Superb

This was a perfect little stayover.. only stayed one-night but was just what we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Host was good, apartment quality was not reflective of rate paid (in our view)

The host was readily available when we contacted with issues like availability of keys when we arrived and unexpected disturbance

Numerous issues which resulted in a negative experience: Issue 1: Entry. The key to accessing the front door and room was meant to be in the safe box outside. This was not the case. We had to call the host and use door 1's keys to access the building and then found the key the room 2 in the safe box outside room 2. Issue 2: When we entered the room, there was a strong smell. More than noticeable, We contacted the host and they stated the apartment had undergone a deep clean. It did smell like detergent but very strong. Issue 3: The bathroom door would not close. We needed to force it shut every time we used it. We were a family of 3. Issue 4: You can see from the pictures I have sent that the quality was awful. The freezer drawer was smashed, the coffee tables were broken, there was damp staining on the ceiling, the toilet roll holder was broken, and the floor tiles in the kitchen had spaces where we would catch our feet/stub our toes. Issue 5: After 10 pm there were people ringing our bell. My family were scared and after about 15 mins and trying other apartments I was told that it was another guest arriving (so I assume similar issues we had with access). This did make my family concerned and 3 of us had to share the bedroom.

Location was handy for town centre and there was plenty of on road parking.

Very basic No bin in kitchen Some switches and sockets not fixed to wall with screws so worrying as I had a 5 and a 7 year old with me. WiFi not showing as available

Nice clean but over priced for the occasion

Location is good for town, the street is quiet and seams to be in a nice area, we was on the top floor apartment.

Bedroom was small and the mattress was uncomfortable, along with bed location, not the best to crawl over your partner in the night, but overall for 1 night could live with it. It was for the Ed Sheeran concert, so over priced but would stay again at a normal price.

Sofa bed broken. Not enough towels. No milk. Living room very loud to try and sleep in due to fridge and ticking clock. Slightly odd smell.

Fabulous

Great location quiet and available parking space at front of the house , very clean and tidy and wifi available walking distance to centre about 20 mins

Just could do some with extra pillows and the spare bedding could of done with renewing looked a bit old and tired

Did the job!

The decor was okay and from that perspective the property was present. Carpets appeared new and walls (in some places) recently painted.

Floor boards not very secure, very noisy floor - room shakes with each foot step, even from a 13 year old child. Half eaten sandwich found in cupboard, which may have been the cleaners - possibly an innocent error, as the whole apartment had clearly been cleaned. Wardrobe in the main bedroom also rattles like crazy when you walk around the bedroom floor, had to keep wardrobe door open. Some rubber cushions (the small stickers for inside cupboards) will sort this irritating noise.

Exceptional

Very easy check in and out. In a nice quiet area with easy access to city centre and beaches. Myself and the kids really enjoyed their stay and can't wait to go back.

Pleasant

Kitchen was quite well equipped, though didn't use it apart from the kettle. Everywhere was clean. We were not in the apartment very long except to sleep and I've already covered that.

Lounge/kitchen area was quite spacious, shower room/toilet and bedroom were quite cramped. Bed was a bit small and on a hot night quite uncomfortable, not conducive to a good night's sleep.

It’s a very nice morden

It was a modern living room

The main problem was wifi was very poor. If you go to room or more beyond the room wifi cut off and only for living room you get wifi.The dishes was not cleaned properly and had egg smell in it. There was no brush in kitchen to clean the dishes either. The bed blanket was so dirty and had a bad smell.

The facilities were good and convenient.

No hot water. It got fixed then within and hour, there was no hot water again.
