui fermait mal et qui nous est resté dans les mains !!! C'est bien dommage ...

A casa está muito bem situado, perto da praia e muito perto da rua principal. A casa tem ar condicionado e é fresquinha por dentro. Estava tudo limpo. Excluindo uma cama, as camas eram todas confortáveis. A cama do sótão no lado direito não é nada confortável, sentem-se as molas e não dá para dormir e acordar sem dores. Deveria ser posto um colchão novo. A cozinha já se encontra num estado muito usado e faltou uma varinha mágica para fazer sopas. Tirando essas duas coisas recomendo vivamente a estadia nesta casa.
