Not the 1st Time at St.Regis Almasa . Very Good Hotel . Good FrontDesk team . Mr Ahmad Antar is Amazing Front Desk Officer . He managed Both Check-in and Check-out processes in smooth Excellent way .

The location is far from everything but in a way it's good because the property itself made us feel safe !! I can't wait to see all the other finish developments!!

Kann ich nicht empfehlen

Das Frühstück war gut. Viel zu goße Raum. Sehr ungemütlich.

Das Hotel hat keine Wärme und man fühlt sich wie auf dem Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind groß. Im Bad eine rutschfesten Fließen. Im Außenbereich alles sauber hingestellt aber ohne Gefühl.

Шикарный отель и очень удачный выбор, если хотите совместить пирамиды и другие достопримечательности с расслабленным отдыхом. Мы утром ездили на экскурсии, а уже после обеда ты у бассейна и вечером гуляешь по огромной чудесной территории. Каир страшно некомфортный город для человека европейского образа жизни, там быть не приятно, поэтому час дороги окупает вполне то умиротворение, что получите внутри. Сам отель хорошо сделан, очень приятная территория, чистая, что прямо редкость для Каира, ухоженная, зеленая, с огромными водоемами для антуража. Большой холл ресепшен с приятной зоной для чая/кофе, делая шаг, выдыхаешь после дикой суматохи города. Жили в номере всей семьей, там не только 2 спальни и 2 огромные ванные, но и большая гостиная, даже кухня. Встретили сладостями и фруктами - мелочь, приятно! Отличный пустой СПА, бассейн до 22 (или 23, не помню), хаммам и сауна, огромная джакузи. Весь персонал очень приветлив, причем именно доброжелателен без навязчивости, без лишнего подобострастия ради чаевых, что выбешивает вне. Крепкая 5+ менеджменту за персонал. Открытый бассейн (мне кажется подогреваемый) чистый, много лежаков, в тени и на солнце. Отличные сотрудники, приятные полотенца, хороший бар. И, конечно, завтраки! Восторг - вкусно, разнообразно, красиво подано. Приличный американо. Мы были в самом конце октября и на территории нет толчеи, все очень качественно и отлично. Рада, что выбрали загородный отель: пирамиды, музей увидели, заодно и погрелись, и покупались!

Не то, чтобы не понравилось, но с кухней египетского и итальянского ресторана можно поработать. В принципе мы в Египте не ели вкусно (даже раскрученный на рынке Naguib так себе). Готовят на твердую 4 в обоих, здесь есть куда расти

Excellent hotel, shame about the location. Too far from most places.

Beautiful, clean, helpful staff. Good sized rooms.

Location, too far from most places. Very difficult to get an Uber, waited for well over an hour to get an Uber to the location. Returning at night, the Uber driver lost his way and we ended up off road in pitch dark. Quite scary.

All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful especially Menna and Alaa who made memorable preparations for my anniversary and constantly followed up with me during the stay to make sure everything is fine Everywhere in the hotel is clean and well organised The food is great Many fun activities
