Great experience all in all. We enjoyed it. Breakfast is great, and nice snacks during the day.

Great water park and pools, great landscape, nice rooms, nice food. Most of the stuff is great and kind.

Air conditioning is difficult to control, no remote. Some small things but they can make a big difference in the experience - water pressure in the bath, shampoo and soap fixed to the wall( hard to wash little kids if you don’t get in with them in) etc… the restaurant in the evening was disappointing.

Great and want to come back but hoping for an even better stay next time

Breakfast and dinner is good and have a lot of variety. A lot of swimming pools to choose from and sun beds so it doesn't feel crowded at all. The rooms are spacious. The property is huge so it nice to have long walks. The aquapark is a hit too, if you have kids they will enjoy this place a lot. The front desks team are always polite and approachable. In general, most staffs are friendly.

The bed is a DISASTER. Every small move we make, it is squeaking loud. We had a 7 months old child and he always wake up because of the noise coming from the bed. Horrible. You seriously need to fix it. For reference, this is room 707. I would like to warn others that if someone approach you as "hotel photographer/partner" and offered FREE "Photo session", you have to PAY for the photos. We felt tricked since they did not mention it. But instead, immediately use the word FREE SESSION! I am sure this is not the first time they conveniently left the idea of explaining. If they explained well earlier, then we can think and decide whether to proceed or not. In the end, we have to buy photos because we used a lot of time just to have the photos and even cut our son's swimming time for it. This ruin our good feeling about our holiday. Lastly, one staff (bar in front of main restaurant) was very rude to my mother in law. She ordered Margarita. 1st drink- it was good. 2nd order, he mumbled a lot saying "Margarita again" and showed he is not happy making 2nd drink for her and made in very sweet.

We had a fantastic holiday and enjoyed moment of our stay. We highly recommend Costa Botanica for people of all ages.

Everything! The rooms were airy and bright , the beds were so comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean! The staff were amazing -always kind, helpful and they looked after us so well. The food was excellent with a wide variety of foods and something for everyone at each meal. The resort is huge with excellent facilities and a wide range of activities for all ages while also being relaxing and fun.

Mon séjour à Costa Botanica a été dans l'ensemble très agréable. L'endroit offre un cadre idyllique et une atmosphère relaxante qui m'ont permis de vraiment me détendre et de profiter de la beauté naturelle environnante. Les installations étaient impeccables, bien entretenues et conçues pour maximiser le confort et le plaisir des visiteurs. Cependant, un petit bémol a été quelque clients qui étaient tres désagréable avec les enfants et aussi la présence de moustiques En raison de la végétation luxuriante et du climat tropical, les moustiques étaient assez présents, ce qui a parfois rendu les soirées en extérieur un peu moins agréables. Cela dit, ce petit désagrément peut facilement être géré avec une bonne préparation. J'ai utilisé des crèmes et des produits anti-moustiques, et cela a considérablement amélioré mon expérience. Je recommande vivement à tout futur visiteur de prévoir ces articles essentiels pour profiter pleinement de tout ce que Costa Botanica a à offrir sans être dérangé par les moustiques. Je tiens également à saluer le personnel de Costa Botanica. Ils travaillent dur et leur dévouement est évident dans chaque aspect de leur service. Malgré la charge de travail impressionnante, ils restent toujours professionnels, amicaux et prêts à aider. Leur attitude positive et leur efficacité ont vraiment contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus plaisant. Bravo à toute l'équipe pour leur excellent travail et leur engagement envers la satisfaction des clients.

Magnifique séjour 🤩 on y retournera sûrement

La nourriture excellente, les infrastructures pour les enfants, la plage, le personnel très sympa et la végétation.

Rien mis à part peut-être qu’il faudrait un petit refresh en décoration dans les chambres mais elles sont fonctionnelles

Near the sea.

rooms were not comfortable and noisy,bathroom floor was not clean, it looks all need renovation. Staff is not professional. Food is not what you expect from 5stars hotel.

If you're looking for a resort hotel, extremely clean hotel with good service that's right on a sandy beach with shallow waters - this is it. We go to Greece every year for vacation and I can safely say this is the first place I would recommend to my friends.

Really lovely stay, the pools and aquapark were amazing and we always found somewhere to lay down.

All meals were very nice, but the only negative was the options were basically the same everyday. But quality was good and catered for gluten free. Lots of choices on drinks, although some bars made better cocktails than others, so we learned where to get the cocktails from.

Some of the female staff were very fake, with some sarcasm included. The management were amazing and almost all the male staff were brilliant. There wasn't much to do in the evenings for the kids, more entertainment would be better for families.

We didnt get the room we payed for, even I ask few times on the reception. We payed for Bungalow Shaded Veranda and the room we got was just normal room with balcony. This hotel is not 5 star hotel, the room was dirty, I ordered coffee every morning, I didnt get it even once. Lady from car rentals was psycho, dont go there! Omg, this holiday was everything but not 5 star hotel holiday. Once I get orange juice to glass where were before pens. This holiday was the worst.

Appreciate Grecotel putting us up in a crisis, hotel was expensive in an emergency, basic in its amenities but generous

It was available in wildfire, staff were friendly, rooms basic but reasonably well-equipped

an incredible surprise super recommendable, great location a real relaxing experience

the place is relaxing and quiet enough in the positive way, the quality of the food is amazing with a great variety, they are very good at cooking meats, the premises are very large so you do not feel overcrowded, the rooms are clean and the staff are attentive and kind, everyone makes an effort to make sure your experience is the best. the staff taking care of children entertainment are simply adorable and love the kids. the premises are well kept and you feel safe. the water park is great and a real treat for the kids. they have a singer some evenings and she is amazing.

the only area to improve is the a la carte dinning staff service. although the food is excellent it can be a little slow particularly when the buffet staff is so incredibly efficient.

Grecotel Costa Botanica wanna be 5 stars

The sea, views, food at tavernas outside resort , beach, sand, Greece … The Grecotel restaurants was great, the fine dining , the taverna and the asiatic one...the italian not so good because of the f..cking musquitoes….

A lot of musquitos all night starting 20,00 h , They provide us a refurbished room after we complained. The all inclusive menu is international , I suggest them to implement more the mediterranean cuisine which is fantastic in Greece. Still the resort is under development/constructions..maybe next year will be better.. But the mosquitoes was very annoying…

this hotel has a legitimate 5 stars and should definitely be rated higher. we spent 3 nights here and regret to leave. big beautiful campus full of great things. you will spend the whole day here and not get bored. several beautiful clean swimming pools, where there are always few people, a fun water park, amazing very tasty and varied food. We ate the best salmon of our lives in an Asian ala carte restaurant. excellent sweets all day, premium drinks. helpful staff who will gladly bring everything to your table. drop-in seating, evening entertainment. the only minus is a large number of mosquitoes, but that's nature, repellents are available in the room. the rooms are noisier and you can quite hear the neighbor. but the beds are great, comfortable and huge :) they willingly allowed us a later checkout so that we could have more comfort with the baby when we left. I wouldn't hesitate and go back right away. the morning walks with the stroller around the whole area were wonderful. the local beach and sea is not the most beautiful, but again without people and pretty calm. I regret that we were here for a few days and did not try other a la carte restaurants, because they all looked amazing. we thank you for everything.
