Good location and kind host, highly recommended

Hospitality and kindness of our host, availability and good welcoming. Accept our late arrival, help us to wash our clothes. Location of the room, swimming pool, exterior areas for breakfast/lunch/dinner, free parking.

Room was quite small, shared fridge (no kitchen).

Fantastic hosts, lovely accommodation with great pool and seating areas.

Dejan and his mother were excellent hosts and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They even helped us to try and get a puncture repaired on our hire car. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the outdoor seating and dining areas were lovely and the pool was great - with a beautiful view. We also made use of the bbq one evening. Excellent Location for Plitvice National Park and many restaurants close by. It is also close to supermarkets and a petrol station.

We had ideally wanted self catering accommodation but unfortunately the apartment did not have sufficient beds for us so we opted for two twin rooms. Whilst the communal fridge and kettle were very welcome, we did feel slightly awkward having to ask for cutlery and crockery when we used the bbq and ate breakfast at the apartment. A suggestion would therefore be to maybe have a few items such as crockery, cutlery, bottle opener etc left out for guests to use so that the host is not inconvenienced by guests requesting these items.

Great stay near the Plitvice lakes

The host was very nice, he offered us beer as soon as we arrived. Great position, great cleaning, wonderful pool with a beautiful view.

The apartment is not in the main street and the maps didn't have much signal, I suggest to download the position before getting closer to the house.

Best part was owner who greets everyone with a cold beer and big smile. Location has beautiful views, close proximity to Plivitce Lakes National Parks, restaurants and local activities.

Everything was great, but hot water from shower is scalding hot. Just be careful, especially with kids.

A gem of a place!

Everything! Dean welcomed us with a cold beer and some lovely food. He was the perfect host, sharing great knowledge of the area along with other anecdotes and not too intrusive. His English was excellent and so was his sausage! The room was very clean and comfortable, the villa was everything we hoped it would be. Very close to nearby supermarkets and restaurants and the entrances to Pritvice lakes.

That we were only there for 2 nights, it would have been lovely to stay for longer!

Perfect views and host

I definitely recommend this beautiful place! It has great views, is close to the Plitvice Park (10 minutes by car), the room is very comfortable and it's very quiet. Besides, Dean is the best host ever! He's very kind and generous. We spent a great time there.

Beautiful location and friendly staff!

The location was beautiful and close to a good rated restaurant, the parking spot was perfect, the beds were comfortable, the staff was very nice and helped us with a special request.

The shower was leaking so the bathroom was full with water. Also we hit our heads in the bathroom because of the walls of the top floor, so be careful.

Very clean room with a great view on the valley. Cousy patio and infrastructure and an amazingly nice, hospitable and kind guest. Anything you can wish for at a very fair price.

If anything, the bathroom ceiling was a bit low for my height (I am quite tall however), but there were no real problems, great property.

Great base for visiting Plitvice Lakes for an adequate price. Except Plitvice not much to do there.

We had a triple room with mountain view (2 Pax). 1) Excellent base for visiting Plitvice Lakes. Entrance 1 to the lakes is about 8 km away. 2) A nice place to sit with a view of the landscape. When the owner finishes the small pool in a few months, it will be even better. 3) Nice and friendly owner. 4) Small shops and restaurants nearby.

1) The bed is too soft for me. 2) Lots of stairs to the room (30 - 40). Not good for a mildly disabled person like me. But I know it's my problem, I didn't ask for the ground floor.
