Stay an entire month during the summer! Choose the month and stay for only $6000. in June, July $8000. or August $8000. You will love it here! Send us message and let us help you spend a wonderful month in a lovely cottage home in the highly desirable northwest section of Ludington for a flat fee. Refresh yourself and stay at this stunning cottage home within walking distance to the beach, marina, downtown, city park, and dining all within 5 minutes of the home! This charming, clean home is located in the highly desirable northwest section of Ludington. It is fully furnished including linens. Features include: a front porch to enjoy the sunsets, a courtyard with a grill to entertain, real hardwood flooring, a kitchen any chef would be delighted to use, stainless appliances, tile flooring with stainless steel inlays, solid surface counter tops, eat in bar, and roll out cabinetry. You will feel like your in a spa while enjoying the beautiful marble shower. After a long day choose from 2 bedrooms to relax or sleep. This happy home accommodates 4 guests! The second bedroom offers 2 twins beds that can be pushed together with a mattress topper to make a king size bed. We want you to stay and enjoy summer to the fullest so reserve for a month and make this summer the one you remember for a lifetime! Spring & Summer months range from $5,600-$8,000 per month.

If detail and cleanliness are important to you, you have found the right place to rent! We want your vacation to be filled with joy, peace, comfort, and priceless memories!

This stunning cottage home is available by the month. You will be amazed that you can afford to stay here. Rest assured you will love living here in the highly desirable northwest section of town!

Rent 1 month or more. Owner requires a 27 day minimum. IF 27 days is to long you can leave early however no refunds will be given. Ask about our special for September too. Email a request of your dates and we will gladly assist you. Reserve this 5 star property now! You are welcome to stay for less time like 2 weeks but you are financially responsible for the entire month rent. Don't drive all over town to enjoy the lake, marina, downtown and parks. Stacey's property is well maintained and central to the downtown area and water. It was exactly as described in the listening. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it.

This is a great place for a small family. It’s wonderfully clean and cute. It’s very close to the lake, the local market, and the Main Street area of Ludington. Stacy was easy to communicate with to exchange keys and get some area highlights. The porch is awesome to relax and read a book especially since the street is pretty quiet. Overall it’s a great place for a laid back summer trip.

This is a great place for a small family. It’s wonderfully clean and cute. It’s very close to the lake, the local market, and the Main Street area of Ludington.
