Fajny kwadracik na pobyt w okolicach rynku

Ultra-blisko wszystkiego za nienajgorszy pieniądz. Klimatyzacja, telewizor, lodóweczka. Jak się przyjeżdża pozwiedzać albo w interesach i potrzeba się tylko przekimać, to wystarczy.

Trochę tłoczno w łazience, a w pokoju jak się wyro rozłoży, no ale metraż kwadratu jest podany, więc człowiek wiedział, na co się pisze ;)

Na krótki weekend świetny apartament ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami.

Lokalizacja praktycznie na Starym Mieście, blisko do komunikacji miejskiej i sklepów. Przyjemny pokoik ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi udogodnieniami (np. suszarka, czajnik, herbata). Bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko (rozkładana kanapa). Ogromny plus za szybki internet - podczas mojej zdalnej pracy nie rozłączył się ani razu. Mimo deszczu i wichury, jak to nieraz bywa…

Na wejściu dziwny zapach i ciężkie powietrze. Prawdopobnie uroki starych kamienic :) Foliowa zasłona w łazience. Nie lubię żadnych zasłon, jednak materiałowa byłaby zdecydowanie przyjemniejsza. Początkowo również nie dostałam instrukcji zameldowania - nie jest to jednak duży minus, ponieważ Pan ma recepcji był bardzo miły.

Dla mnie największym atutem apartamentu numer 203 było to, iż było w nim cicho mimo bliskości ruchliwej ulicy Garbary. Rewelacyjne położenie przy pięknym Placu, wokół sklepy, bary, restauracje. Apartamencik mały lecz świetnie wyposażony. Pani w recepcji przemiła. Pozdrawiam 😊

Consigliato se si è da soli

Ottima posizione vicino al centro e buon rapporto qualità prezzo, nonostante il poco spazio non mancava nulla

Lo spazio è molto piccolo per due persone, se si viaggia con due valigie e due zaini non c’è quasi lo spazio per camminare, inoltre si sente molto il via vai delle persone nel corridoio e la lavatrice in comune al piano terra

Skromnie ale czysto, pościel świeża, ręczniki również pachnące. Stay99 Apart to zawsze dobry wybór jeśli chodzi o nocleg w Poznaniu. Blisko do rynku. Dookoła pełno przepysznych śniadaniowni także lokalizacja obiektu bardzo na plus.

Pewne rzeczy wymagają remontu, np po włożeniu karty odpadło całe gniazdko i trochę to zajęło zanim włączyłem prąd.

Beautiful clean apartment great location!

Excellent location. Beautiful and very clean, loved it. Detailed information on how to get into. I stayed at so many different places throughout Poland and this one was my favorite. I will definitely stay here the next time I go to Poznań!

Good bargin in a town center

Hell It is in a town center for good money! Small fridge, toaster, kettle, AC, TV with Netflix and comfy and clean bathroom. Good infoservis and easy to use place.

Just that stairs to the 4th floor and ability to hear neighbors. But... not a big deal

Unprofessional owners, poor quality bathroom

Good for the price, good location, easy access

Quality of bathroom shower was poor, glass door shattered while I was opening it cutting up quite badly my skin on hands and feet l, there was no first aid kit in the room, the owners didn't have enough decency to compensate me for accident and when I asked to refund my stay they said in a rude manner that I demolished the apartment and I won't be getting anything, very unprofessional. The scars will stay on me forever, I should sue tbh.

Cozy room in good locations

We liked the room we stayed in. It is small but cozy and with everything you need, with a good shower and even kitchen utensils. The room matched the photo, we would come back here again

you get what you should expect from every hotel in the world

I travelled all night and I slept 2hours that day. even though the check in was supposed to be at 15:00, the staff allowed me to check in 3 hours before, saving me from sleep deprivation, haha. great location too, and cozy apartment.

everything was super nice! next time I come to Poznan I will definitely come back to stay99

A good budget stay in excellent location.

Excellent location, easy check-in & good wifi. One of those all-in-one tiny studios. Really comfy bed.

It took a while before the water to get warm (needed to change the boiler setting). Someone was trying to open my doors in the morning (cleaning, perhaps, but it was way before check-out).

Staff was very good and kind. Apartment was clean. You can cook in the room and there is a shared washing machine in the hall. Location is very good.

The room is very small and it was very noisy. Especially, when people are in the hallway coming or doing something
