We have stayed in the building before and know it's aging. Lack of parking due to construction materials. Basement units hallway under construction. Mattresses in the unit were the worst we've ever had especially the bedroom. Dishwasher didn't work. Kitchen cooking supplies lacking. Location is perfect. Per friendly and price are the main reasons we stayed there.

Hot tub was not functional , Room was not ski in ski out construction everywhere parking a nightmare. Not happy camper.

Super convenient to both skiing and town.

We had a great stay at this property. If the host just improves the quality of the mattress and pillows, Fixes the dishwasher this place will be awesome

As expected. Great place for the price.
10.0
Perfect for our one night stay. Opens up to floor level with creek and trails for walking steps from the sliding glass door. Perfect for two people.

Convenient to lifts and to the village

Perfect for getting everywhere in Breckenridge. Close enough to walk to town and very short walk to snowflake lift!

Very user friendly, good communication, perfect for our stay.

Fall colors in Breckenridge. Enjoy the rooms easy access to outdoors.

Walking distance to downtown. A brook 15 yards behind the condo. Perfect for a couple. Or with a couple kids on a short stay. It's dated, but was clean. The price justified a quick get away. We cooked and grilled half our meals. You'll need charcoal for the grills. Wifi reached the picnic tables outside (we worked in the mornings). And the bed mattress needs updating as stated in other reviews. As expected. We'll do it again.

Really nice and cozy place for a short stay in Breckenridge. Stone’s throw away from Main street. Loved that I had a bottom unit that was a few feet away from the Blue River, and sat there every evening watching the squirrels and hummingbirds looking for dinner. People were really nice and generally quiet. Peaceful and relaxing. The unit itself had everything required for self-catering.
10.0
The condo was clean, close to town, and had everything we needed.

Walking distance to Main Street and hiking trails. The patio is next to charcoal grills and picnic tables. Perfect for a couples getaway!

Location of this rental is an A+ but unit is very outdated and back door doesn't even lock. Laundry facility was convenient but what to do with your garbage is a mystery as they lock it up so you cannot dispose of it. Great walking distance to town and easy ski in.
4.0
Pros: allows dogs, true ski in via Lower 4 O'clock run, and close to main street.
Cons: the parking pass was not left in the room, the bed was old(mattress was broke down in the middle making it hard to sleep in), the sleeper sofa mattress was also worn out, the bathroom looked like an incomplete project(nails sticking out of the door molding, paint peeling, sink faucet handles not lined up), bedroom closet contained boxes and other items which made it almost unusable.
3.0
Location was great - close to downtown
8.0
Very easy to get out the slopes and to ski home. Location and dog friendly make this place worth it. The bed is old and not the most comfortable, and the bathroom is tiny. But the location is key.

This is a really great little condo. It is not fancy and could use some updating, however it was just fine for us and two dogs. There were a few minor problems such as the bedroom window crank and back door latch were broken, but it honestly didn’t make much of a difference. We had a great time and it was exactly perfect for what we needed this weekend.

The condo needs an update, it was very basic. No one responded to my calls to the front desk. We were never given a parking pass although signs all over the place said you would be towed without one. Everytime our neighbors flushed we heard it. The hot tub was barely warm. We paid way too much for this stay.

Great location and love the sauna and hot tub!
4.0
The bed was awful, huge dip in the middle, made sleeping near impossible. It was marketed as a queen size bed…….double bed would be more accurate.
The tile floor had it grout chipping off so you wound up with small grout pieces on your feet if you walked barefoot.
The location was good, it was walkable to downtown, which was nice.
8.0
Short drive or walk to Main St. Perfect location to get on the mountain or head downtown. The condo was clean and perfect for a getaway for 2.
6.0
Beautiful location but the inside needs some tlc. Back of the bathroom door has a fine layer of dust and lots of places have paint chipped off. The bathroom fans works maybe 20% of the time and the other sounds like its coming through the ceiling. Needs a lot more silverware. Had to do dishes every couple days. There is also just a ton of usless junk so much so there is zero cupboard space in the kitchen for food and the closet in fill to the brim with boxes so it cants be used. Get all the extra junk out so people font feel like they r staying in a storage unit. Also there is only one blabket for the bed and it gets cold up there. Just needs a little attention and walk through

Similar to others, the bed was really uncomfortable and small. You can also hear all of the noises from the surrounding condos. The condo was clean, but not in the best of shape. I loved the location, surrounding area, the property outside was well maintained and perfect for my dog to walk around. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything needed to cook.

