Value for money

I have been staying often in this hotel since before the pandemic and the location fits my purpose. Upon arrival I had an issue with the airport pick but this was resolved swiftly by Ivan in a professional manner. Also during my stay there was an issue with my room of which Ivan dealt with it without fuss. Ivan who is in charge of the front desk is an attentive member of staff and the only one who speaks English very well. I mentioned this because Ivan is very accomodating, he is an asset to this hotel and made my stay a pleasane one.

The breakfast finishes too early for me at 9.00AM unlike most hotels at 10.00AM.

Pratique, propre avec une navette gratuite

Il était proche de l’aéroport et grâce à ça on a pu découvrir un vrai quartier de Jakarta. Il y avait une navette pour aller aéroport/hotel.

Tout était bien, parfait pour une nuit avant un vol de correspondance.

Extremely poor - would not recommend that hotel

The room wasn’t great at all, it smelt and there were squashed mosquitoes all over the walls, there were also many live mosquitoes all inside the bathroom

Great stay, helpful staff.

Friendly helpful staff- helped me book a taxi to the train station. Free shuttle bus from the airport (as long as you don't mind waiting as only once every 2 hours), clean room, comfy bed.

Opción aceptable cerca del aeropuerto

El personal de la recepción era muy amable. El internet iba muy bien.

El horario de traslado gratuito al aeropuerto no es comodo, no sale en todos los horarios y aparte sale antes del horario previsto, por lo que si no estas en la recepción 10-15 min antes es probable que lo pierdas. El baño de la habitación aparte de que era super pequeño no tenia lavamanos.

Modern, clean! Excellent value, quite close to airport with a shuttle available at select times.

Beautiful lobby and restaurant on the ground floor! Bed was very comfortable and air-conditioner was turned on prior to my arrival. Bathroom was nicely tiled and very clean.

Room was small, but that wasn't much of a problem. Mostly it was that workers were making construction noise inside the hotel walls in the night.

Nice stay for one night

Comfortable bed and hot shower. Very close to the airport with free shuttle. Very little but nice and clean gym. Nice breakfast.

When I arrived they gave me the wrong room (lower budget), but after complaining it was resolved and it was ok. Not very clean the room from the bedshits to the floor.

Prima voor een nacht dichtbij vliegveld

Dichtbij het vliegveld, prima voor een nacht. Shuttle van hotel naar vliegveld was fijn.

Er werd vooraf niet gereageerd op meerdere berichten of we opgehaald konden worden door de shuttle vanaf het vliegveld. Verder is het erg basic en ligt het ver van alles af dus het restaurant in het hotel is de enige keuze (keuken is wel ok).

Disappointed client

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, food was good, transfer to the aiport for free

We came to the hotel and receptionist told us that our room in not available because of maintanance. We were very tired after flight and they have transported us to the other hotel far away. Then they changed time of our transport to the aiport next day and we were not sure if we will be on time on the aiport. Also receptionist informed us wrong about our terminal and we arrived on wrong terminal on the aiport. Driver told us in last moment about it. Very unproffesionsl. We were disappointed. We should get at least water and food in the hotel because of this situation. We Got nothing.

Very nice for the price, good help at the airport to find their free shuttle, very friendly staff at the reception, good restaurant.

Room / windows a bit older than expected, cleaneliness okay. No free water in the room and I had to ask for a hairdryer (but git one as soon as I asked!)

Great Place to Stay for a Minute.

Hotel lobby was bright and inviting. I was greeted warmly by representatives and provided my key and list of amenities. Room was clean but the warm due to the a/c being turned off to conserve energy while empty. Bed was comfortable and clean. Restroom could have been cleaned a little better but was decent. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a quick, clean, airport turnaround.

Breakfast was wanting and could have used more choices and care. The location ended up being a bit further than I thought and was not easy to get to. Also, this hotel has a few locations, so make sure you check the map to ensure you are at the right one.

Perfect hotel for short layover in Jakarta

Clean Western-style hotel. Quiet (soundproof?) despite being very close to the airport. Free shuttle to and from the airport.

There is no available smoking room, the price in the hotel with booking.com 60% different, so expensive We r planning to extend for 3 hrs, they charge 25% from the price of the hotel.

If you book a room with view you want to see something

For a short stopover this hotel is pretty nice, clean, friendly staff and the price is fair.

I booked a room with view as the also have rooms without window. What I got on my arrival was a room with a blurry window so basically no view. Of course I changed even there was no other room available.. wondering who needed to sleep in the lobby that night ;) The negative I noticed during the year I stopped over here is that the facilities not maintained well like stucking pipes, leaking faucet and so one. I would recommend better maintenance.. but for that price 15 Minutes from airport its fair enough.

Good for transitting through...

Very clean and staff are very helpful. Breakfast is served to your room. Air conditioning is excellent and room was quite big.

Location is a little remote but very close to airport, so ok if you are just transitting through Jakarta.
