This private cape house has 2300 + square feet and is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath that has been remodeled with BRAND NEW bamboo hardwood floors & Brand NEW quartz / stainless kitchen. It has three levels of living with additional 750 square foot finished basement & 720 square foot roof deck. This home was just freshly painted and NEWLY furnished with top of the line mattresses. It is decorated in a peaceful contemporary style.

We stayed here for a bachelorette and there was plenty of space and it was a great location. Less than 10 minutes from downtown with a shuttle that goes by. Walk to the beach. It was a nice easy place to stay.

We stayed over Columbus Day weekend with my parents, brother, two young boys, infant daughter and large dog. The house met our needs perfectly. The kids were in the basement, which had an extra little sitting room we were able to designate their play room so they didn’t wake up the rest of the house. The fenced yard was an amazing bonus for our dog, who could go in and out as she pleased. The roof deck was a lovely place to sit, though we had rain or high wind for a lot of our stay. I just loved the proximity to the bay beach. I grew up going to Kamar Village across the street but as we outgrew it, we began renting larger houses in town. It was so nice to be back here, especially with young kids. This might not be the house for you if you’re looking to go out partying in town at night-it’s a long walk along unlit, un-sidewalked streets. But if you don’t mind the walk or paying to park for the day (the lot at the monument is a good deal for 24 hours unlimited in and out), you’ll love this place.
It’s still a rental unit and has some of the characteristic rental-unit qualities. Thin walls, minimal carpeting, some damage to the walls and fixtures. The basement has a dehumidifier but has a slight air of damp. But it’s also one of the best-appointed rentals I’ve ever been to. We found all sorts of things we might not have elsewhere: spare batteries for the flashlight, balls for the dog, plentiful toiletries and cleaning products.

We had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful – comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We loved the enormous roof terrace and found all five bedrooms to be very comfortable. It’s amazing to have use of the house bikes – the whole of P-town is within very easy reach. Wendy was extremely responsive and made every aspect of our stay thoroughly convenient. We’d love to come again.

Terrible safety issue with the electric and very dirty and musty! The house is located in a location that is scenic but not easily accessible to the beach. The description of being 1000 feet from the water doesn’t mean you can easily walk to the beach at all. The house was converted from a cape style to accommodate rentals and the downstairs bedrooms are really in a basement that has floors which are constantly wet and the whole area reeked of must and mildew. The first floor bedroom is like a closet and its bath is very old and dirty. There was a car floor mat in the bathtub to hide its dirt and wear. There is no central air and the house doesn’t have the capability to handle proper electric service. The breakers tripped several times. The fire alarm went off several times. The owner was notified in writing and never followed through with required maintenance. It wasn’t until the last night of our vacation that I was awoken by the arcing of the electrical panel at 2:45 am. In haste to remedy the situation, I contacted the owner immediately. It wasn’t until three phone calls that she finally picked up the phone. I also e mailed via the VRBO site for a log of communication. Once we spoke, the owner said she’d let me know about getting someone to the house. This should have been done on day two when we reported the intermittent power losses! The last day of my vacation was spent without sleep and wondering if there would be a possible fire. We had to change our plans, not to leave our dog alone in the house. It wasn’t until 12:30 pm that the owner called back to say the she'd gotten an electrician. She was very cavalier about the entire situation and had no empathy for the nine hours of panic instilled on me and our other guests staying at the house. Bedside the major issue with the electrical, the house is very uncomfortable, left dirty and not as described in the listing. This was a very traumatic experience for what was to have been a relaxing vacation for my spouse, friends and dog. We weren’t even offered a reparation for this experience. An inexcusable experience that could have been prevented. I would not recommend ever staying at this property or any other owned by this couple as a result of my experience.

We stayed with our dogs for a week in this great home. Plenty of room for friends and family. Great location !!! Quiet out of town but easily accessible to everything and within walking distance to bayside beach which our dogs loved at low tide! Wendy was fantastic to deal with and we can’t wait to visit next year!

The house was a great stay for friends and I! Away from the main strip so had to drive in/catch a car but it was only a couple short minutes. Views from the roof deck were lovely!

We stayed as 3 couples- parents and two children with significant others. We also brought our elderly small dog. The roof deck is reached using a spiral staircase that you can access from ground or king bedroom. Probably not great for anyone with a physical limitation-- but used morning and evening by our group. A/C in each bedroom is great - just need everyone to agree on heat vs ac. My kids wanted heat and my husband and I wanted ac! I really wanted 3 bathrooms to give privacy for each couple. There are 2 upstairs bedrooms- both good size with one bathroom. There is another bedroom off kitchen on main level and another bath. The problem for us was that no one wanted to stay in the basement and that was where the 3rd bathroom was. So ended up sharing upstairs bathroom.
Enjoyed the outdoor space- good idea to bring breakfast food to house - bought sandwiches to go to beach and went out for dinner. If you are a party of 6 plus- make dinner reservations early- hard to get big outdoor tables. We saw people eating indoors but did not feel comfortable doing it. Being on the edge of Provincetown was great because you could access it but not be in it all the time. It was definitely more busy in town than anywhere else we went. Canteen had great lobster rolls and a large outdoor space in back. We used the beach in Truro- no fee and dogs on leashes allowed! Overall we had a lovely time- low 70's and sunny. The owners have bikes, beach chairs etc. We brought our own beach chairs and we could have left them at home. Lots of areas to sit- inside and out. For a group it was a good choice- especially when you can bring your pet along.

