Fui al hotel ya que tenia una escala larga en el aeropuerto Viru Viru... es decir fuimos sin demasiadas expectativas para estar allí en vez de estar en el aeropuerto y quedamos gratamente sorprendidos por varias cuestiones: - el trato del personal del hotel, sumamente amables y atentos, especialmente el joven de recepción y el señor a cargo del desayuno. - el hotel es muy lindo, cómodo, amplio... todo estaba impecable. - el desayuno era excelente, todo muy rico y de buena calidad. Es un hotel para pasar una estancia mayor, sin dudas volvería a elegirlo.

No hubo nada que no me haya gustado.

Un hotel bonito, personal muy agradable y ubicación perfecta.

Delicioso el desayuno, la calidez del trato que me dieron fue increíble, las habitaciones son cómodas un poquito antiguas pero limpias, la ubicación muy buena, se que volveré pronto.

Sehr gute Lage, wenn ein paar Abnützungstellen nicht stören, dann sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft liegt wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab süßes Gepäck, Früchte und Toast, Schinken und Käse. Es wurden auch Säfte und Heißgetränk serviert. Wir sind zweimal zu unterschiedlichen Uhrzeiten gekommen und es war jedesmal genug an Essen da. Bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt hatten wir ein sehr großes Zimmer mit Fenster auf einen Parkplatz.

Bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt zwei Tage später hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Fenster in den Hotelgang was uns ein bisschen komisch rüberkam. Es scheint als hätte das Hotel früher einen Innenhof den sich jetzt überdacht haben, und deswegen sind jetzt ein paar der Zimmer in den Hotelgang gerichtet. Leider gab es in keinem der Zimmer einen Safe. Außerdem fehlt uns ein zweites Handtuch, dass wir aber auf Rückfrage bekommen haben. Das ganze Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, man findet im Zimmer überall kleine Abnützungsstellen aber keine, die großartig stören.

Mi estancia fue agradable, es fácil de llegar y movilizarse hacia cualquier lado de la ciudad.

La limpieza lo realizan todos los días y el personal es muy amable, la habitación amplia y cómoda.

La conexión de internet en algunos momentos se cortaba

Desayuno buffet y terraza del último piso lo mejor de la estancia

Las habitaciones no se corresponden con las fotos, que seguramente fueron hechas hace más tiempo. Son mucho más viejas. En Booking señalaban que nuestra habitación disponía de terraza y en el hotel no hay ninguna habitación de esas características

Einrichtung alt, insbesondere das Bad hat schon bessere Tage erlebt. Das Zimmer war recht laut, da an einer vielbefahrenen Straße gelegen.

No hacen el aseo a tiempo y no colocan toallas para la cama matrimonial además de elegir la habitación y el precio sin ningún justificativo le dan a uno otra habitación de menor categoría.

Good for a one night stay

Good location just a 3-minute walk from the main square. They let us check in early.

Very cramped bathroom. Minimal breakfast, staff is not very friendly. Terrible wifi.

Location was great. Room was spacious with 24 hours hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No thermos flask in the room to have hot water. No where to get hot water.

Pleasant place

Breakfast was basic but good, staff helpful, our room was very hot so they gave us a new room with more ventilation.

First room we got was too hot AC didn’t work

Good for one or two nights

Good location three blocks away from the main square. Nice hot shower. The rooms are spatious and equipped with a mini fridge, closets and large drawers.

Poor breakfast, the rooms need refurbishment and the staff is not so friendly.
