Hermoso lugar para descansar

Lo espacioso de los cuartos, la decoración, la ventilación del lugar (nuestro cuarto tenía tres ventanales grandes que generaban una corriente de aire refrescante), las ventanas con tela mosquitera, el desayuno, todo ideal para llegar a descansar.

Charming hotel in the perfect location

The location was excellent, with central area, Walmart and gsstronomica area within walking distance. There were design elements used to create the feeling of being in a beach style resort. As soon as you crossed the reception, there was a feeling of freshness and homeliness that crept in. The staff was warm and friendly and made you feel welcome. Language barriers were easily worked around thru technology and willingness to communicate.

There were no elevators. I often travel with my parents and noted that it wouldn't be suitable for someone with mobility issues

A little bit of home away from home.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff was phenomenal. They were ready to help me with any questions, suggestions or directions. The breakfast whipped up by Maria Teresa and Carina was very good. When I needed an umbrella, no problem. If I needed a towel to visit a cenote later in the day, no problem. If I needed to leave early for a tour, coffee, fruit and pastry was take-out ready. I was curious about a special plant that made my eggs special, the hotel site groundskeeper, Jorge shared the leaf for me to touch and smell. Pamela arranged my return taxi and provided me with ATM locations. Edgar and Don Felipe were always there to personally welcome me. I really felt very welcomed and above all secure and safe. I had the fortune of meeting the owner and his wife. They are really passionate about their lovely little hotel.

Very lovely little hotel - more like a b &b. Very authentic. Exceptionelly helpful staff! Very safe place. Beautiful decorations.

The room was fairly small, shower was mostly cold.

Tasting a little bit of paradise.

Amazing little hotel located in the vibrant part of Merida. We stayed there 3 nights in the room with access to a little garden full of flowers and plants. Truly a fantastic location, it felt like a little haven of peace. The owner is also fantastic and will go out of his way to make sure that your stay there will be memorable.

Nice, friendly hotel to enjoy during your visit to Mérida

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff that they try to make your stay as pleasent as possible. Owner is there most of the days, rooms are very clean and any issues they address it immidietly.

Friendly staffs, and a short walk to Paseo de Montejo which is were most restaurantes and cafés are.

Superb

very nice hotel with lovely decor and beautiful living room and pool area. the location is great as there are plenty of restaurants and bars at walking distance. however it is a bit of a walk from the CBD. the rooms are a good size, very clean, good shower with hot water and good water pressure. in general there is a lot of attention to details in the decor in the room and the whole hotel. breakfast is served next door and comes with fresh fruit, coffee/tea, juice, eggs and toast. the staff is extremly friendly and helpful and goes out of their way to help you organize trips etc. i can def recommend this place.

the rooms are very dark, there is hardly daylight coming in. the beds are a bit small for a couple and too soft for my taste. there is no tv, which was no problem for us. also, there is no safe.

Cute Boutique Stay

Staff were lovely and really helpful with recommendations. The breakfast while simple was good. Lovely communal area with board games.

The mosquito nets on the windows in the room were damaged with holes and I got bitten a lot one evening.

Fabulous.

I loved everything about this place. The owner and staff were fantastic - friendly and really helpful. It really enhanced our stay to have input on what to see and where to go as well as the recommendation of a driver who was terrific too. The place was really well set up with common areas like the pool, dining area and kitchen available in a home - like set up. There are only 8 rooms so there was never a sense of it being crowded. Breakfast was in a separate room with a lovely big table laid with place settings. Every day there was fresh fruit, eggs, toast, juice and coffee to start the day. The kitchen staff were lovely, I think this is probably the best hotel of this kind I have ever stayed in. My whole trip exceeded my expectations and that was because of staying at this hotel.

Staff, couldn't do more for you. All very pleasant. Including owner dropping us to the ADO bus stop early in morning. Great to have knowledgeable english speaking host as our Spanish is pretty poor

Excellent boutique hotel meeting all expectations and more

Everything! The owner and the personnel are very kind, ready to share good advice and recommendations. The hotel is great, nicely decorated, comfortable and close to the centre.

Nothing really. Maybe a TV in the room would be good (I would normally never need one but as I fell a bit sick some in-room entertainment could've been nice)

Delightful and charming boutique hotel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this small boutique hotel. It was comfortable, charming and beautifully decorated, but the best part was the extremely helpful and friendly staff. Edgar and Fred were always responsive and gave very helpful recommendations for restaurants and local sights, and the service from the other staff was also excellent. The hotel owner (Matt) was very welcoming and checked in with us several times to be sure our stay went well. Breakfast was also delicious and filling. I highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again on future visits.

Exceptional

Matt and Edgar saved our holidays. Our rental car broke down and our rental company offered little help. The two went out of their way to help us. They took care of everything and organized a local mechanic who repaired our car for chump change. All while we continued to explore Mérida. The hotel itself is a nice little gem, a perfect base for Mérida and its surroundings. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

What a great place!

Just a great hotel. Super clean, lovely rooms, kitchen, tastefully decorated, beautiful outside area with pool and comfortable sunbeds, delicious breakfast with flexible timeframe (they agreed to serve it for us at 6am!). Outstanding staff, with great english skills, very friendly and helpful with a lot of knowledge about the city. Even when we had to shorten our stay on short notice they gave their best to accommodate us and arranged it in no time.

It could have been an inch closer to the center of Mérida, but it is easily close enough to walk and the upside is safe & easy parking and little to no noise.
