Excellent value - quiet area 2 mins walk from Metro (Great for the airport at around 2euros each- alternatively you can call a taxi which quoted 50 euros) only 5 minutes walk from bars ,restaurants. and beach.
The outside area in the apartment was lovely to eat outside at night if we fancied a night in cooking . The apartment was very clean ,modern kitchen, aircon was good and also had washing machine and dishwasher .Our host was very helpful and also offered free use of communal bikes . We where there for a week my daughter was doing a ballet school summer week which was only a 15 minute walk away in the other direction beside the sports centre.
Near the school we found a large supermarket which had everything we needed and was a lot less expensive than the mini shops near the beach- Conad City -Viale Carpi, 4, 47838 Riccione. Also near by the supermarket we had the most amazing pizza at Pizzeria Sapoi Di Grano, it was a no frills local restaurant , very reasonably priced - Viale Busseto, 04, 47838 Riccione RN, Italy -honestly the nicest pizza we had ever tasted-
Another local restaurant which the school recommended was Ristobar Gran Frito - a truly local fish restaurant in Ville Dante and again very reasonably priced.
The beech is beautiful but mostly private and costs vary per day to enter depending on the pier . We around 10Euro s each per day to use enter and use a sunbed for a few hours. As I said it varied depending on the facilities as some also had swimming pools which cost more.
We had a fantastic time and would definitely love to stay here again .

Alloggio perfetto, pulitissimo, completo di ogni cosa
Una settimana di vacanza in un bel appartamento molto curato, con un bel giardino recintato. Ideale per famiglie con bambini e animale domestico. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto reattivi ad ogni ev. problema che si potrebbe presentare. Consigliamo vivamente di andarci per una vacanza perfetta. Ringraziamo la famiglia dei proprietari per averci messo a disposizione un alloggio che ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre aspettative. Speriamo di poterci tornare.....

Unterkunft war ok
Die Ferienwohnung war ok und sauber.
Sie liegt sehr zentral. Zum Strand und zum Zentrum sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.
Geräuschbelästigung durch davor gelegener Strasse und von der daneben liegenden Gaststätte, die Nachts gegen 0 Uhr ihre Glasflaschen entsorgt!

Einfache jedoch gepflegte und ausreichende Ferienwohnung
Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Riccione verbracht. Die Unterkunft hat einen schönen Garten mit Spielzeug für Kinder. Die Lage ist perfekt: nur wenige Minuten zum Strand bzw. zu diversen Lokalen.
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da.
Gerne wieder.

Ci siamo trovati molto molto bene, dalla cortesia dei padroni di casa a tutto quello che abbiamo trovato a disposizione in casa!! Non mancava nulla dai calici di vino , bicchieri per liquore e bibite stoviglie e pentole nuove , contenitori per mangiare in spiaggia ecc ecc !! Praticamente come se fosse una casa propria!!! Biancheria da casa pulita e profumata!!! Tutto davvero perfetto per tornarci assolutamente per il prossimo soggiorno a Riccione!! La casa dotata di tutto e confortevole in zona silenziosa e molto comoda per la spiaggia e le vie principali di Riccione!

L'appartamento si trova in buona posizione rispetto tutti i servizi e soprattutto rispetto al mare. il giudizio e sicuramente positivo.

Posto davvero ben curato e in una zona particolarmente agevole. Ottima ospitalità e cordialità. Appartamento con tutti i comfort possibili, dall'igiene personale agli utensili da cucina. Sicuramente la consiglio vivamente per un gruppo di amici o una coppia.

Appartamento con giardino in zona centrale
L'appartamento si trova in zona centrale e a circa 700 mt dal mare, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. L'abbiamo scelto per il bel giardino, che ci ha permesso di pranzare e cenare sempre all'aperto. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che fosse molto curato e dotato di ogni comfort: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aria condizionata.

Posto fantastico, vicino a tutte le principali attrattive di Riccione ma nello stesso tempo immerso in un giardino silenzioso. Proprietari ospitali ed efficienti in tutto e soggiorno fantastico. Consigliato per famiglie con bambini.

kleine feine Wohnung in Gehnähe zum Zentrum von Riccione
Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und hat einen schönen großen Außenbereich. Sogar ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Fahrzeug wird auf dem eigenen Grundstück abgestellt. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten für unsere Tochter ein Babybett dabei, dafür war die Wohnung ausreichend groß. Bei vier Erwachsenen könnte es sportlich werden. Den schönen Außenbereich konnten wir wetterbedingt leider nicht nutzen. Das Zentrum von Riccione und der Strand sind in Gehhähe (einfach durch die Unterführung der Bahn). Die "beste Eisdiele Ricciones" ist um die Ecke.Die Strandpromenade von Riccione ist neu gemacht, sehr schön und autofrei.In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen. Der Vermieter ist nett und gibt viele Tipps.

l'appartamento è davvero come si presenta in foto, forse anche meglio !
cucina nuova e attrezzata, bagno nuovo e molto pulito. la strada è molto silenziosa e il giardinetto gradevole. Ci tornerò !

Klein aber fein mit schönem Garten
Wir haben uns in der FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt - der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Garten sehr schön - für Kinder ideal! Wir waren zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder), daher war die Wohnung eher etwas eng für uns, aber dank schönem Wetter haben wir uns eh hauptsächlich draußen aufgehalten.

Schöne und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung
Vom Vermieter wurden wir freundlich empfangen und umfassend informiert.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Betten in frischem Look bezogen. Genügend Handtücher für Bad und Küche vorhanden. Der Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Gelände, was in dieser Wohngegend von großem Vorteil ist.
Wie auf den Bildern gibt es vor und neben der Wohnung schöne Sitzplätze zum Essen und chillen.
In ein paar Minuten ist man in der belebten Füßgängerzone mit Restaurants und vielen Shops, sowie am Strand. Ein Fahrrad zu nutzen lohnt sich hier. Den Restaurant-Tips von Herrn Abati sollte man gerne folgen, sie sind wirklich gut.
Ein gelungener Urlaub.

"Nice, clean apartment, good location to the competition swimming pool, close to main shopping areas and all restaurants etc. Not too much further to the beach. Street it is on is relatively quiet, and had good off-street parking and outdoor area with tables and chairs. Owner friendly and helpful and gave good local information."
