Watch your family enjoy the pool and play area from the deck or patio...no need to lug everything to the beach. Immaculate and fully-furnished in a quiet residential neighborhood on a dead end road. The first floor offers an open floor plan for entertaining, which includes a living room (lg flatscreen TV), dining area, kitchen (all with hardwood floors) and a large, sunny bedroom with a full bath. Sliders from the dining room lead to a large mahogany deck (gas grill, patio furniture) overlooking a magnificent in-ground swimming pool and a lovely patio surrounding it. There is also a wonderful ''ship'' playhouse and a swing-set for the little ones and an outdoor shower. Upstairs features two bedrooms, a full bath, a family room with TV, games and books. The walk-in basement features one bedroom, a kitchenette, a full bath and laundry.

Big house, big pool, nice neighborhood. Would have been nice to have AC outside of the bedrooms but other than that no complaints. Would rent again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Cape house for the second year in a row, and it was nothing short of perfect both times. Last year, we visited with our newborn, and this year, we returned with our almost 1.5-year-old and extended family. The house is immaculate and incredibly well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The neighborhood is perfect for a nice stroller walk and the garage offers plenty of extra space for bikes, beach gear, and those extras that come with little kids on vacation. The pool is a standout feature – pristine and perfect for both relaxing and playing with the little ones. We spent countless hours enjoying the water and the lovely outdoor space. The location is ideal, offering easy access to mashpee commons and other major centers, and beaches , while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. One small note for future renters: be sure to bring your own sheets and towels. This minor detail in no way detracts from the overall experience, and the hosts provide everything else you could possibly need for a fantastic stay. We can't recommend this house enough and look forward to returning for many more family vacations in the future!

This trip was easy to book had no issues. Everything I needed to know was available for me. If there were any issues or questions property owner handle it quickly and swiftly. Would rent again.

The place was great. You need to provide your own sheets towels. We flew from ND so they helped with that. There was only 1 a/c in the main bedroom on first floor. The other 2 we used were upstairs. Very hot! We used fans. The pool was amazing!!!!!!!!! The house was clean and cozy!

Great house with all the amenities wanted in a rented home away from home. Plenty of room, 1st floor bedroom, great pool and deck, quiet neighborhood. Near grocery stores, beaches and activities. Great communication with the property manager. Would stay again!

Everything as advertised. Spacious, clean house with all the amenities. Plentiful kitchen ware and dishes, pool toys, bbq. We had a lovely time and would love to return.

Our family came to Mashpee to visit our oldest daughter. We had an absolute blast at the house. The house was amazing and Sue an great host. We will definitely visit again!

We loved our stay at this rental. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed and wanted. The kids (6 and almost 4), parents and guests loved the pool and pirate ship play area. We had lots of compliments from our guests on the home. The owner was accessible and prompt with any and all questions. We hope to be back.

Very acurate description of propery. Located in a quiet residential area, with easy access to beaches, shopping, movies, restaurants and other activities. Property was clean and well-maintained. Pool was beautiful. The bedrooms are all a nice size and able to accomodate the stated number of guests. Air-conditioning only in bedrooms. TV viewing is limited, but there was little time for this anyway. We were all very comfortable and cannot wait to return next summer.
