In a beautiful garden and bush setting, this private home will make you feel that you are totally secluded, whilst being conveniently situated between Daylesford (3 minute drive/10 minute walk) and Hepburn Springs (4 minute drive/20 minute walk) with their abundant cafes, restaurants, retail shopping and spa facilities.

Casa Adagio is a light-filled, elegant yet relaxed, and comfortable, spacious home. Stunning antique furniture, light fittings, objects d’art and artwork feature throughout the house. Every room is a feast for the eyes, with beautiful and unique furnishings and decorative items.

Casa Adagio has everything you need for you to run your own retreat or we can help you to create a bespoke retreat for you and your friends. The light filled yoga studio is supplied with; yoga mats, woollen blankets, blocks, straps, bluetooth speak, oil diffuser, eye pillows, blockout blinds, dimmable lights, candles, meditation chairs and heating and cooling. We have an amazing yoga teacher who can run sessions. We can also provide the details of caterers, massage therapists, sound healing practitioners, meditation teachers, bush walking tracks, tarot readings, reiki, spa treatments etc

The outlook and position of this magnificent home makes it a perfect property for all seasons. In Summer you can enjoy the small solar heated swimming pool, al fresco dining on a choice of two decks or just relax and read a book on the shady front verandah. Enjoy the spacious gardens and lawns which extend to and are surrounded by State forest, with abundant walking tracks suitable for a gentle stroll or a serious day hike.

In winter, practice yoga in the studio, curl up in front of the fire in the sun-filled living room on comfy sofas. Choices of indoor entertainment include wifi, a TV with Google Chrome Cast, a DVD player (range of DVD’s supplied), board games, books, and magazines. The house is really well heated with a wood fires, three split system units, heaters in each bedroom and bathroom and electric blankets so you will be cosy and warm during your stay!

Indulge in massages or other spa treatments either in Daylesford or Hepburn or at home.

The stunning French 18th-century antique dining table with seating for 10 is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. It is the perfect setting for communal dining. A BBQ is also provided on one of the decks. A chef can be arranged to come and prepare your meals at the house.

The property has five stylishly appointed bedrooms. Each room can be configured with a King-sized bed or two long singles. Each bedroom has a distinctive colour scheme, with beautiful linen and upholstered bed heads. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a full-size bath and separate shower. The remaining four bedrooms are serviced by a further two bathrooms.

All linen is supplied as well as tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, oil, vinegar salt & pepper.

Unless the cleaners need to prepare for the next booking, you are welcome to enjoy a late checkout.

Children are welcome.

Please note that although this property is single story there are stairs between adjoining rooms. Guests with young children or with restricted mobility should be aware of this.

Sleep in!
You can have a late checkout and a leisurely start to the day if possible.

Walk!
Walking tracks are at your doorstep. Enjoy a bush walk through Doctor’s Gully to Hepburn Springs or a 10-minute walk into the main street of Daylesford. For the serious walkers, there is an extensive network of walking trails ranging from 1 hour to multi-day walks. Walk around the beautiful Lake Daylesford.

Take the waters!
Splash about in your own (very small) solar heated pool, the many natural mineral springs in the area, the lake or at the Hepburn Spa complex.

Yoga!
Enjoy yoga or mediation in your own fully equipped yoga studio. There are local yoga instructors who can come to the house or you can organise your own retreat.