Issues include:
No code given for trash, building or hot tub in a timely manner.
Walls SO THIN. Herd every sneeze or fart around us.
Bedroom window broken.
Bedroom window blinds mounted incorrectly light not blocked.
Both beds uncomfortable.
Old expired spices cluttering kitchen.
2 coffee pots clutter kitchen.
No coffee filters .
Broken screen on back door.
Back door does not lock, not proper security.
Flimsy curtain rod to back door.
The bedroom bed really SUCKS!
Broken blow-dryer, was replaced.
Broken coffee table with gross trash in it and under in, like snot rags.
Towel rod in bathroom not secured fully.
Using a old broken soap dish just tacky.

Walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. Great grassy space and creek right outside of patio.

Nice and comfortable condo on the first floor. It was great opening the sliding doors to let the dogs out. Had the windows open and could hear the creek flowing perfectly. Nice and peaceful. Walking distance from the river walk and Main Street! Loved our stay and will be back!

When we arrived there was.no parking pass-- so we called the property management who said that he was making up a pass and would have someone bring it up. One hour later... no parking pass. We called back and were told that the property management did not deliver parking passes and that we would have to come and get it. We did and were told that Wildwood, where we were staying, did not exist. Got a parking pass for "Wild and Free" condo-- glad that nobody inspected the pass! Also the hair dryer didn't work, so we told the property management about it when they called us to check on our stay. Management said they would bring a new one but never did. Just don't like people saying that they are going to do something and then just not doing it. Condo was decent but property management was disappointing.

Peaceful mountain get away
This condo was in a great location, 5 min walk to town, you felt like you were in a cabin even though it’s a condo. The river is right out your door as well as the hot tub. Condo was clean and had everything you needed. I will stay again .

Great for traveling with dogs
The unit was on the ground floor and we could take the pups out the back door which was nice. Unit is close to hot tub and sauna. Very short drive to downtown shopping district. Ski in access (after short walk) from four o’clock run. Walkable to snowflake lift (when it’s open).
Couple things that need attention: lamp in bedroom had exposed wires near the plug which seemed like a clear fire hazard. We unplugged it immediately upon noticing this. Hair dryer didn’t appear to work, and back sliding door was really tough to open and shut. Curtain rod needs to be screwed down and the back patio/deck could use a new mat as the current one is in pieces.

Maybe try air b n b till this company gets its act together
Great location, great price point, pet friendly, and has nice amenities.
Too bad you can't use the hot tub or throw garbage out. You need a code to get into the hottub or throw your garbage out. Information isn't available anywhere and the vacasa rep couldn't help me as they didn't know the codes either.
Yes this is the worse bed I ever slept in as stated in other reviews. There isn't any extra bedding for the pull out couch if you plan on using it bring your own.
Photo of bathroom is not accurate. There is not a jetted tub in this unit. This inaccurate photo has been on the listing for this condo for over a year.
8.0
Very nice condo for snow sports but horrible bed.
Loved the location and cleanliness off the condo. Would not recommend due to the horrible bed though. We've stayed here a few times and this will be the last unless the bed is changed. You're more beat up from the bed than you are from snowboarding.
6.0
No frills, furniture and unit not in very good repair. Dirty washcloth left in bathroom.
We were not given a code for garbage disposal, nor for the hot tub which we weren't able to use as a result. There was lots of dog waste out our unit and other units that had not been removed by previous renters.
8.0
Convenient
There is obvious age to the property but you can’t beat ski in/ski out location!
8.0
Overall great stay! Perfect for 2 people!
Overall had a great stay! Very close to the ski hill for skiing in at the end of the day! Also only a 8-10 min walk from downtown restaurants. Only 2 complaints were that it was very unclear what the checkout process was for sheets, garbage, dishes ect. And also zero communication with host. Other than that the place worked great!

Stuck outside the building, 15 degrees, 12am, and with kids inside. Management didn't answer
I was given a code to enter the apartment, not the building. As a result, I was locked out unprepared, around 12 am, 15 degrees, with kids inside, and management wouldn't pickup the phone. I gave up after an hour or so. They gave me the code for the building the next day when i called them.

Fantastic Location
I’m a snowboarder, which means sometimes ‘ski in/ski out’ places don’t apply to me. You can truly snowboard all the way to your door from the mountain. The lift is a short walk up the street and across a run. So easy. As with most condos in the mountain, it’s a bit older and small but I would definitely go back for the easy access to the mountain and Main Street.

Wild wood 102
Extremely disappointed. Condo is old, requires multiple repairs/ updates. Baseboards rotting. Cabinets old, chipping & uneven. Curtain & rods must be 30 years old! Sink backed up. Handles missing from windows.
Not truly ski out (12-13 minute walk in ski boots up hill). Ski in more accurate.
Management pleasant but did not resolve issues. Felt like their answers read from a script!

Good
Needs a little TLC but location was amazing.
