About this villa rental
Bella Vista Blu is a stylishly furnished holiday home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a new kitchen. The house is located in a secluded community at the foot of the volcano "Montana roja", above Playa Blanca. The entrance of the community is secured by a gate with access code. High walls make the property secluded and give you the greatest possible privacy. The lovingly landscaped garden with its typical plants, the shady patio and the large, covered terrace offer a variety of places to stay. The heated pool (28 degrees) guarantees year-round a great bathing pleasure. The new kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, etc. In the living area, the large window fronts with sliding doors make the house appear bright and friendly. On hot days, the living area can be opened wide on both sides, so that a light wind ensures a comfortable temperature. In the living area and in bedroom 1, if required, the air conditioning can be switched on (for a fee). Bedroom 1 (double bed 1.60m) has a bathroom en suite, a large closet and can be completely darkened. Bedroom 2 (2 beds a 0,90m), also has a built-in wardrobe and can be completely darkened. Bedroom 3 "Studio" (double bed 1,60m) is located between the entrance area and the patio, slightly off the other two bedrooms and bathrooms. This bedroom also has a sofa, a work desk and a wardrobe, as well as privacy blinds that do not completely darken the room.
Good to know: On your arrival the house is professionally cleaned and the beds are made. Cleaning / hand and bath towels / sheets / bath towels are included. For stays of 8 nights or more, you will receive a full linen change. By satellite, German television programs can be received. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The pool is cleaned 1-2 times a week. A German speaking care on site takes care of all concerns. A barbecue and pizza is available. A rental car is recommended because the house is a bit off the beaten track of Playa Blanca. A private parking space is available to the right of the entrance.

Really nice Villa and communication with owner really positive and responsive. Villa was really well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. On arrival villa was presented really well. Pool area really nice and some nice views with mountains in the background. Sun loungers nice and seating area nice for relaxing on. Newish kitchen which good and the showers were both something different and quirky.
Negatives :
Unfortunately we had a really bad ant problem. I know abroad you get ants but this was on another level. We couldn’t leave a drink on the side for more than 5 minutes without little tiny ants / bugs ending up in it. We did a food shop for the week and on day two on going to pour the cereal it had ants in it. All the sugar in the cupboard had ants in it (even in a sealed jar). I did contact the property managers but they only really suggested any spray which was fine for the main areas but I couldn’t spray the food cupboards with this. It’s not the owners fault but did ruin it for us because we had to chuck half our food shop away. Even biscuits that we had bought and stored in the cupboards had to be t

Stayed for a week in July with my husband, 2 sons and their girlfriends. Lots of room to spread around or come together to socialise. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Pool area lovely, although only 4 loungers so we could have done with 2 more with there being 6 of us. Location was a little further out than we thought but we had hired a car so not much of a problem - 30 mins walk to Flamimgo Beach and id say 45 mins walk to Playa Blanca centre, but taxis are easily available and cost around £4. Overall a fab place to stay and chill out, would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful week and the villa was just perfect for our needs. Everything was neat and tidy. The kitchen has all the appliances you need and plenty more. We were also greeted with a much appreciated welcome gift. Bed linens for the kids were missing but after one call everything was fixed. We enjoyed the sun rise over the mountains and had nice hours in the pool. So happy kids happy parents. Just perfect!

The house was beautiful and clean. However we did notice a lot of small bugs in the kitchen so make sure to secure your food. Also one of the showers wouldn’t get hot and the other completely would get stopped up. But I’d still come back!

Great stay at the Villa. Markus and Gabriella in hand to sort out some minor issues. Pool area, outside wonderful. Living room, dining and kitchen great. Listed as sleeps 6. This is true. However the largest double bedroom is divorced from rest of house. Have to access a courtyard to get in to house from it. However most disappointing aspect is the blinds at windows in this room. They are cheap and installed offset, so light beams through, waking you up at 7am! Glad we only had a part of 4 so only used this room for clothes and cases. Overall 4 out of 5. Just pleased we’re we’re a part of 4, not 6.

