Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a private residence on 22 well-planned and landscaped acres. Kawama Tower has its own private, heated marina-front pool with shared access to two additional heated pools. Other features include an oceanfront beach, a children’s playground, two tennis courts, a sunning beach at the north end of the 3-acre saltwater lagoon and relaxing walking paths through the community. Oceanfront, you’ll find picnic and meditation areas, a 400’ fishing jetty and the pearl of Kawama Yacht Club, the deep-water marina with boat ramp and rental slips. (Advance reservations must be made for a slip rental). There is also gated and manned, 24-hour security.

We love the lagoon but were so sad to see the majority of the iguanas were gone (exterminated?) We love the iguanas and feel like they are a big part of the attraction and ambiance of the lagoon. Everyone is kind and courteous.

We could not have been more pleased with our experience and our time in the Keys. This condo was the perfect home base to all the things we wanted to do. Beautiful, comfortable, spacious and centrally located. Suggest: Sunset cruise Molasses coral reef boat tour There isn’t a bad restaurant or bar from Miami to Key West Great shopping. They shared their favorite things to do. Uncomplicated booking and check in. Ease of communication with Barefeet staff. Not to mention great hosts by sharing ideas and coupons on great things to do, see and experience while in the area.

The pictures online are exactly what the condo looks like. The place was clean, had everything you needed and the beds are comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will be booking again in the future. Team members are polite, welcoming and know what they are doing. We have rented from Barefeet twice and also our friends who we vacation with have rented from Barefeet twice, always very friendly staff and our condos have been wonderful.

Upon arrival we were given one key which we never even ending up using . Someone was always in the pool area and let us in. Condo was pretty clean just seemed like potential dog hair . Overall we were extremely happy with our rental and our check in and check out process! Thanks for having us

We had a nice little family getaway with our two young children at Kawama Towers! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great - we enjoyed the playground, pool and walks to the beach. Lots of good restaurants and attractions nearby. We would love to visit again!

The free laundry facility was a pleasant surprise. The lack of luggage carts makes it VERY arduous for guests, requiring multiple back & forth trips. Prohibiting guests from parking under the building is another objectionable imposition, especially for seniors. Your staff is friendly & helpful but your guest instructions and infrastructure need improvement.

We called ahead to arrange late check-in. The office closed at 5pm. We arrived at 5:15pm. The door to access our folder would not open requiring me to stand on their cold and windy 2nd floor walkway while the after hours guy arranged for our entry to the community. When we arrived at the tower, there were no luggage carts requiring us to make multiple trips back & forth to the unit. Guests are also prohibited from parking under the building making it more arduous, especially for seniors. The unit had two entry doors. We chose the one with the unit # next to it. It had a broken keyboard prompting another call to the after hours guy, who pointed us to actual entry door and opened it remotely (thanks). The unit itself is nice and clean, but we'd be reluctant to deal with the logistical problems with our visit again.

This was our second stay at Kawama tower and we are still very pleased. We love the lagoon and the small beach area is perfect for sunset & sunrise watching. The private laundry facilities are so convenient!! The master suite door still needs a lock on it though… Overall a wonderful place to stay with a lovely well stocked condo! We may very well be back again.
