Great location and comfortable stay!!

This property was very well located in town and close to everything!

There were limited towels to use for four people and also no extra blankets or pillows for the pull out couch.

Dirty and disappointing.

The location was good. Right in Kinsale and had a lovely cafe just a couple of minutes up the road for breakfast.

Cleanliness. All four cups in the kitchen press were filthy. I had to wash one before I could use it. There was a glass mirror missing from the cabinet in the bathroom. The shower head was being held up by an elastic band which made showering without holding the shower head impossible. The carpet in the living area was also filthy and the light fittings in the property covered in dust. I was very disappointed and when I brought these issues to the attention of the persons managing the property and also the owner, I didn't even get a response.

A very pleasant stay despite of the drawbacks.

the location is great, right in the middle of everything.

we were confirmed with the ground floor so we thought it was street level. However the street level entrance was shut off & we have to walk down a very steep & narrow stepway down to a back entrance which was messy & dirty. the stepway was very messy too. Very hard to haul luggages down because it was very narrow, hardly 3 ft wide probably. It was like staying in a basement. A big draw back for us senior citizens. should have stated up front.

Great Location - False Advertising

The location to town where you could find shops and restaurants was extremely close and easy to get to. We enjoyed that this had two bedrooms, so that provided some comfortable private space for each person.

When I booked this property it listed a green check mark that there was washer/dryer which was the main reason of why we choose this. These nights were a halfway point of our 18 day trip and was ready for fresh clothes. When we arrived we were told that was disconnected. Upon several correspondance with property contact, I kept getting the same answer that they don't allow access, which I understand the reasoning but when I booked it, it was advertised. So I feel that I paid for a property that had some false advertising.

Comfie, convenient & quiet. Parking was a 100% PLUS!!

For a BnB, there was no breakfast. But there was a Farmer’s Market not far so that worked.

The outdoor space was v messy. There was equipment left out, w/ storage materials & things that should have been put in the shed & the area wasn’t swept or tidy.

Comfortable place to enjoy a comfortable town

Location easy to access from Cork and from town center, without having to drive through town center. Adjacent parking reasonably and conveniently available. Responsive heating units; comfortable lounge. Good lighting. Easy access up one wide flight of stairs.

Shower drained poorly, Bathroom smelled a little "funky", perhaps due to drain. Toilet seat was loose. Towel bar didn't seem to heat up when switched on. Lounge carpet was curled on sofa side and constituted a repeated tripping hazard. Late night partiers leaving the bars echoed through the street-side windows. Guest in apartment above had a heavy footfall and trod the floor a LOT.

Disappointing

Tv didn’t work. Rang- told there’s nothing he could do even though they knew it didn’t work before we got there and remote was missing. Under the bed was absolutely filthy-random socks and rubbish. Apartment had only been surface cleaned but was dirty beyond the eye.

Pleasant

The location close to the centre of pretty Kinsale is amazing. Comfortable space and rooms, and lovely sunny window for breakfast, Easy parking behind the house, or in the next parking lot.

The shower waste trap was clogged with hair and smelly, and we had to remove it to let the shower drain, The bathmat needs replacing. The kitchen was under-equipped - had no frying pan, and only 3 (mismatched) forks. Taking care of these little details when prepping/cleaning would make the difference.

Ideal central apartment when visiting Kinsale.

Property was extremely central to Kinsale, with parking outside. It was clean and the facilities were good. The property manager was very good at communicating regarding our stay and willing to offer tips etc

The pull out sofa bed wasn’t comfortable.

Pleasant

Central to everything. Fine for a few days.

People upstairs so heavy on their feet early in the morning. No consideration for others. No mirror in front bedroom. Pint of fresh milk would have been nice.

Nice place, but host could’ve been more reachable.

Overall, this is a nice apartment in a great area.

The pull out sofa bed was broken. A replacement fold up single bed was left, however it wasn’t the most comfortable. Throughout our stay of 4 nights, we had no hot water in the bathroom or kitchen taps, although we did have hot water in the shower. I tried calling the owner twice but had no answer. After sending a message, I only received a reply after checking out to be told there was hot water (there wasn’t).

Comfortable, clean apartment in a great location.

Very comfortable, clean apartment, had everything we needed during our stay, including parking right outside. Was easy to find, check in and check out was very straight forward and welcome basket of tea and coffee was much appreciated after our long journey! The location is perfect for visiting Kinsale, is within easy walking distance of everything. There's a great cafe at the end of the street called Cosys, they do a great breakfast and amazing cakes. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Varun for a lovely stay :)

Location ideal

It's lovely cosy, clean, the person we dealt with was friendly and efficient. The kitchen well catered for even though we weren't there much. Location is perfect close to everything in Kinsale.

Parking is limited, lucky if you get a space. Shoukd have reserved for guest's in the apartments. The noise from the apartment above us. The guests came in playing loud music, and talking went on till 3.30am. We had to go ask them to keep it down. None of us slept very frustrating You can hear walking around apartment above open closing doors. Pull out sofa suitable for 1 night sleep.. I don't think I'd stay again.

no parking it’s advertised as sleeping 5 but only sleeps 4 comfortably the 5th person has to sleep in the kitchen on a sofa bed. it’s also on the top floor up two flights of stairs.
