About this house rental

Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 Baths, full kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, plates, cups, glasses, spoons, forks, knifes and other items. Separate dining room and living room with a flat 40 inch LED television, a sofa that pulls out to convert into another bed.
Separate laundry room with Washer and Dryer, and prep table .Private pool and tropical backyard, hot tub.
Parking is available in the car port.

Loved the property and the location. Our only complaint was the amount of mosquitoes and that we had to go buy thermocells for the kids to be able to swim in the pool around late afternoon and evening.

This was my first time renting a property like this. Marta was so nice. She called me back very quickly and explained how the process works upon arrival. The check in / out process was super easy. My family really enjoyed this location, particularly the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend a stay here

Property was exactly as advertised on VRBO. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Great location. Owner very responsive and nice. We will rent again!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms worked out great with the two bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were very clean and enjoyable. The neighborhood was very quite and we felt very comfortable and safe. We would stay there again when in the area.

We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and large kitchen. We would stay again. The electrical needs an overhaul with several switches that do nothing. Bathrooms small but updated. 2nd bathroom not so great for tall folks due to placement of shower head & mirror. Unfortunately bedroom windows replaced with glass block & no blinds. So result is evening light during sleep time. Also road noise heard during evening hours. Pool area easy to enjoy with large surrounding deck featuring variety of tropical vegetation, covered lounging area & separate screened area with fridge & TV.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here.It was so fun and relaxing to be able to swim in a private pool everyday.One of favorite parts of our trip was sitting by the pool enjoying cocktails while watching all the different species of butterflies enjoying the lush foliage surrounding the back yard.We were close enough to visit three different beaches while we were there.The location is also very convenient to stores and restaurants.Jorge was so friendly and kind.We highly recommend this private vacation oasis.

Quiet, peaceful and relaxing

Clean, owner was communicative when needed but not overbearing. Kids loved the pool and hot tub, plenty of cleaning supplies, towels, dishwasher detergent- much more so than any of the other homes we’ve rented in the last few years. Good location, close to activities but tucked in an older quiet safe neighborhood. Would stay here again for sure. As a bonus, we were able to travel with our pups!

This 3 bedroomed property was perfect for our family. Jorge was exceptionally attentive and available for any request or question. It was in a residential area and a car is needed to get to shops, beach etc , but the property accurately reflected its description. The pool and hot tub provided a little oasis in the backyard. Home away from home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Clean, comfortable beds, spacious living/dining room that easily accommodated 8 for brunch. Clean, well maintained heated pool and hot tub. Off street parking in driveway and covered carport. WiFi is fast and reliable. TV’s with direct tv located in living room and all 3 bedrooms. Good water pressure and hot water. Conveniently located not far off interstate. Hosts Jorge & Marta live close by and are very responsive. Will definitely stay again when we’re in the area.
