Brand new 1-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom luxury condo located one block from the beach. Unit will sleep 4 adults comfortably. Bedroom has a queen bed, 42" TV, and large closet area. Spacious living area features a 60" TV, pull-out sofa, kitchen with granite counter tops, brand new appliances, and lovely dining area. Common outdoor area has comfortably seating and features beautiful views of the Hampton River and marina. One block to beautiful Hampton beach and all of the charm of the unique beach town.

Hampton Beach is a premier resort destination in the northeast, recently voted as having one of the Top 10 Best Beach Boardwalks in America by USA Today. Hampton Beach features a variety of activities for all ages including shopping, restaurants, arcades, mini-golf, fireworks, water activities, and more. We have been vacationing at Hampton Beach for over 20 years. Our stay this year was one of the best partly due to our accommodations. Jenny's unit was super clean and well stocked with the essentials. The furniture was comfortable and the decor relaxing. When we had a question, she responded immediately. We highly recommend Jenny's spot!

The condo was wonderful. It is spacious and the common area outside the condo really added to the experience. More than enough paper towels, towels, soap, etc. I had a few questions before we arrived and Jenny answered me back immediately. The only thing that was missing was a grill. But the condo association forbids them. And because of that, we usually went out to dinner! :-)

Love this complex this is our 4th staying in the complex first time in this unit. This unit was fully equipt with everything plus some. If I had to find a negative it would be no key pad for entry like other units in complex so I was aways worried I would lose the key. Thanks.

We had a wonderful time in Hampton Beach while staying at this property. Even before arriving, Jennifer was very responsive through messaging. She answered all of my questions and even gave tips for traveling to the area with a toddler. The condo was even better than described. Everything was so clean and felt brand new. The kitchen was well equipped. The television had cable and a few apps already installed which was great since we had a few rainy days. There were tons of beach toys and a high chair, which came in so handy with our one year old. The bed was very comfortable and there was no shortage of all amenities (paper products, blankets, bath towels, etc). It is about a block or less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are several restaurants that are even closer. Super convenient. I would absolutely recommend this rental and would book again.

This was our third trip to Hampton Beach, staying in a different place each visit, and of those, this is our favorite place to stay. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The host is quick to respond to inquiries, and it is so nice not to have to pack toilet paper, paper towels, hand and dish washing soaps, etc. The apartment is well stocked with incidentals. We would love to return to this unit or rent any other unit from this host.

One of our best rentals!

This rental was one of the best we have ever stayed in! It was immaculately clean, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, and quiet. We have a 2 year old so convenience is everything. The elevator made unloading a breeze. The condo was very toddler-friendly - I felt like he could walk around without bonking anything or breaking anything. They even had a high chair and some toddler toys in the closet, which was SUCH a nice touch. There is Netflix on the TV, a very well stocked kitchen, and two bathrooms. The outdoor patio area was a fantastic bonus. The beach is really lovely too and we enjoyed JB Seafood nearby. There is a really nice botanical garden about 12 minutes away. We had such a nice, convenient, clean, stress-free stay that we're already talking about coming back next summer!
