About this villa rental

This villa has been owned since 1995 by Christine and Paul Collins and we put in considerable effort us to ensure that it is maintained to the highest possible standard. As owners we are familiar with every aspect of the accommodation, down to even the most minute detail.
You are therefore able to book this villa with us, safe in the knowledge that the information you have been given is totally accurate and that it is in the 'premier league' of accommodation available in Playa Blanca.

Casas Del Sol is a development of villas set in beautiful mature gardens opposite the harbour in Playa Blanca. The complex is mainly traffic free having a car park at the entrance but allowing access to the villas for luggage drop off and pick up.
Part of the complex is on the flat and part is on a gentle incline which provides some of the properties with good views. A solar heated swimming pool and children’s pool form the centre of this development with sun beds and shade by the pool, there is also an outdoor shower & toilets for your use. The reception office is staffed by helpful, friendly people who are ready to assist you 7 days a week until 10pm so late arrivals are always catered for plus there is also a small store for essential groceries also open late. A tennis court to the rear of the complex adds to the amenities to be enjoyed on this site.
The atmosphere on this complex is very laid back, friendly and cosmopolitan making this perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location is excellent as it is very central being opposite the harbour and only a few minutes walk away from the beaches, shops and restaurants and all the main amenities of Playa Blanca.
This villa is in an elevated position with sea glimpses and a pretty terrace area. It consists of a double bedroom with king size bed, a small bunk bedroom with full single size bunk beds, shower room with walk in shower and seat. The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an ottoman bed which provide much storage and comfort. Mosquito nets & security are fitted to all opening windows. There are air conditioning/heating units in the main bedroom which works on a pay as you use basis, a fan in the bunk room and a portable heater is provided for the winter months if needed.
Bath and hand towels for use within the villa are provided and changed regularly if you need pool/beach towels they can be hired from us.
The kitchen has an oven/ hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster etc. and fitted granite work surfaces.
A safe, hairdryer, washing machine, Live TV and Netflix are also provided for your convenience and entertainment.
The terrace has sun loungers and dining furniture, a covered pergola for shade and a robust parasol and a barbecue.
Free wi-fi is available in the villa and the complex reception building.

Very good central location. Over the road there is a spar. We made the irish anvil our local pub. They do a great english breakfast.The property itself was great. It was quite modern and all the kitchen appliances you could want. We couldnt fault. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this property to our friends.

Casa del Sol is the most central complex in Playa Blanca. Straight across from the old harbour. Only a 5 minute walk from all the shops, restarants and bars. As for this bungerlow, it is comfortable, well equipt and has a sea view from the terrace. The terrace is also well sheltered when the wind picks up. Contact and comunication with the owner is very easy. Yvonne and Roy look after you when your there, keeping the bungerlow immaculately clean twice a week. The fact that we have stayed here for 4 weeks every winter for the last 8 years I think says it all."
