Clean room every days, pool with warm water inside development area, nice attitude of personal, amazing view on whole Hurghada

Zostaliśmy wprowadzeni w błąd

obiekt czysty. Pokoje wyposażone w potrzebne rzeczy.

nie podobała nam się tylko jedna informacja. Hotel miał informację że znajduje się przy plaży. ci jest nieprawdą. Co prawda informacja ta została poprawiona ale już po przyjeździe. To było bardzo nie w porządku bo pod tym kątem wybieraliśmy hotel. Po trzech dobach zmieniliśmy na inny. Co prawda jest taktyk wożący gości na plażę ale kiedy chcieliśmy skorzystać to coś się z nim stało.

Buono, sufficientemente pulito e accogliente. Colazione varia e buona. Non c'e l'accesso diretto al mare.

Avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione, certi punti necessita di ristrutturazione ma tutto sommato resta dignitoso.

Prima colazione ottima ed abbondante. Mare da raggiungere a piedi o con navetta.

La prima colazione è davvero ottima ed abbondante. Letti comodissimi.

La struttura non è delle piu moderne e la camera presenta segni du "usura". per arrivare alla spiaggia bisogno percorrere a piedi 10 min ( in salita / discesa ) la navetta esiste ma non è frequente. Il WIFI in camera è a pagamento ( extra )

Super Schöne Aussicht. Gutes Frütück, tolles Zimmer und super Pool.

Dürfte in einem Funkloch liegen, hatte trotz ägyptischer SIM Karte keinen Empfang bis auf einer Stelle im ganzen Hotel. Kein WLAN im Zimmer und in der Lobby extrem schwach. Weiters ist es von der Straße bis rauf zum Hotel sehr steil und weit. Es gibt einen Shuttleservice aber nur bis 22.00.

Great experience!

Perfect location for a hotel. Calm, quiet days and excellent view also walking close to the main shopping areas. Towels and sheets were clean. But rooms were very dusty. There were many types of food at breakfast. They're delicious all. Hotel has private special beach with a guard. All staff is very friendly, especially Mr. Islam and Khalid who are at the reception were really helpful! To be short, great experience!

Wifi was limited and only avaliable at the reception.

I like to stay here, I feel safe and staff are helpful but does not know how to count my stay.

View is awesome. The sofa is old and I was itchy after siting on it. Staff are good however I had a bill of $42.00 that I was not aware what is that for. I left a message and no one responded to me. I booked for 5 days, July 20 -25th. I was expecting to go out on the 26th, however I was told I'm supposed to be out by the 25th at noon. So I booked for another 2 nights.

Front desk is very nice gentleman but seems to ignore me and only talk to my husband who happened to be an Egyptian.

Perfect location to relax, but also close to the main shopping area in Hurghada. Private spacious beach. Staff is very friendly, my regards to Mr. Islam at the reception who is really a perfect host!

The hotel is very nice, just the room which I had needs some renovation.

Not exactly a beachfront hotel, but still ok.

Rooms have a separate bedroom and kitchen/living areas. Swimming pool. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly and courteous staff. Quiet and peaceful.

Water pressure was a problem affecting the whole hotel. The kitchenette had no cooking utensils. No wifi internet in rooms without an extra cost. It is not really a beachfront hotel - getting to and from the beach requires a short tuk tuk ride, and sometimes there was a wait. It is too steep to walk. The private beach is small with very little sand.

beautiful hotel with a really nice staff! they helped us a lot. Private beach is super cute with a private free shuttle ! we loved it!

They forgot to put toilet paper and shampoo on the second night but that’s the only problem we had for the hole stay .

Best hotel in Hurghada

Comfortable rooms overlooking pool area and with a view over the Red Sea. The Hotel is uniquely located in a quiet residential area above Hurghada but just a two minutes ride from the private beach with the hotel complementary touk touk shuttle. Staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and this was really appreciated. A Wi-Fi modem can be quickly arranged in the rooms at a small fee of 1€ per day. There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby and restaurant area.

The service of reception was very bad, the price difference between single room and double room was only 6 pounds, but the reception asked me to pay $20 more. The hotel staff asked to take a photo with me, which I agreed to do, but he put hand on my waist and asked for my phone number. Stains on bed sheet and no hairdryer available, I call reception to ask for one.

A nice hotel with a beautiful view and extremely friendly staff

The hotel is relatively new and is pretty well located, some 15 minutes walk from the center of Hurghada. It is part of a residential complex with special security and a nice private beach nearby. The entire complex is on a hill from which there is a beautiful view of the sea and nearby islands, as well as coral reefs. We had a suite with a view of the sea and the pool, which was located in the courtyard of the hotel and which serves as a nice alternative to going to the beach. The city is generally quite safe and we always felt safe during our walks, and we really walked a lot everywhere. I would especially like to praise the kindness of the hotel staff, who were ready to help at any time of the day or night and to give interesting advices on what to see from local attractions and what excursions to go on, which could also be booked at the reception desk. First of all, I would like to highlight the receptionist Mahmoud, who was extremely kind to us and did a lot to make our stay pleasant and memorable! 😊 All in all, we are very satisfied with the kindness of the host and what we got in the hotel for the money we paid.

In the beginning, we had problems with the pressure when showering, and the shower door could not be closed properly, so the water leaked out of the cabin. After our complaint at the reception, the janitor came and fixed the shower and the shower door, so the pressure was a little better after that, but still not very good, and also the water from the shower was no longer coming out (or sometimes very little). I think the breakfast could have been a little more varied and rich in offer. I would only praise the homemade Egyptian bread which was super tasty, as well as the excellent rice with milk. It seemed to us that most of the other products that were served for breakfast every morning were not the freshest, probably because there were not many guests in the hotel yet (we were in the pre-season), so some products that would have been left over from the previous days were served the next day as well.
