没有特别好，但也没有特别大的问题

酒店位置很方便，旁边就有大商超。房间里面的灯很亮！我太讨厌酒店房间很暗了！床垫也是偏硬的那种，不像其他阿拉伯国家酒店的房间太软！

设施确实比较老，隔音也一般，大堂在L层，3楼和2楼要坐电梯向下。住在3楼，楼上不知道是什么位置，总是有椅子拖来拖去的声音。

Very nice resort in a great location at a budget price. I've stayed here twice and will be back.

Egyptian TSA (at the airport). It's nothing to do with the hotel, just a minor irritation that you'll have to deal with any time you fly in/out of Egypt.

كانت اقامة فوق التوقعات خرجت سعيد جدا لم أواجه مشكلة بل بلعكس

كان كلّ شيء جميل ومنظم الجميع بدون استثناء كان لطفاء وكل العاملين والموظفين هناك يعرفون عملهم جيدا ومحترفين ومحترمين.الموقع ممتاز يوجد سنتر كبير ايضاً بجانب الفندق وهذه ميز جعلتنا مرتاحين ايضاً الغرف مكيفة و العزل ممتاز لاتحتاج إلى تشغيل المكيف في اغلب الأوقات.

Vraiment bien, bon accueil, personnel disponible et avenant... Beaucoup de choix pour les repas et boissons. séjour confortable et agréable, plusieurs piscines même si moi j'ai préféré la plage ou il y a également de profiter de quelques snack et boissons. Grand centre commercial juste à coté... TOP !!

Dans l'ensemble c'était vraiment bien, un détail pour dire quelque chose à peut-être améliorer, pourquoi ne pas prévoir 2 endroits pour les œufs au matin afin d'éviter de trop longues files et des portes qui s'ouvrent plus facilement pour passer du coté extérieur quand on est au buffet... Pas toujours facile quand on à les mains chargées.

Le personnel pas à la hauteur d’un service 5 étoiles , le personnel à la plage ou au bar qui n’ont jamais de monnaie, obliger de retourner les voir pour récupérer notre monnaie , énormément de corbeaux à la plage pas possible de manger tranquillement , l’eau de la mer et salie par du gasoil sa tache notre corps et vêtement et sa ne pars pas sur les vêtements, aucun dédommagement de la part de l’hôtel . La salle de bain fuit. Coté repas trop esprit cantine . Au bar ils n’ont jamais ce qu’on demande .

We liked the food in the restaurant , the kids aquapark , and the animation team shows.

Some of the waiters of the restaurants are not keen on serving local (Egyptian) guests. In fact some of them ignored helping us completely.

Det var dejligt med hotel lejligheder, store flotte lejligheder, med masser af plads. Det var dejligt med vaskemaskine og kæmpe terrasse. Sengen er komfortabel og dejligt bred.

Der var lidt langt fra hotel lejligheder til hotelreception/ restaurant. Badeværelset kabinet var utæt og kloak var tit tilstoppet, skabt oversvømmelse på badeværelset. Dårlig service fra nogle medarbejder i poolbar og vi oplevet forskelsbehandling fra os og andre gæster. Alle gæster skal behandles ligeværdigt, da vi alle har betalt og har ret til at være på hotellet og blive behandlet ens. Det kunne være dejligt med vandrutchebaner for stor børn.

location & view are prefect in addition to the room cleanliness.

-Front desk staff, Restaurants staff and bar staff all are unfriendly and they do not have enough experience. - since my package was all inclusive, I expected to have all available features of the Hotel, unfortunately, opposite is true!, some restaurants are with extra charge!!

Clean, great view, and amazing staff. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to chef Saleh Mohamed who went above and beyond for our son, who has a life-threatening tree nut allergy. Every meal, the chef surprised him with special, nut-free desserts, making him feel included and cherished. This thoughtful gesture made a significant impact on our stay. Thank you for your exceptional care! Chef Saleh Mohamed turned what could have been a challenging situation into a delightful experience

What it could have been a great stay became a very dissapointing one due to the service received

The location is great, and the weather was perfect (not like the hotel could control it but it was certainly what I liked the most from my experience at the hotel).

