Great comfortable and clean airport hotel

Very clean room with a massive comfortable bed and air conditioning with which the intensity and temperature could be controlled. The bathroom was nice and clean too and everything was very modern. Free coffee on tap downstairs and free parking next door. Useful coded locker in rooms to keep belongings.

It would be nice to be able to purchase pastries from the downstairs cafe without having to opt in for the whole breakfast. Although close to the airport it is still driving distance and getting in to Madrid itself is a bit a mission.

Lo unico para mi parecer, tuve que pagar 6€, la noche para dejar el coche en el Parking, lo único negativo que puedo decir, el resto de servicios excelente, recomendable al 100%.

Excellent budget hotel.

There is a parking, good, clean rooms. Restaurant at ground floor works until 23:30 and prices are good.

Razonablemente cerca del aeropuerto, habitación simple pero cómoda y limpia. El personal muy amable y servicial.

Esta bien si tu objetivo es estar cerca del aeropuerto es buena opcion

El hotel esta bien, la cama es comoda promedio, la limpieza a simple vista es buena y nos quedó a 8 minutos del aeropuerto para tomar un vuelo.

El servicio de recepción es muy seco y un poco grosero, no sé si en general así sean los madrileños pero en pocas palabras son muy mamones, un poco prepotentes, parece que te estan haciendo un favor cuando hacen las cosas siendo que tu has pagado por ese servicio, en fin, al final de cuentas eso no arruinó mi viaje. En general se ve limpio pero había un vello pubico al entrar al baño justamente "recien lavado" recien llegamos y había eso en la taza, entonces no creo que hayan limpiado bien. el aire acondicionado estaba algo caliente y no se podía modificar, padecimos un poco de calor a pesar de estar ahi en el mes de marzo.

perfect room for the night before my flight home

This was my final bed for the night after 10 days travelling in Spain and sleeping in 3 other beds. Definitely a case of saving the best till last. Even as I waited to check in and saw the sign " free tea and coffee 24 hours", I knew I was going to be happy here My 4th floor room, and as soon as I opened the door I loved it, a double bed in front of a stunning wall art picture of Madrid. Definitely had the Wow factor. There was a TV, a fridge, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, bottled water and some snacks, everything you could want or need. also a safety deposit box I could watch aeroplanes taking off on the runway just beyond the motorway. They served nice food in hotel, I had Pasta Carbonara. In the morning I didn't even need to call a taxi as there was a taxi rank outside. cost to Terminal 1 was €12. Would I stay here again? Most definitely.

Decepcionante y no soy un cliente quisquilloso.

No funcionaba un ascensor de dos que había y no estaba advertido con lo que las esperas se alargaban de manera innecesaria y molesta, no había un solo vaso de agua para la higiene dental, la insonorización de la ventana era muy mala. el mando a distancia de la televisión no funcionaba y la recepción no contestaba. Creo que el trato personal era bueno pero muy pocas personas para dar servicio. Un precio desproporcionado para el tipo de servicio que dan.

Pas désagréable et surtout personnel très gentil et courtois ainsi que la majorité des gens du bon pays

Le service repas du soir est acceptable en regard du prix. Le plat de spaghettis bien fourni (ils n'ont pas tiré sur la marchandise et de plus excellent. Service bien fait.

Je suis un handicapé et rien à disposition immédiat dans l'environnement. Pour s'asseoir : fort regrettable.

Secure parking at a reasonable price. Easy access to airport. Our room was extreme hot as the air conditioner was not working properly. Reception staff were helpful and moved us to another room, this was cooler but still not great.

very convenient hotel, clean and comfortable. The location is good only if you come for a night and proceed to the airport - it 10min drive. Getting to the city center takes very long time (or quite expensive by taxi)

At Euro 200 per night it was a massive ripoff but this could be the general profiteering attitude in Madrid.. Taxis charge Euro30 to go from airport to this hotel situated just 8km away, which according to driver is the standard rate.
