Prima appartement met alles erop en eraan.

Ruim Appartement, goede voorzieningen. Airco werkte goed. Dicht bij metro station Carabanchel en redelijk makkelijk om een parkeerplaats te vinden voor de auto.

Het is niet gelegen in de beste buurt van Madrid, maar daar kan het appartement niets aan doen.

Buena estancia que pudo ser excelente.

Las instalaciones en general fabulosas. Los colchones muy cómodos, la decoración muy bonita, y mucho espacio de armarios. La cocina perfecta. Además tiene dos terrazas. El Metro a escasos 100 metros. El Parking estupendo.

Quizá haya sido mala suerte, pero la climatización no funcionaba y por la noche pasamos algo de frío y estábamos con dos niños pequeños. Vinieron para intentar solucionarlo pero se quedó igual. Afortunadamente solo estuvimos dos días y por las mañanas hizo buen tiempo. Este es el motivo de que no le haya otorgado una mayor puntuación.

The BEST place to stay!

This was the BEST experience we've had in all of our travels! Jacob was soooo personable! Give him a raise! He deserves it! He makes sure everything is good for you in the apartment, takes care of taxis, recommends restaurants, etc! Jacob has the BEST PERSONALITY & we have already recommended DECO APTS to several people!! PLEASE LET JACOB KNOW HOW MUCH WE APPRECIATED HIM! THANK YOU 😊 SOOO MUCH FOR SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE! ❤️

Comfortable stay in Madrid

Love the apartment. Was cosy and had heating for the cold we got. Got proper linen supplied and even got some extra blackest when we asked.

The extra bathroom in the one room would be a bit better utilised if glazing would be taken from bottom. Would of made showering a bit easier but we still made it work.

Disappointing

Big bed With little blankets. Cold nights with no heat. One key to building for the 4 of us. No place to plug in computer by the bar or table. No bar stools.

Superb

Very clean and comfortable apartment, excellent for our short city trip with 3 friends. Very quiet neighborhood. It is located a bit out of the city centre, but since the metro is so closeby, this was not a problem at all. There are a few reasonable breakfast options nearby.

Pleasant

Property was almost new and clean .

The address was confusing, and we was near there and half hour just looking for the right address, when i call them to ask the right address, the reservation couldn’t talk english and after half hour when they wanted to change the night shift the new reservation man talk in english and we found the right address. The private parking in this hostel is very expensive almost €30 for 24 hours , but u can also park in street front the property and is free . When i ask them to out a baby bed or baby box or cot or something like that, the ask me extra charge about €18 per day , but when I booked hotel under way in France for come and back and also when I booked same hostel in Barcelona they put it baby bed for free .

We had a lovely stay!

The apartment was beautiful. Very spacious and for the most part, well equiped. Parking space very appreciated. Very easy to find and the receptionists were very helpful and friendly.

Only 4 bath towels and 2 bath mats were provided, no hand towels or wash cloths. Only 1 tea towel and we had nothing to open a bottle of wine with. We had to wash some of the dishes before we could use them.