Upon C/I I did a preauthorization in euros, and informed I would pay in egyptian pounds upon C/O, for which I was told there was absolutely no problem. At c/o, I paid indeed with pounds and the gentleman started the refund in my card, for which he told me it would take 4-5 days. I came back to the hotel 1 week later and at c/i and c/o I was informed the refund was on the way and to not worry. A month passes and no answer, so I contact them again and told me a completely different story. Based on a mistake they commited upon c/o I had to suffer the consequences for a total value of 150 EUR. Then I tried to contact management and they ignored my email and had to write them again two times before they replied (ignoring however my request of speaking with the manager). I work in a hotel, and something it disgusted me is that several employees would approach to you asking to be mentioned on Tripadvisor. I can understand that the hotel rewards its employees when receiving a comment, but I found it very sad, and quite depressing that the employees do that, because it shows that they do not care about the interaction with the guest, and that they are only looking to be liked so that they can be mentioned in the platform. It reached the point I saw 2 employees going table by table with a paper showing them the right spelling of each of them so that they did the comment. If I were high management, I would seriously consider if that is the image they want to give of the Hilton brand. It was my 6th stay in a hotel from Hilton group counting the 2 in this hotel, and I can assure after the service received, particularly the lying about the refund and the ignoral of my emails requesting an explanation, that I will refrain myself to ever come back to a Hilton hotel.

The best hotel in the world

Heel heel veilig. De personnel was super lief met ons, als er een probleem was met een taxi of zo direct dames hebben jullie iets. De kamers zijn goed groot en comfortabel. Het eten is heel lekker als ontbijt en night-diner. We hebben daar animatie elke dag ochtend en nacht, en de animators zijn echt lief. De locatie van het restaurant was top we konden een taxi nemen maar voor 50-70 pounds wat niets is in euro. Ik heb een heel mooi verblijf gehad dankje Hilton Plaza. En nog een grote dank aan mahmoud van het zwembad. Tot de volgende

je n’ai rien aimé dans cet établissement. Beaucoup trop cher pour le service proposé.

TOUT. 1/ j’ai réservé une chambre pour 3. j’appelle l’hôtel avant, pour être sure que c’est possible. A notre arrivée, nous réalisons que l’un d’entre nous va devoir dormir dans un petit sofa convertible… 2/ Nous avons du changer de chambre 3 fois en raison d’un problème de clefs et de lits (j’avais réservé des lits séparés et nous nous sommes retrouvé avec un lit pour deux). Cerise sur le gâteau: la réservation était pour trois mais uniquement deux serviettes de toilettes et aucun article de toilette. Obligée d’en réclamer (elles sont arrivées plus d’une heure après) 3/ les salles de bains/ toilettes des chambres ont un mur vitré qui donne sur la chambre ce qui n’est pas visible sur les photos de l’hôtel. On peut baisser le store mais surprise : on voit au travers ! Très agréable quand on voyage entre amis…. 4/ Le petit déjeuner est désastreux. nous avons fait 3 hôtels durant notre séjour et c’est de très loin le plus mauvais. Même les œufs brouillés, qui sont bons presque partout, étaient immangeables. On fait la queue pour avoir le moindre morceau de pain, croissant ou bout de nourriture dans un capharnaüm total. Nous avions l’impression d’être à la cantine du collège. 5/ A deux, trois exceptions près, le personnel est totalement incompétent. Booking m’a proposé cet hôtel qui était prétendument dans mes critères mais il est incompréhensible que ce soit un 5 étoiles. Vous devriez faire attention à ce que vous proposez à vos clients. Pourtant, nous avons logé dans un autre 5 étoiles à Louxor qui méritait vraiment le prix payé.

Luxury resort with good diving.

Big well maintained resort with beach, swimming pools, good food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Snorkeling and dive excursions available for spectacular underwater experience. The reefs are live and well preserved, with crystal clear water and a wide variety of sea life. Lots of entertainment for kids and grownups.

The disparity between the beautiful tourist accommodations and the stark poverty of the local people is something you should be prepared for. Hurghada is not a beautiful city.
