Great value for money

Great location. Very clean and well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo etc. The host was very nice and friendly. Also very responsive when there are was a problem with the kitchen tap

While clean and adequate, we found the living space too small for us.

The apartment was fine and very clean (they have a cleaner). The price was reasonable for the area.

The living spaces was small with an uncomfortable small sofa and you look into other apartments very close rather than out to a view. It was very hot when we were staying there, and while the standalone air conditioning unit did make a bit of difference in the 3rd floor, when we opened any window mosquitos came in, so we kept them closed and it was very hot inside.

A gem apartment in a great location!

The property is well located and very comfortable. Its a very short distance to the lake and ferry stop. The piazza is adjacent with a great assortment of restaurants. Giovanni the owner lives close and is very helpful . The property is VERY quiet so it made for great sleeping despite being close to the piazza. Stresa is a great base for Lake Maggiore, day trip to Milan and the Maggiore Express day trip too. And it’s a lovely town too!

Very good location in the center of Stresa. Apartment very well equipped, quests met with well chosen welcome gifts, in the kitchen a supply of breakfast, coffee, tea and other staples, host very accommodating and ready to help as needed.

weak WiFi, working well in the main room, but insufficient signal in the bedrooms. Trundle bed, converting into two single beds of different heights in the second bedroom a little unexpected and a little less comfortable than just two regular single beds.

Good location - near to restaurants and ferries but stairs could be a problem to people less mobile ?

Good to have cleaning materials . lovely gesture to provide some breakfast items and bottle of wine and also water in fridge .,

Bins and in particular bottles emptied into communal ones in courtyard from other residents at 11.45 pm!!

We had a wonderful experience in Stresa.

The location and the hosts were outstanding. The property is in a perfect location for exploring Stresa and the other lakefront towns and islands. Although right in the center of town, it was very quiet.

Superb

The apartment is in a lovely location just a few minutes from the city center. Lovely, quiet location. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very clean and cozy.

Apartment exceed our expectations and we will be happy to come back again!

The apartment is clean, modern with very well equipped kitchen and quite good internet. We have been as a family (2 adults and 4 small children). It was very comfortable and large enough for us. Location of apartment is great and our apartment had narrow view to the lake from balcony. Maria is very hospitable and always available for any kind of help, support or queries.

Access car streets to the apartment are very narrow. Parking space (up to 4.5m long vehicle) is approx. 300m from apartment but it is only 2-3 minutes walking through wonderful old town.

Excellent property in the perfect location.

The location of the property was excellent, right in the heart of Stresa and a short distance to the lake. It was very well laid out with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Nice apartment in center

Two big bathrooms with great showers. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and central location.

Apartment can be noisy. You can hear all the neighbors and traffic going by. A little dark inside.

Exceptional

Location is superb, right in the centre of Stresa amongst very affluent bars, shops and restaurants. Has a side view of the lake, spacious rooms and bathrooms with 2 pretty balconies overlooks the beautiful streets below. Very quiet, no issues with noise. Windows are all new and double glazed. The apartment was the cleanest I have ever stayed in, not a spec of dust in sight and all finished to a high standard. The apartment has everything you need from coffee machine, wine glasses, cooking utensils, crockery, washing machine which are all to a high standard. Towels and bed linen are all new and soft. Maria is the most friendly and helpful host. Communication superb throughout. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful break in Lake Maggiore.

Lack of parking outside but this isn’t an issue as there is a public car park a few meters away, located on the main road and if you arrive later in the evening, you have a better chance of street parking on the main road where you don’t have to pay if parked in the spaces with white Lines.

Great location

The location of this property is in center of Stresa. All the shops and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The ferry station is just across the main road along the lake. The apartment is spacious and very clean. It has what you need to cook a light meal. The hosts met with me at the apartment at the time planned ahead and provided information of the apartment and made recommendations of restaurants
