Second time we’ve stayed here!

Good location, walkable to a few breweries & restaurants. Nice Check-area, new amenities since we were there 6 months ago. Friendly staff.

Business trip to Bend

Location was great. The room was very comfortable. Wi-Fi was strong throughout the building. Fresh bagels from a local bakery were the highlight of the breakfast offered.

The shower could have used a deep clean. Although it looked clean on the surface, you could tell that the tile grout needed extra attention.

Fantastic hotel in West Bend

Very clean, great accommodations for my elderly parents. We booked the ADA room for them, as they have very limited mobility. It was on the first floor, had a walk-in shower, and a large entryway great for a wheelchair. Also very close to the pool!

1) noise from the pipes when the folks upstairs flush the toilet is ridiculous . Literally woke us up twice during the night and we are heavy sleepers. Awful 2) breakfast hours, stopping at 9 AM especially on the weekends is not good 3) no regular coffee in the room just decaf

It was clean, but not what I expected for the price.

It was clean and the location was good. The breakfast buffet was good and kept stocked. They don't offer daily cleaning, which I really like, because I don't really want anyone else in my room until I leave anyway.

The coffee station at the buffet area took a long time, even if you knew how to work it. Many people (including my party) got out of line and got juice instead. The outlet in our bathroom kept tripping, so I had to use one in the hallway to have access to a working outlet and mirror. The sliding bathroom door leaves a gap where you can see into the bathroom at anyone who may be sitting on the toilet when you come in the front door. Could be embarrassing!

Wonderful property, hospitality portion could have been better.

Clean and new. Adorable decor.

Front desk staff may have been new to hospitality industry or maybe understaffed. We had our daughters listed on our reservation and the sofa bed was not made up nor was bedding provided for it. When requested we were asked to go down and get it ourselves. Which is fine, but not for the rates rooms are going for these days.

Nice facility but lacked customer service

new, clean, nice decor

did not like video call experience for check in. It took a long time and felt impersonal. our fold our bed did not have sheets or blankets. front desk could not have them brought up to us so we had to go pick up as we were trying to put kids to bed.

Okay, but I would try another place that I could have a private room from the living room.

The breakfast was okay. The motel is close to the Mountain.

Although I book the suite room and if I would of study the pictures I would of noticed that there was no way to get away from my spouse. He likes to go to bed earlier. The suite was not private at all. The lamps were so bright that I left them off and watched my tablet. I should of looked for the couch being away from the bedroom.

Very good

The hotel is pretty new with very modern architecture. Use high technology for check in and check out. The stuff is sending regularly emails to customers for easy checking .

Breakfast in BW is usually rich and delicious. Not at this location. Not a variety of choices. Poor breakfast.

Best stay ever in Bend

Good hot breakfast, 2 luggage racks instead of just 1 (or none), hooks on wall outside of shower to hang shower caddy, great room layout, charging on both side tables (both on lamp and on front of side table), fairly priced, got a room upgrade for free, excellent location, easy to get in and out of parking lot.
