Would not stay here again

Friendly staff Room was nicely made each day

Had to wait for hot water to come through on shower and bath for a good 15 minutes Lots of parties happening on roof terrace which finished at midnight but staff was dragging tables and chairs at 2:00am which kept me awake most nights so had very little sleep whilst I was staying there The air conditioning was noisy in the room

I enjoyed the stay and it was pleasant.

The breakfast is not to my expectations. The staff asked if we need something and provided it to us. The juices are wow. The quality of milk shake is excellent. The location is dam excellent. Just get down the train at Phagwada Train station and is walkable distance. I chose this property for joining my daughter at LPU.

Not much varieties to taste. South Indian Idly was horrible. Need some improvement. While booking it says complimentary breakfast but later i was charged for 2. This was little awkward to me. While their are any parties going on during your stay, you need to bear with the loud music and drums.

The staff and housekeeping

Rooms need more intension cleaning wise. Liquids used to clean bathrooms should be none slippery as I did slipped but didn't get hurt. Overall it's very good place to stay

Hotel was Fantastic nice location Room was spacious The staff were very great, Food was tasty and delicious also the rooms were cleaned and comfort Housekeeping supervisor was very curtious. it has a fantastic location for the people that visit the town for work. Will recommend this hotel for all persons that to travel this city Over All experience was Fantastic Keep it Team The Grand Ambassador kudos to All of you!!

Worst

Inspite of paying the room amount online and while check in the concerned receptionist verified with the accounts department and confirmed the same.But at the time of check out the reception team bluntly said to pay the amount again even after showing the proofs.Finally I decided to pay again stating that I will pay and sue them. Then they made me wait for a long time ,discussed with their bosses and gave me the bill taking the balance amount from me.Worst accounting system as even after 4 days they could not update.

It is an amazing place, particularly the hospitality is awesome. Starting from the Room service (the young girl named Ms Karishma) was so courteous and well behaved. Moving on to the Restaurant ,each and every staff starting from manager to cook, are very decent and they take an utmost care of their guest. Special mention for Mr. Kewal and Mr Jeevan from the restaurant who took special care of us and everyone.They will definitely make an impact on your mind while your stay.. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Everything seems to be in a perfect sync.

Hotel The Grand Ambassador is located at a very good location. The room are very spacious and kept very neat and clean. WIFI network and speed was outstanding it felt like i was using 5G. Other parts of the hotel was very well maintained and the food was very delicious. The staff of the hotel of all departments like house keeping, front desk , restaurant staff were very polite and humble. Worth mention the head of the hotel have maintained the hotel exceptionally well. I will be leaving to London today with fond memories and on my next visit will definitely be coming back to the same hotel.

Our stay at the grand ambassador was one of the highlights of our trip. I am personally very particular about the place I stay on a vacation as that pretty much decides your mood while vacationing. The property is very well maintained and clean, service was very good and all staff were well mannered.The view from the room and the roof top is spectacular specially on a moonlit night. Food was the main highlight of our stay here and I was very much impressed with quality of food. Pricing is moderate. Overall a great vacation and would certainly recommend the property.

We had an amazing stay at The Grand Ambassador, Phagwara . The ambience, hospitality and food was par excellent. Absolutely enjoyed the experience! A special mention to one of their staffs, Mr. Katwal . The sincerity he shows towards his job is so inspiring. To sum up, we had a pleasant stay there :)

The stay was extremely comfortable. Room and bathroom was amazing as always but the best thing about this property is the staff. The service and the consistency that they maintain is out of the world. Special mention to the housekeeping Manager Mr Pawan, who was of great help to us during the stay and was able to understand our needs and deliver it to perfect.

We stayed at the The Grand Ambassador for our first trip to India, my mother's first trip in 38 years. The staff will make you feel so welcome and will cater to your requests wonderfully. I would highly recommend this hotel for its dedicated staff alone. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Second time I stayed at Hotel The Grand Ambassador located in phagwara , it was great experience with buffet breakfast. Clean rooms , courteous staff and good wifi speed. Mr sushil at reception made our stay smooth and food was amazing, variety of dishes in menu. I like property and coming again for sure.

An Excellent stay , Ambience is quite soothing, one of the best place to stay phagwara . Stayed with family for 1 night , rooms are pretty large, services are too too good, Front Office manager sushil and associate jaspreet are always ready to help you. thank you both for all the help, Morning and Night food spread is good . highly recommended for all travellers

It is a beautiful hotel with all the staff keeping up so well with the hospitality.My stay at this hotel was for personal purpose. I felt a positive vibe moment when i entered the hotel with staff greeting with the smile. The staff always on their toes to provide the best service to the guests. Superb

A very upscale type of hotel. But the services they provide have no match. Wheather you come here to dine or to stay, you wouldn't be disappointed. Buffet is served which is included in hotel stay. Food quality is vary good. They have different variety of rooms.Best Hotel in Phagwara City
