Very good

Great location, nice to have shared kitchen and be able to have some meals in there. The room was fine, we were overlooking the church next door.

Bathrooms are shared which is OK and they were very clean, but they were often busy on our floor, not sure how many rooms were sharing.

Ok for one night stop

It is very close to Geiranger which makes it a perfect stop after the experience there. There is a kitchen you can use and a shop nearby, which is perfect as you can fix yourself a wonderful meal. In the kitchen there are all the utencils needed. The bathroom is also quite nice, although it is shared.

The whole place is somewhat not clean, the sheets are really worn out and there is a non-stop toilet and mold smell in the room. Also the walls are paper thin and you can hear clearly every door or word from the people in the other. It

A lovely little guest house in Valldal !

Great staff, great people, cordial atmosphere in this guest house which was very cosy, clean and warm. I felt like home ! The kitchen was perfectly equipped and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. It will be definitely one of my favourite places to stay in Norway ! 🇳🇴 I highly recommend it.

Clean and nice room in a lovely town, we would definitely visit again and hope for a smoother check-in.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful town! The rooms are very comfortable and the shared kitchen well-equipped. The shared bathroom is really clean and offers a lot of private space with all the equipment you‘d need, like a washing machine or a hairdryer.

We had a bit of a hiccup concerning the room reserved for us, which already had been occupied by another guest. The awkward situation could luckily be resolved by assigning a different room to us.

overall is a pleasant place to stay

clean room. there is a convenient store near to the property. quite place. you can walk to the lakeside area to view nice scenery. the common kitchen is clean, but owner should invest in a bigger kettle.

The town of Sylte was cute, and the location in the town was convenient with a grocery store and gas station down the street. Our room was nice and simple.

The entire building smelled when someone was cooking.

Nice and comfortable stay

Very clean and nice, even though you have to share the bathroom we didn’t have any problem because you share it with only two rooms more, and the bathroom was always clean and spacious.

We came in soaked because we had a night in the rain from camping in the mountains. The owner helped us to dry our stuff, amazing service. There was a great kitchen and when we needed anything the owner was available to us It felt as a warm welcome.

Lovely guesthouse in Valldal, staff were friendly made sure we had everything and even gave recommendations for the next day. Would highly recommend! Hidden gem!

I didn't like the old smell in the rom that it came from the old closet.
