Exceptional

Everything was exceptional! Very good location, 2 min from funicular, nice sweet surprises in the room :)), very comfortable beds, friendly owner that gave us very good advices of what to visit! We will come back for sure!

We didn’t want to leave

Fantastic location, the best service from the host and the property was extremely clean and well looked after. There were free drinks in the fridge and continents to top it off.

È una struttura dove ho gia soggiornato con il mio compagno. Dall’accoglienza di Costanzo alle piccole attenzioni riservate ma sopratutto la vicinanza a tutto mi fanno venire voglia di ritornare ogni volta.

Vårt livs resa, överträffade mkt högt ställda förväntningar!

Fantastiskt att bo så nära centrum, bara några steg från piazettan och busstation, mkt bekvämt. Boendet mkt lugnt och tyst, bekvämt m två toaletter och eget kök. Lagade mat och frukost, all utrustning på plats tillsammans med baslivsmedel. Gjorde vandringar och småutflykter till alla delar av ön, helt fantastiskt på alla sätt! Hyrde egen båt och åkte runt hela ön, enkelt för 130 euro inkl bränsle. Höjdpunkten var San Michele

Finns ingen uteplats, fönster in mot klostergård men det var inget problem i sig. Uppvägs av fantastiska läget!

Superb

Amazing location, once we found it! We should have just called when we arrived at the city center, but we foolishly tried to wander the streers. It took about two minutes once we contacted Costanzo. Very clean. The shower was awesome.

Very minor complaint, but a box fan would be nice. The air condition was good, but a box fan for air flow would have made it perfect.

Great 3 night stay in Capri

Great location. Close to main square and bus stops and Funicolare but still quiet. Plenty of space. Washing machine is handy to have. Had a problem with the shower but they sent someone immediately to fix it. Very helpful host and really nice of them to have water and drinks in the fridge on our arrival.

Nothing. Would stay here again.

A perfect place to stay in Capri

Excellent location in the center of Capri, a 2-min walk to the piazetta, Perfect host who provided numerous pleasant surprises for us - a nice breakfast, a bottle of water, fruit juices, iced tea and etc.

Exceptional value for money.

Location (3 minute walk to square) and helpfulness of the hosts who were friendly and willing to help with anything.

Just one thing - the entrance to the apartment complex is a bit old and secluded. Once your inside it was perfect.

Lovely little apartment centrally located and excellent value for money.

Charming little property. Family run. Lots of character. fridge and kitchen were stocked with food and drink. Great location right by the town square. The host met us in advance and his aunt was lovely in also greeting us and saying goodbye.

Not a huge kitchen if you’re planning to cook - but you’re in Capri so why would you!

Incredible and cozy apartment in the heart of an outstanding island Capri. It is located within 1 minute walk from the main square and the bus stop but in a very calm area. We liked everything in the apartment; fully equipped for convenient living. The owner is very kind and helpful. Thank you!

The apartment is very well furnished and has everything you dream of;-) It is really very spacious, has a big kitchen even with a sofa & a big table with four chairs, a big sleeping-room and two bathrooms. The big one has a very extraordinary shower with whirl-pool tubes!!! I really appreciated the nice view out of the window since you see the sunny sky or the stars in the night. It is very quiet although it is located down-town in the near of every attraction and is 3 min.from the Piazetta. Also the bus station is just 2 min away. The host, Costanzo is very professional & very helpful. He was always available when I had a question. IT IS THE PERFECT APARTMENT FOR A PERFECT CAPRI STAY!!!

Comfortable apartment nearby the main square. Needed to walk up several flights of stairs and walk a short distance from the main square to the apartment - was not bad but can be difficult with heavy luggage. The apartment was quiet and roomy, it had everything we needed. There were even snacks available. We were able to leave our luggage at the apartment for several hours the morning we left. The host was very responsive. His father met us at the main square, and walked us to the apartment to check us in. He was very friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay here!

Superb

Nice, big apartment, that has all you need for a relaxed holiday. It is placed in a residential zone in the old part of the town, very close to everything. Just 3 minutes to the Piazzetta. The host is also nice and helpful. It was not the first time for me staying there, I like especially the view over the bay of Naples, when you walk out of the ancient building :-)

It is always nice for me to come back to that apartment in an ancient structure with locals living nearby. The apartment is big, nicely furnished and you have everything you need, also for cooking etc. Lots of space for clothes and other things. Will come back for sure ;-)