Spacious, well equipped, comfortable in perfect location!
This house was perfect for our family re union and swim4life weekend. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out - well equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Very comfortable beds / slept great ! Easy bike ride to Ptown center or bus stop at the end of the driveway. Lovely private shady yard and large sun deck with 360 degree water views! We will certainly return next year!

Fantastic Family Vacation
We just spent a great week on the Cape at Wendy and Andrews beautiful Vacation home!! I had the pleasure of meeting Wendy this year and now I understand why everything she has done to the house is a labor of love, and why she made this such a great setup for family's and how smooth the rental process goes every year. (This is our second year staying in this perfect home) This home is on the East end of P-Town (Away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown P-Town) witch make it perfect for spot for the quite evenings on the roof deck watching the sun set over the dunes. We feel blessed to share this home with Wendy for one week out of every year!!! Great location and the bus stop to down town P-Town is at the end of the driveway. Thanks for letting us use your property to create memories that our family will always cherish!!!

Wonderful Provincetown home
We spent a week at this lovely home and could not have been happier. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the bay side beach which is just a short walk across the street, P Town and all it has to offer, and also Race Point beach at the National Seashore. One of the best things about this house is the rooftop deck. It has amazing views. Beds were very comfy and had nice linens. This house and yard is very dog friendly with a nice little fenced in back yard and a gated porch. The beaches are dog friendly and Provincetown is as well. We met the owner Wendy who was very helpful and accomodating.

Love this house!
It was a beautiful house, meticulously renovated, decorated and absolutely spotless. Sleeping on the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and now that I'm home I am in search of a mattress like that. The master bedroom had its own deck, where I would drink morning coffee. Love being able to hop on the bus at the bottom of the driveway for the eight minute ride to P-TOWN. The house had a beautiful zen vibe, peaceful, modern and the spa-like bathroom on the second floor was another feature that made it a great week. When the rooftop deck is ready it will be even more of a gem of a house on the Cape. Gosh maybe I shouldn't even give this secret away! Been coming to Cape for 30 years and this house falls in my top two. Modern beach house, cannot say enough good things. BRAVO

Dynamite spotless lovely home!
Really beautiful well appointed 5 bedroom place across from nice cape cod bay beach. Well appointed kitchen. Nice outside areas. 30 minute walk, 15 minute bike, or 5 minute drive or pick up the bus out front. Wendy was super helpful, nice and prompt!

Quiet, Clean and Nicely Updated
I rented this for my employees and I while we did a project in at Provincetown Marina in town for the week. It was nice as the property is just outside the downtown a couple of miles but close enough to get in by bike, bus or car easily. They also have ample parking which can be an issue in PTown. The house is updated and very clean. The Wendy the host is very attentive and I know this first hand. Mix up of keys being left occurred and we did not find out until late at night after 8pm. We called her and she picked right up. Got on the issue and solved it before we were back from dinner. She was gracious and accommodating throughout the entire stay and after. The only negative that I have is the pillows on the beds, bring your own. I would rent from her if we return for vacation or work and would recommend to others. Looks like they plan to build a roof deck and that will be a really great feature for this property.

Great house! Beautifully remodeled and decorated. All of the amenities and comforts of home. We will definitely be back! Great location, bus to town stops at the end of the driveway every 30 mins. It was super convenient and made the hassle of parking in town a non issue. Highly recommended this property!

The house is amazing . Perfectly clean with all amenities you would need for your vacation. Although we were there in October we had beautiful days to enjoy beach across the street with grandkids and dog. Wendy was amazing at returning emails ans checking in was a breeze. Hope to enjoy this gem again next fall.

Above and Beyond Expectations!
Due to some unforeseen difficulties, our booking was made at the last minute. The owners literally dropped their Saturday evening plans so that the property would be ready for our arrival. They worked exceptionally hard toward that end and we were warmly greeted by both upon our arrival. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!! Your responsiveness speaks volumes about your character and your commitment to your visitors!
Four adults and one dog thoroughly enjoyed the house and grounds. One of our highlights was viewing the total lunar eclipse from the front patio. An awesome experience! Too bad we are not photographically enough adept to share a picture of this event.
Accommodations were as described. We appreciated the thoughtful, integrated interior designs. The location was great! Although we did not use public transit, we were able to find parking quite easily in town and enjoyed several different beaches during our stay.

Just As Described
The house was beautiful and roomy and well maintained. The fenced in back yard was cozy and serene and our dog loved the "doggie door". Relatively short walk to the bay beach and only minutes drive to ocean. Having bus stop in front of house was great so we didn't have to drive in town or find parking.
Many extra amenities provided and especially appreciated was the bath towels and beach chairs (since we came by plane and didn't have to pack). Also many fluffy towels and washcloths provided as well as washer/dryer which was real luxury. Notebook in home full of information about beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Thank you for sharing your very well appointed and comfortable home. Definitely would recommend this rental.

exceeded expectations
We had a fantastic week. There were 6 adults (3 couples) and we all found this house to have plenty of space and to be very comfortable. We and our dogs loved the fenced in yard. We ate our dinners in the backyard most evenings. The house had everything we needed and more. The beach across the street was really nice, and also pet friendly. Lots of great morning and evenings walks with the dogs. The house was also close to other beaches, Ptown (the shuttle to town stops in front of the house), shopping, bike trails, whatever you wanted to do. The owners have done a great job renovating the property and were professional and accommodating to work with. We felt very much at home, and have no hesitation about recommending this property.
