Good place to stay close, 1.9km, from Vieux Quebec.

Great equipment Lovely shower. Clean. Near good restaurants and coffee shops. Near a grocery store. Friendly owner. All on a ground floor. Lots of space.

A little noisy. Bed a little soft.

Bonne expérience

La décoration, la salle de bain, la petite cour à l'arrière, la cuisine ouverte. Bon emplacement par rapport au Vieux Quebec auquel on peut accéder à pieds. Le propriétaire est passé nous voir pour savoir si tout allait bien, visite agréable.

Le quartier paraît pas hyper secure mais dépanneur et pharmacie à proximité. Stationnement pas toujours évident quand on est touriste et peu habitué au code de la route canadien.

unique et trés agréable

trés bon emplacement, prés du centre ville et des transports en commun, le logement et bien décoré et equipé il y avait tous ce dont nous avions besoin et il y a aussi pleins de restaurants autour du logement

le seul et pourtant trés important le bruit car simple vitrage qui donne à même la rue trés passante jour et nuit (pompier, ambulance car pas loin de l'hopital) et voisins bruyants car les murs sont trés fins

We liked the spacious accommodations, thoughtful and responsive host, and location in the heart of super fun St. Roch.

The bed mattress hurt our backs and the linens could be updated.

Location, facilities, clean and modern

Close to main street, a bit noisy. However, the worst is upstairs makes lots of noise using air conditioner and in early morning when checking out, you can hear footsteps and luggages moving.

The location was fabulous. There are many restaurants in the area. I could easily walk to the old city in 15 minutes

It was a very comfortable stay.

The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. Te owner pays attention to every details and prepares everything we need during our stay. Dave was also very helpful and answered questions promptly.

The property was very well accessible, clean and comfortable for 4 people.

Nothing negative as such. Quebec City in general does not have many Uber cars so have to rely on private / local cabs (if want to travel by cab)

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was ok for the price. It was noisy due it being on a busy street and from other tenants walking up and down the stairs

The location, the amenities, the ease of access and Dave's interest in checking our stay ensured that this stay was really nice.

The location was very nice, clean and close to everything, Dave was very nice and very helpful. Place is big with everting that you need in the kitchen and the washroom. AC was very strong for us but we cover some vents and was perfect.

Very friendly owner. Spacious place. Surprisingly quite at night. Acceptable overall, yet not recommended.

Very strong smell inside (chemistry? Idk). Towels stink. AC can't be adjusted.

Very very noisy because it is right on a main Street. I can sleep through an earthquake, but my hubby needs silence and he cannot stand ear plugs! The bed is a bit too hard.
