Great apartment with excellent location and enough stairs to burn some calories after fish and chips and ice creams.

It was close to the sea and all the attractions. It was beautiful and comfy.

Getting to the property wasn’t clear enough. I didn’t read the whole instructions as though it can’t be too difficult but I was wrong. Would help if the code to first locker was first in a message, also clear short instructions rather than an essay how to get into the lockers.

Great apartment in a perfect location!

Great location. Spacious rooms. Very clean.

Could have done with some more cleaning products, sponge etc. It was very warm and with one of the windows unusable it wasn’t ideal. Only minor things!

well needed chill out time and The surfers Loft provided all of the comfort to make out time an experience to remember.

A good stay,we enjoyed it.

Liked the location and the apartment,was a lot of stairs for us and a 4 year old to climb.

Would be happier with a fire escape,as we were on top floor.

Great location, close by to every thing but not only that really nicely furnished and perfect for what we needed

Only all the stairs to get up there but that can’t be helped haha

Modern property in good proximity to the beach.

Modern decor. Bright. Good facilities. Staff very responsive to issues. Good location.

There were issues with the cleanliness of the apartment on arrival but we were compensated by the management who were very responsive. Also the skylight blinds are hard to close so very bright early morning.

Overall it was good, just needs some minor maintenance and taking a few less liberties with the desc

The location was excellent. The milk in the fridge in arrival was also a nice touch. It’s a nice looking flat and is tastefully decorated

The property was advertised as having satellite or cable tv which it didn’t have. It was also listed as having sea views which were only visible by hanging half out the window. The mattress in on bedroom was very soft and felt like it would benefit from being replaced. There were just other really small bits of maintenance needed like loose taps and toilet roll holders in the bathroom

Enjoyable and comfortable.

Liked the lighting throughout the apartment and how central it was.

The plug in the bath didn't work and the water kept draining away. Needed a part that unfortunately didn't arrive whilst we were there.

Great loft apartment, close to everything and nicely done out

Very close to the promenade and amenities

Stairs to 4th floor, our fault though we should have realised 'loft would be the top floor. Also the bath drained even when the plug was in so no chance of a relaxing soak.

I ❤ saltburn

Central in saltburn Clean, tidy, staff were helpful when I had a question. It had everything I needed ie pots, pans, towels, tea coffee and milk.

It is hard work getting to the forth floor. The cost of accommodation is very high.

Very good

Lovely apartment. Everything you need. Very clean.

You need to be quite fit to stay here as apartment on the top floor of the building. Lots of steps. Good exercise.

There were lots of utilities included, and the apartment was stylish, clean, and comfortable. The bath was incredible!
