Das die Unterkunft über keine Eigenen Parkplätze verfügt war für mich sehr ärgerlich, da ich bei Booking.com den Filter

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, man kann das Stadtzentrum problemlos zu Fuß erreichen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind groß, man kann komfortabel mit mehreren Leuten unterkommen.

Die Unterkunft verfügt - anders als bei Booking.com angegeben - NICHT über eigene Parkplätze. Es stehen theoretisch kostenfrei Parkplätze in den umliegenden Straßen zur Verfügung. Um diese zu finden wird vom Vermieter eine digitale Karte bereitgestellt. Jedoch sind die meisten hier dargestellten Parklätze nicht vorhanden. Die wenigen die zu finden waren, waren - wie sollte es anders sein - bereits belegt.

Sehr dreckig

Zentral gelegen

Es war sehr unsauber, in den Ecken lag richtig Dreck, hier wurde sicher länger nicht mehr geputzt, so sieht es nichtmal aus wenn zwei Wochen nicht gesaugt wurde. Am zweiten Tag wollten wir einen Kaffee in der vorhandenen Kaffeemaschine kochen, aus der uns dann eine Kakerlake entgegen kam. Wir haben uns dann mit dem Anbieter in Verbindung gesetzt und durften dann (nachdem wir noch zwei weitere Kakerlaken haben rumlaufen sehen) das Apartment wechseln können. Dieses lag eine Etage höher. Hier war es nicht wirklich sauberer, die Toilette war verstopft und es lag noch Toilettenpapier vom Vormieter drin, die Dusche war dreckiger als im vorherigen Apartment, hier wurde auch lange nicht mehr ordentlich geputzt, denn auch in der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht ab, das wäre ja sonst mal aufgefallen, auch optisch nicht gerade einladend. Naja, zumindest augenscheinlich keine Mitbewohner… Wir haben nochmal den Vermieter kontaktiert, der Abends dann vorbeikam und versprach am nächsten Tag nochmal Abflussreiniger vorbeizubringen, das ist ohne Abmeldung nicht passiert. Dieser Urlaub war also garnicht erholsam, weil man sich einfach unwohl gefühlt hat (gerade mit kleinem Baby!) und immer wieder jemanden in „seiner Wohnung“ stehen gehabt hat. Und dann für den Preis… Auf die Frage, ob man uns finanziell entgegenkommt kam noch die Antwort, dass es weitergeleitet wird ans Management, jetzt wo wir raus sind, gibt es nichtmal mehr eine Antwort.

Nice enough for a quick trip.

Location was ok and bedrooms were big. Beds comfy.

Floors very noisy and dangerous nails sticking out of floorboards. Not enough space on sofa for 4 people.

Spacious apartment with good location, but not good for families, elderly or disabled persons

Location was great and the appartment was spacious

We arrived Friday afternoon, but could not enter the apartment. We called the landlord several times and when he picked up he said that we had not signed the agreement. I sent a picture illustrating that I had signed the agreement in April. Still they would not send us the code to the door. We waited (with three children) for two hours on the stairs of the building. In the end we had to find another hotel, which cost us another 400 dollars. The day after we finally got the code to the door and got in. The apartment was spacious, but very dirty with long black hair all over the floor. There was not much kitchen supply (for example only 3 glasses). We found trash from previous guests (for example a pizza box in the oven). The shower was a nightmare. I would not recommend this place to families, however for a group of friends etc it could perhaps work. Just be sure to get the codes to the door before you arrive.

Overall great location and a good price but not sure I'd stay here again.

The location was great. The area around the apartment was nice and felt safe on the streets. The apartment itself was well equipped, large rooms and living area. The price was very good for the size.

Communication was very poor and delayed by the management company. We asked for a crib/pack-n-play and they took 24 hours to get to us, and even then it was a bassinet and too small for our baby/toddler. The description said there was free parking, but it was all street parking that was free from 8pm to 8am or something like that. So we had to move the car around the first day and then finally paid for a garage parking because it was such a pain.

Our stay was comfortable and convenient.

Convenient location.

We planned to cook and there was no frying pan or baking sheet. Only 3 coffee cups and not much silverware. Also, we believed there would be a pull out chair or sofa, but there was only a May to put on the floor.

Location, layout, and natural light were fantastic.

Climbing to the very top, those stairs are not fun. The shower is also a little funky and took some time to understand how the hot water works.

Excellent choice for sightseeing and walking tour of Old City Philadelphia. Easy bus access (20 min ride) to visit Museu

Location was perfect for our sightseeing trip. Two bedrooms with kitchen provided perfect space for two couples. Very easy check in. Paid parking in garage was just a short walk away and easy to book in advance with Spot hero. Space was true to photos. Great open space with lots of natural light. Beds were comfortable.

Dining table only had 2 chairs making it awkward for breakfast. No AC in front bedroom so you needed to sleep with door open to get cooling air at night.

Superb

The loft is fantastic, all amenities and things like that.

It is better to say up front that the loft is on the third story, no elevator, 3 flights of metal, narrow, somewhat high steps - this way the Guest knows what they are agreeing to. The $100 cleaning fee is way too much. I've never had a harder and more complicated experience in all of my travels with pre check in stuff, sending my IDs four times and things like that.

it smelled like smoke when entering. dirty water pitcher/filtration, inside cupboards and kitchen sink. didn’t even leave a clean/new sponge!

I like the space

I did not like that the host was not in contact and did not answer any calls. we had to leave on the same day we got there because another guest threw. party and they ended up breaking our door and a fight happened we had three little kids with us and it was by far the worst.

l like the space and comfortable beds

l didn’t like the location too many noisy teenagers on C2 the people were having a party smoking weed making all kind of noise l had my grandkids with me very embarrassing to them we were in C3 toilet paper thrown everywhere security cameras torn off the walls we couldn’t get hardly any sleep

Don't waste your money!!!

This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The owner refused to take any responsibility, even suggesting that since I did not have a lab test the tissue I could not prove it was blood.

This appears to be all about making money with very little attention given to the property or those who stay there. The owner made one excuse after another including suggesting four people could not figure out how to get hot water from the shower. I have plenty of photos (the only tissue roll available; towels left for four; dirty walls; stained linen, dirty towel left on bathroom floor) but I keep getting error messages when attempting to add them to this post. I asked the owner for a remedy, but never for a full refund. The plumber did not come during our stay. I should have checked the internet first, as reviews similar to mine are already posted.
