Es befindet sich in einer sehr guten, ruhigen Gegend, in der Nähe des Strandes und der Restaurants.

The apartment was very nice, bright and comfortable. The balcony was great and perfect to work with a nice view. The kitchen had a stovetop and a fridge, everything we needed for a short-medium stay. Wifi worked great. The location was perfect, very close to the main attractions of the city and within a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a washing machine in the building that can be used free of charge. The host was very helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. He gave us very good recommendations of local attractions and restaurants. Highly recommended, we'd definitely book it again!

Very helpful owner and nice located apartament

Bathroom is unfortunatelly really uncomfortable to use because it lacks curtains in shower. kitchen is small and on the balcony but well equiped

Great contact, very good location, spacious apartment with sea view - if you are in the apartment during the day :-) There is air conditioning, kitchen, spacious balcony with access to the bedroom and living room. I recommend!.

The location is perfect and you get access to the beach instantly. The wifi is very strong, it allowed me to work from there without any issues. You have several places around to buy food or groceries.

Very good

Clean, nice location and very friendly and helpful owner. He showed us restaurants, shops and bus stops. Everything we needed. Beach is 200m from the apartment.

The best host!

The apartment is perfect for a long stay, the host has provided everything to make us comfortable! He was amazing picking us up at the bus terminal and taking us at the end. I strongly recommend!

the smell of the dumpsters bellow....

First there is no sign, you have to guess which building is the right one. Owner is nowhere to be found, you must call him. Parking is on the street, there is NO private parking. Room was very small and old. Bed was from 1970s. with broken mattress springs. TV was not working and it had 13". Fridge was over freezing and old and dirty. On the cooking stovetop, only ONE stove was working. Bathroom was clogged completely, from the sink, toilet (also broken), shower to the main drain. Boiler was leaking and dipping water all the time. The whole building is in the bad neighborhood, many stray dogs, that bark all night long, dumpsters bellow balcony that smell like on the dumping ground and you can smell them in the room on the second floor. And on the top of all, owner didn't gave us bill when we paid him, even if we asked him.

Great location And view

Great location 5 minutes from the beach, many local restaurants and cafes around. Sea view from the balcony. Room has also access to little kitchen. Everything was super clean

Great choice for a stay in Sarande

Upgraded to apartment 50m walk from a private beach. Comfortable, clean apartment with and well stocked basic kitchenette

great accomodation! recommended

the host is really nice and helped us with everything we needed like renting a scooter, he also picked us up from the ferry and gave us an upgraded room. everything was like the pictures, near city, next to beach, clean and comfy. thank you Bardhi!!

Best stay of our trip !

The original suite we booked was full so the owner upgraded us for free to a larger suite half a block away ! It was Huge, clean, and modern. Right by the beach and 5 minute walk to the port and main promenade. Best stay in Europe so far !
