the rooms are fine, but the attitude of personnel is not okay

The price with the Booking discount is relatively low. Right next to the hotel is a 24/7-working good supermarket and a bus stop. The interior is not bad - there is an air conditioner, and clean furniture.

The attitude from the personnel was not okay. A room for 2 people was booked, while only 1 person (my wife) stayed there. She asked if her mother can stay with her for a week in the same apartment, and got an answer that it is okay. But after several days the hostess started being agressive towards her, accusing her of "living without paying for 2 weeks" (while only several days passed, and there was a negotiation that she can live there for a week free of charge, because the apartment is meant for 2 people anyway). The hostess tried to charge an extra amount of money several times, being quite agressive. It was very unpleasant; and of course no apologies or no even trying to solve the conflict from their side. When leaving the hotel, my wife also forgot an electric toothbrush (not the cheapest one), and when she contacted the hotel the next day, they told her that "they found it in the trash", and "don't know how it happened". It's obviously not true, because my wife left it in the bathroom and just 1 day passed since then. They just threw it away immediately instead of contacting us, and can not even admit it. About the hotel itself: The bathroom is not individual, and is a shared one, which is not convenient and not very hygienic... It's also quite noisy during the entire day - someone is constantly talking very loud, or kids are playing in the yard, or something else. It is only slightly quiet at night. The Wifi was broken several days in a row. The rooms are not cleaned very often, the cost of using a washing machine is 5 GEL. P.S. After I posted this review, the owner contacted me, saying that I should delete the review or they "call the booking office and tell them how dirty my wife lived, so they publish it", attaching a random photo of a toilet covered in excrements. Is it really okay for them to try to blackmail me with this? This is ridiculous...

It was clean

I paid for a room with a private bathroom and hot tub. I got a room with a shared bathroom and no hot tub. Staff spoke no English.

It is a budget place with all the essentials. The family that hosts is nice, welcoming, and non intrusive.

Got very unlucky with loud neighbors. The private bathroom is downstairs.

Overally good. Very friendly hosts. Very nice room with terrace.

I was using bathroom at the basement, but it did not have a shower curtain... Always ended up with water flooding on the floor. Also shower head was not fixed well on the well, which it frequently fell. Other bathroom on the upstair looked good. But I think the basement bathroom needs a little bit of work... especially the shower curtain... But the room was great and I had a very good time in the hostel.

Very nice place would recommend to stay again

Very friendly owners, Natalie and Simona make your stay very nice. Property very very clean all over. Breakfast at 10am and all amenities available ac, hair dryer, hair straightner. Close to city center.

Couldn't find property initially as no name outside the property villa.

Exceptional

The host is superb friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. They also make decisions lunch and dinner. Family run business and they're doing best to keep guests happy. I was more than happy, it was overwhelming hospitality by them.

We has reserved the most expensive room available at this property but this is what we got. 1. This is not a hotel but just somebodies house which have only 3 rooms. 2. Name of the property is not vissible 3. No bathroom or toilet inside the room 4. The taxi couldn't find this property 5. You must carry your own lugage up without lift. 6. No Garden view available. For the price of this place you can find much better hotels in the near of Isani station.
