Lo peor en cancun

No me gusto nada, esto no es un hotel, es un pésimo airbnb, no habiarecepción, llego 3 horas más tarde, el lugar estaba solo y en una zona muy insegura, no pusieron agua, y estuvo que pedir toalla y papel. El cuarto estaba demasiado ysevequeno seusaba ha e tiene.po. Los.colchones eran una asquerosidad, negros y tenebrosos. CUANDO LLEGO ALGUIEN ME AMENAZÓ CON LLAMAR A LA POLICIA, PORQUE LE RECLA.E QUE CO.O PUBLICABAN ESTE LUGAR EN BOOKING. ESTA HAS SIDO MI PEOR PESADILLA DE HOTEL! NUNCA VAYAN!

Schlechtester Aufenthalt in über 2 Monaten Mexiko Rundreise

Entsprach absolut nicht der Beschreibung! Es gab keinen Garten, die Zimmer waren nicht mal ansatzweise so freundlich ausgestattet wie auf den Bildern! Die Lage war auch schlecht, es gab in der Umgebung nichts. Die Nachbarschaft war grundsätzlich typisch mexikanisch aber eher trostlos also nicht auf Souvenir Shops oder Cancun Feeling hoffen! Grundsätzlich einfach wo anders buchen wenn es die Möglichkeit gibt! Der Mann der uns den Schlüssel überreicht hat war extrem unfreundlich! Außerdem wird das Außentor abends zugesperrt, dafür haben Gäste aber keinen Schlüssel! Wir wollten morgens gegen 9 Uhr aus dem Haus und mussten erstmal 5 mal klopfen bis er uns die Tür aufmacht! Küche war quasi nicht vorhanden, keine Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Teller und Herd war alles nicht vorhanden. Kühlschrank defekt und voll mit Rost, dreck und Haaren von vorherigen Gästen! Bad war genauso schlimm! A/C grundsätzlich vorhanden aber es gab dazu keine Fernbedienung!

En declive

De 6 meses para aca, que fue nuestra ultima estancia ahi, el lugar ha decaido. Tal vez haya sido el cuarto asignado pero estaba incompleto. De la limpieza no me quejo, pero las instalaciones y presentacion dejan mucho que desear.

Horrible, deberian bajar esta publicación

Nada, estaba la habitación con plaga de arañas, al parecer antes de que yo llegara llenaron de insecticida y estaba tóxico, pero no fue suficiente porque las arañas estaban por todo el baño

Las fotos deben ser de cuando partieron porque no es nada parecido a lo que es.

No es lo que esperaba pero para pasar la noche funciona

Limpieza de la habitación y baño

Las fotos no eran para nada lo ofrecido, el inodoro y el lavabo del baño no funcionaban como debía, me pidieron depósito por el control del aire acondicionado que me devolvieron al final (pero no debieron siendo que a/c lo ofrecen como servicio en sus publicaciones, o pretendían que ellos pongan la temperatura y no la movamos?).

Un lugar pésimo al igual que el servicio , las fotos de esta aplicación nada parecidas a las del sitio , sumamente sucio . No entiendo como la pagina no checa los lugares que promociona me lleve una gran desilusión

Desagradable experiencia. No lo recomiendo.

Que hay buena presion de agua en el baño, sale agua caliente. Hay aire acondicionado y funciona perfecto. Hay silencio.

Las fotos que colocan en la publicacion no son ni parecidas a la realidad. Está super descuidado. La entrada esta toda tirada y desarreglada. Entras a la habitación y en la "cocineta" todo tirado, hay un dizque refrigerados ejecutivo que no sirve y esta todo oxidado, muy desagradable. La cama le tiran una sabana encima que ni siquiera es esquinera, y dejan una mini sabana arriba para taparse. El colchon viejo y aguado. Toallas tiesas. Cortinas viejas. No hay tapa en la taza del baño (muy desagradable realmente porque no habia como sentarse). La taza del baño se tira el agua entonces hay que estar cerrando la llave del tanque porque se sale toda el agua al suelo. No lo recomiendo pero ni por equivocacion.

Terrible

It was close to the airport.

Save your money and run. I have seen homeless shelters that are better ran than this hotel. When I first arrived they gave me a room that wasn’t cleaned and had food and garbage everywhere. When I went to get a different room they had me wait 40 minutes and sent me to a room with two beds. Upon discovering there are two bed they had me wait while they clean another room for another 30 minutes. When I arrived to the final room I noticed it had two beds as well. Upon inspecting the room I discovered that the king size bed was broken and had dirty sheets that have not been changed. I then slept on the other bed for the night. I also discovered a line of ants from the bathroom to the window. The bathroom toilet seat was also broken. I also seen them drying hotel towels and sheets outside in the backyard. I didn’t complain because it was only one night for my layover. Upon leaving and arriving back in the states I received a message from the hotel saying that I broke the bed. When I was explaining to them that it wasn’t me who broke the bed they kept on accusing me and calling me a liar. They also said threatened me civil litigation. This hotel should closed down for trying to scam its customers. It was very dirty and the staff are very rude. If this hotel is a last resort, I suggest you sleep outside.

Unexpectedly Great

Most peaceful sleep in several nights. Odd location, but the room felt better than fancy US hotels. No kidding. I loved the room.

Took a while to find - Some would think its creepy, because you drive up at the back, but the owners are top shelf kind, AC super cool, doors lock super safe, I put this little hotel on my fav list for a great night's sleep and save $!!! They even call taxis for you!