Villa décorée avec goût et piscine chauffée
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la maison Bella Vista. La maison est très confortable, décorée avec goût, spacieuse et moderne. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut au niveau confort : lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, fours, machine à café Nespresso, sèche-cheveux, grand frigo, télévision dans le salon (Smart-TV) et une petite dans la chambre (TV normale) etc. Comme chaînes françaises, il y a juste des chaînes d’info mais rien de plus.
Les chambres sont équipées de placards contenant de nombreux cintres, ce qui est très pratique pour ranger ses affaires. Les deux salles de bain sont vastes et ont chacune une grande douche italienne ultra agréable !
La terrasse donnant sur la piscine est spacieuse (quel plaisir de prendre son petit-déjeuner au soleil et de pouvoir faire un BBQ le soir). La piscine est chauffée ce qui est un plus, surtout en avril 😉. Le jardin et la piscine sont au soleil toute la journée.
Le jardin en intérieur d’îlot est ravissant et très pratique pour s’y réfugier si le vent souffle trop fort.
Il y a une place de parking privée devant la maison; une voiture est nécessaire.
Une adresse à recommander et la communication avec Markus a été parfaite.

We spent a very nice week in the Bella Vista house. The villa is very comfortable, tastefully decorated, spacious and modern. There is everything you need for your comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, ovens, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, large fridge, television in the living room (Smart-TV) and a small one in the bedroom (normal TV) etc. There are some french channels : TV5 Europe, Euronews.
The bedrooms have cupboards with lots of hangers, which is very useful for storing things/clothes. The two bathrooms are large and each one has a large Italian shower which is very pleasant!
The terrace overlooking the pool is spacious (what a pleasure to have breakfast in the sun and to have a BBQ in the evening). The pool is heated which is a plus, especially in April 😉. The garden and the pool are in the sun all day.
The courtyard is lovely and nice to take refuge in if the wind blows too hard.
There is a private parking space in front of the house; a car is required.
An address to recommend and the communication with Markus was perfect.

Une maison idéale pour se reposer
Maison très bien équipée, bien agencée et bien décorée. Nous y avons passé des moments très agréables en famille autour de la piscine. Indications très claires pour arriver et prendre possession de la maison. Confrontés à un problème électrique, le réparateur est arrivé très vite. Peut être faudrait il développer plus le tri des déchets qui se développe sur l'ile.

Villa parfaite pour la détente
Nous avons très facilement trouvé la villa grâce aux indications et plans très précis fournis par Markus. La clé dans la boîte faits l'installation et le départ rapides et pratiques. La villa, impécablement équipée, moderne et tout confort. Un coin de paradis parfait pour le chillout dans une copro très calme à pied du volcan de Montaña Roja (petite rando possible au départ de la maison qui grimpe sur le volcan avec des vues époustouflantes del îles voisines). La plage flamingo et la longue promenade du bord de mer de Playa Blanca se trouvent à quelques minutes a pied.
La piscine chauffée est très agréable et propre et le patio intérieur zen apporte une luminosité magnifique. Sèjour inoubliable pour le corps et pour l'esprit.

Achtung sehr windig
Wir hatten 3 Wochen gebucht, sind aber nach 10 Tagen in ein anderes Haus in Puerto del Carmen umgezogen. Wer auf Lanzarote ein Haus bucht sollte folgendes beachten. Mai - September sind die Monate mit den stärksten Winden und die kommen fast immer aus N / NO. Genau in diese Richtung war die Terrasse ausgerichtet. Das sagt alles, zudem auch direkt vor dem Grundstück eine Straße verläuft. 😩 Selbst der Atrium-Innenhof bot keinen Windschutz. Jetzt sind wir in Puerto del Carmen ( Los Mojones), genießen unseren Urlaub und haben noch um eine Woche verlängert 😀

Absolutely perfect !
We have spent 5 days in Markus' villa (3 adults and 2 teenagers) and all was perfect. The house is situated in a great location, it is comfortable, with all amenities you need and well maintened. We have especially appreciated the outdoor facilities and enjoyed a lot of the heated pool. We really had a pleasant stay and recommand the villa without hesitation.

