Perfect place yo stay for first trip to Brussels

A perfect location for our first visit to Brussels. All the staff were great and very helpful. Gave really good local recommendations for breakfast. Gym was just what we needed - good variety of equipment and clean. Check in and out was incredibly straight forward. We would definitely return!

Comfortable for short break

Social hotel with good facilities. Check in was simple and can be completed on iPads in the hotel if preferred. Room was clean and Aircon was efficient at cooling room.

Room was small, once we had two suitcases in the room there was very little room. There is no light at the suitcase/wardrobe section, very hard to see in bag. We chose to give breakfast a miss not many warm options available at the adjoining restaurant, look in the nearby arcade for better options.

Déçu, pas conseillé pour les amoureux

L'hôtel est en effet bien placé et propre. Personnel serviable

Les chambres sont minuscules, sombres, pas de vue, pas possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre donc pas d'aération. Savon et shampooing même produit et de moyenne qualité.

Coole Unterkunft, wir kommen wieder!

Die Lage war perfekt. Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges und geräumiges Zimmer. Die Aufzüge haben uns riesen Spaß gereitet und das Check-in / Check-out ging super schnell und einfach.

3 Nights in Brussels

This is my second time staying at the hotel. It is perfectly located for the train station, tourist spots, shopping, restaurants and cafes. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly

+ Very friendly staff who wanted to help + Excellent location in city center and close to train station to travel to Brugge & Ghent + Nice room & comfortable bed + Free water, coffee & tea at the lobby with snacks

- The bathroom is a bit tiny. toilet is quite close to the water sink. If you're too tall, this can be an issue. - Street-facing side can be noisy with traffic

Lovely stay in probably one of the best hotels in Brussels centre. Amazing location superb staff makes it highly recomme

Location is best. Right in front of the bus stop and grand place is only 3-4 mins walk and also saying gudula cathedral is close. The staff is top notch , highly helpful. They will make you feel at home. Interior of common areas are so eye catching.

Room floor cleanliness could be better and also if they could place carpet floor that would be superb

Location is the best

Very convenient location We stay here for tomorrowland weekend its easy to walk to the bus parking point, near the Gare du Central for Brugges and Ghent near the Grand Place and shopping area look safe at night The room is spacious , clean and well equipped The staffs are helpful Easy checkout and check in

If the breakfast is included will be perfect ( but there is a foodserver you can buy)

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room and comfortable beds. Fridge in the room and great free coffee making facilities downstairs.

We were travelling with an infant and the room felt rather small with the cot, luggage and pram in the room. However I would stay here again as everything else was great.

Nice common areas and staff but needs a deep clean and better lighting in the rooms for the prices they are charging.

The gym is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was small and gloomy. The carpet was dirty and smelled bad-in need of a serious deep clean.

Excellent location, great staff, very comfortable lobby, perfect to hang out and have a drink or a complimentary coffee, which was available at all times! The pool table was also fun.

A few things that ought to be fixed, in my opinion. No towel hangers in the bathroom, which needed more thorough cleaning by the way. Yes the staff did empty the bin upon our request, since it had not been emptied after the last guest, but the toilet bowl needs to be spotless at all times and especially for your next guest! And please do not tell me that I should have told you so :) Hard pillows (but almost all hotels have bad pillows, a global conspiracy I guess). And last but certainly not least, the ventilation fan that would not be completely turned off and kept us awake. But if you are not a light sleeper, I guess you are going to be fine.
