Good stay would recommend for location and convience for communte.

Came for work, close to the airport as well as the metro station. Breakfast was good and lots of restaurants around for choice.

Convenient stay for a DXB Airport pick and drop

Great location. There was a challenge with the reception but the supervisor Mahesh quickly resolved it and gave us according to the Booking.com reservation. The family enjoyed the breakfast and pool facility

Nothing was an issue except the check in misunderstanding which was resolved

Everything is great in this hotel , near to Airpot , near to Dubai mall , nice location, and I want Thanks to Duty Manger Mr Omar and His team Mr Malik , Mr Arafat , Mr Samir, Ms Rena reception and etc….you fell you stay in your home , Many Thanks to Mr Omar .

Only required change tv in this hotel only tv is old no YouTube and Netflix and etc ..

على كثر زياراتي لإمارة دبي .. هذا الفندق كان من افضل الفنادق

المكان كان جميل جدا ونظيف ومرتب للغاية كما ان الموظفين كانوا ودودين اما عن بوفية الإفطار فكان متنوع وبه خيارات متعددة.

Für ein bis zwei Übernachtungen akzeptabel . Gutes Frühstück.

Wir waren 5 Personen und hatten zwei Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Auf die Frage wo die eine Person schlafen soll - bekamen wir die Antwort, dass das Bett genug gross sei.

Comfortable transit stay

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The distance to the airport is 10 min, which is helpful during the transit. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel, open until 2am. Hotel restaurant operates 24/7. The breakfast starts at 6am, however, I was let in at 5.50am - thank you for that.

The hotel doesnt provide complementary airport shuttle.

الاستقبال غير مرحب بالعرب و الغرف رائحتها سيئة كما لا يوجد عزل الصوت في الغرف ، يطلبون مبلغ مالي كضمان وطلبوا مني مبلغ يساوي نصف قيمة الحجز ليوم كامل مقابل الدخول المبكر لثلاث ساعات و هذا أمر غير عادل.

- الموقع جميل - تنوع الافطار الصباحي - الأسره مريحة

- هنالك مشكلة في دورات المياه في الماء، طوول الوقت يكون ساخن، حتى اولادي الصغار ماتسبحوا زين من حرارة الماي، لانه الماي في جهة البارد يكون حار وفي جهة الحار يكون حار نفس الشي. - السجاد الموجود في الغرف تحتاج الى تبديل لانه قديم ولونه متغير

Generally all us good, but, although it is just 10 min walking distance from the DXB intl a/p no pes

Clean, cosy/stylish, yummy and varieties of food in buffet breakfast 😋, friendly welcoming and helpful staff

1. Taxi dropped us off at the back side and it was not clear how to access/enter the hotel, eventually kitchen staff happened to be outside helped us where to enter the hotel - was also accessible through the restaurant! I suggest this information will be included in the hotel general/mandatory information! 2. Stylish Designer rooms, but the ergonimics not thought thoroughly - e.g., (a) light switches, night lamps, etc. (b) Shower floor slopes the other way round, not convenient (washed/dirty water collected exist side and no other way than stepping in with your cleaned feet.....maybe this issues was only in the room we stayed (we were in a premium lux, much higher than the standard or delux)

The location.

No Charging points next to bed. The only charging points near bed are if u physically move the bed forward, remove the plug for the table lamp and use that to charge the phone or laptop. Very inconvenient.

The bed was so comfortable, good night's sleep.

The room hallways smelt of cigarette smoke we stayed on first floor when I opened bedroom door it smelt of nicotine. Everything else Good.