Family holiday
We had a wonderful stay at Bella Vista Blue. The villa was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and very organized. We had plenty of towels which were changed out half way through our stay, since we stayed for 8 days. Our children enjoyed the pool, it was very clean. The property manager Alexandra was very nice and gave us tips for restaurants and beaches that were away from the tourist hotspots. Markus answered all questions we had promptly and sent us all the information we needed for the villa. A car is needed if you want to explore the island, however if your looking to stay in Playa Blanca only, taxis are very cheap (3-4 euros one way) and will get you there in 5 minutes. It was a great stay and would recommend the villa to friends and family.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles funktioniert tadellos, die Betten sind gut und es gibt richtige Bettdecken.
Die Bäder sind hell und vor allem das grosse Bad ist sehr hell und hat eine super schöne Dusche. Der Pool hatte die perfekte Temperatur und war sehr gepflegt.
Zum Schlafen war es sehr ruhig, allerdings hört man auf der Terrasse einige Hunde in der Nachbarschaft und die Strasse hat einen lauten Belag. Alles in allem aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtetes Haus im typisch Lanzarotischen Stil . Viel Platz und sehr gemütlich! Eine kleine Oase der Erholung! Sehr ruhig gelegen in einer geschlossenen Wohnsiedlung, und unweit des Ortskerns von Playa Blanca. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Traumurlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus
Wir haben uns in der Villa total wohl gefühlt und täglich die vielen hübschen Ecken im und rund ums Haus genossen. Während die 3 Schlaf- und 2 Badezimmer im hinteren Teil des Hauses liegen, kommt man vom Wohnzimmer aus direkt auf die grosse, gedeckte Terrasse mit Blick auf die Vulkane und zum herrlich beheizten Pool. Unser Lieblingsplatz war das nach oben offene, total windgeschützte Patio im Zentrum des Hauses mit einer Palme und vielen anderen Pflanzen. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und von Aussen nicht einsehbar. Die Küche ist wie beschrieben neu und gut ausgestattet. Die Hausbesitzer haben viele nützliche Informationen aufgeschrieben und dank der deutschsprachigen Betreuung vor Ort fühlten wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Perfekter Aufenthalt auf Lanzarote
Wir haben eine Woche als Familie mit 2 Kindern in Bella Vista Blu verbracht. Das Haus ist top in Schuss, alles neuwertig, insbesondere die Küche und Betten. Wir haben alles exakt so vorgefunden, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was so braucht. Die deutschsprachige Betreuung vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bestens betreut.
Das Haus liegt in Playa Blanca direkt unterhalb des Montana Roja, einem erloschenen Vulkan, von dem aus man einen tollen Blick über die Insel hat. Der Strand und einige gute Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zu den wunderschönen Papagayo Stränden benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
In Summe auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen - wir werden wiederkommen.

Schöne moderne Villa, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben!!!!
Wir waren Mitte November 2018 mit vier Erwachsenen für eine Woche in der Villa "Bella Vista Blu" und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war von Anfang an sehr freundlich.
Antworten wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit (0,5 bis 2 Stunden) beantwortet.
Die vor der Anreise zugesandte, bebilderte Anfahrtsbeschreibung war sehr gut.
Weil das Haus am Anreisetag nicht belegt war, durften wir es auf Nachfrage auch schon vor 16:00 Uhr beziehen.
Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt.
Alles war neuwertig, sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Neben reichhaltigem Geschirr und Besteck, waren auch ausreichend Töpfe Pfannen und Schüsseln vorhanden.
Der Pool ist angenehm temperiert, liegt allerdings aufgrund der Hausaurichtung im Herbst/Winter frühzeitig im Schatten.
Durch die Größe des Gartens gibt es aber genügend sonnige Plätze.
Zwei Tage vor unserer Abreise fiel der Strom teilweise aus. Die deutschsprachige Verwalterin vor Ort, schickte sofort jemanden, der sich des Problems annahm.
Abgesehen vom Wetter (ungünstige Großwetterlage über Europa), woran der Vermieter nichts ändern kann, hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Haus besten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Really good stay at Bellavista Blu
We had a really nice 5 days holidays at Bellavista Blu.
The house was as per the pictures, really stylish and super well equipped with everything you'd need. We really enjoyed using the bbq too.
The rooms are a good size and the house is big enough for a group to not lack space.The pool is a good size too and we had someone coming over during our stay to keep it clean which was appreciated.
The location is good, a short drive from playa blanca and the restaurants and also the amazing Papagayo beaches, really close by and so enjoyable. Looking back we would have asked for the air conditioning to be available as it got quite hot at night in September. If anything, it would also have been great to have some sun sun lounger mattresses for the harder loungers, the mosquito net outside and an iron maybe. But apart from that, really good.
