About this apartment rental
This quiet apartment is located in a pedestrian residence, very wooded. You will enjoy two sunny terraces, proximity to downtown and the medieval town (5 minutes walk) with its great restaurants, the Archipelago of the aquatic complex (3 minutes away), the Cahors Blues Festival (July) and all summer events.
The Lot offers all its riches within an hour by car: Saint-Cirq-Lapopie most beautiful villages in France, Rocamadour, the Padirac, Pech-Merle caves, small markets in the heart of picturesque villages.

Excellent apartment a stone's throw from the centre of Cahors. Very quiet area. All mod cons. Wifi fast and reliable.
Garage a couple of hundred yds away is a real boon as you can just leave the car and explore on foot. Christian and Nadine arranged to be there for our arrival and showed us round. They're a lovely couple and made us feel welcome.
Only comment worth making is that there's a charge for sheets - that wasn't clear when we booked. I'd rather that cost was just bundled in but understand sone people may prefer to bring their own bedding.

Perfect position, very comfortable and easy parking

This was a very well equipped, tidy & quiet apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the double sinks, powerful hot shower with a separate toilet made staying here a dream. The lounge verandah was given some privacy with bamboo plants. The Wifi signal was excellent, an added bonus. A great boulangerie is within walking distance and the city of Cahors a 15min walk into the centre. Intermache supermarket is 10mins away by car. We will return.

Several issues
Two weeks before email received advising booking cancelled. After several telephone calls to Host and Stayz office reconfirmed, the Stayz office claim they could not see the message canceling the booking, quite strange. Host did not know anything about the cancellation email. You can image our concern.
Then received an email advising of linen and cleaning charges, not foreshadowed on website.
The directions to the property were not particularly clear.
Of the two terraces listed, only one in use, over the next 3 weeks, contractors wanted access five times to work on the back terrace, not useable until the day before we left.
Internet was unbelievably slow, download test at 4.67 mps.
The bath towels very very old and had holes in them.
We did find the host and his wife quite friendly but had to communicate with them.
Otherwise the location was good and parking arrangements excellent.

This was a great apartment for us to explore the Lot valley and Cahors. Close to town which is easy to reach on foot. A lovely quiet neighborhood and a great base in the region. Christian and Nadine were excellent hosts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very spacious, clean and fully equipped, with parking, and very convenient for walking into Cahors. Christian, the owner, was very helpful.

On ne peut rêver mieux
De l’accueil - comme si nous étions des amis - à l’appartement, tout était parfait. L’hôte a communiqué avec nous régulièrement pour s’enquérir de nos besoins.
Il y a d’autres locations à Cahors, mais en ce qui nous concerne ce sera un retour dans celle-ci. Si je pouvais mettre un 6 je le ferais.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Cahors , l'appartement est confortable et bien aménagé - rien ne manquait- et vraiment près du centre ville !
Le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter des terrasses , dommage ...

Joli et bien situé.
Appartement très bien situé et confortable . On peut rejoindre le centre-ville à pied facilement ou se promener le long du Lot à partir de Cabessus. M. Agnès est un propriétaire très à l’écoute et soucieux de bien accueillir ses hôtes. Deux terrasses très agréables permettent de profiter même tard de la douceur de l’air cadurcien.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Cahors.
In wenigen Gehminuten ist man direkt im Zentrum von Cahors. Eine Stadt die mit Ihrem pittoreskem Stadtkern jede Menge Charme versprüht. Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich und im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen ist man in wenigen Minuten unter Menschen. Besonders das frische Baguette und frische Croissants lassen einen gut in den Tag starten. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet mit ihren zwei Terrassen eine Abwechslung zwischen Schatten und Sonne.
