This 2250 Sqf home includes 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The 2 master suites include queen beds and the 2 other rooms each include bunk bed and a trundle bed which opens up to an additional bed. There is also a folding bed available so this house can sleep a total of 13 people. Both the Living room and the master suite have Smart TV's which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. Plenty of free private parking is available. You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard and the private pool. There is also a private patio to sit and relax. You will have plenty of private parking.

I can’t blame you if you will want to stay most of your vacation in this home. Rest your tired legs on the sofa or armchairs as you watch the flat-screen TV in the living room. Relax on the back terrace and fenced-in lawn, or sit on the swing in the front porch. Enjoy the privacy of the huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks and Pecan Trees. Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- Pool Size 18 feet round and 4 feet deep.
- Pool is not heated.
- Pool will be closed due to winter from November 15th until February 1st.

- On the side of the house there is an occupied mother in-law suite with a completely separated entrance. it is not shared with the house in any way and it is surrounded by a fence so you can rest assured to have complete privacy.
