The spacious deck off this main living area is raised for optimal oceanside enjoyment with a relaxing sectional and smart TV for you and the family!
The Entertainment Terrace emulates the most exclusive five-star resort with its pool table, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, upright video machine, and multiple TVs for gaming and watching movies or sports. The lower-level backyard covered patio has an ocean view, ping pong table, and sound system, while the front driveway provides ample parking, a paved bike area, and a full-size basketball goal with a brick-in-lay three-point line.
The flat grassed backyard is perfect for lawn games, and the private ocean walkway leads out to a stunning stretch of beach and the Atlantic Ocean.
