Грязно, грязное белье, пришлось просить замену, но у них нет чистого вообще, белье лежит кучей в грязном шкафу с кучей барахла, ванная грязная, кондиционер старый, дует в голову, вентилятор через раз работает. При отказе от проживания хозяин отказался возвращать деньги за ночь так как отмена платная. Никому не советую.

Nice and clean hotel outside the chaos of Delhi

We booked a family room with 4 people. The room was very clean and large. The owner is very flexible with the timing of breakfast. The hotel is opposite a park, so, there is hardly any noise coming from Delhi. It is a great place to escape from the chaos in Delhi.

Location is quite far from the tourist attractions and metro stations, so a taxi/tuktuk is required for every trip.

Good Short Stay

First of all I did not stay at C6 but C9 9415, fortunately I had a taxi from the Homestay to pick me from the railway station. Had I took an ordinary taxi I would have struggled to reach the home stay. The taxi driver Angad was good he was polite and took me straight to C9 9415. The caretaker Amit was very efficient he arranged all my transportation and drop at airport. Gave me what I wanted for breakfast tomato and Chat Masala. Room is relatively clean and so in the bath room and toilet. AC worked well.The room although do not have windows but very quiet, very comfortable firm bed. There are healthy plants at the entrance and the small court yard had a very tall mature tree.

The room did not have a desk to write, but went out of the room and used the dining table. The room key was a bit tricky but Amit had to help, the room lock need to be mended. I was told the address different to where I stayed.

Our stay was extremely good. The caretaker was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and cozy and the location was extremely good and safe

The location is fabulous. The Breakfast was great. Good and supportive staff Big room which is suitable for 6 persons.

Low end establishment - avoid

The staff member, the car taker and his brother in c6

After confirmation of my booking into c6, they shifted me to c9, at 3am! The room on c9 was not ready at 4am. No tujey paper, tv broken sound, cable channels not for. Shambles. Barely hygienic.

Small, fairly and economically priced hotel, friendly staff, good location, clean and functional.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a fair price for the quality of hotel. I was working in a very expensive hotel and was happy to come away to this small and friendly hotel at night. I was travelling with stomach problems so was eating very plain food. However the chicken curry smells coming up from the kitchen were great

Good stay, some improvements needed

Excellent food, great location, park just next to it, cook and manager were very courteous and prepared awesome food. Very safe locality. Room size was fine, bed was comfortable.

Room smelled a bit bad because of no ventilation. Doors closed with difficulty. Missing toilet paper. Almirah smelled bad.

Location is great. Good access to airport, safe and quiet colony, lovely green park right in front. Homely breakfast and support staff try their best to rectify the defects.

Room was too small with no ventilation at all. The AC alone can't be expected to keep the air fresh. No night lamp...so its pitch dark once the tubelight is off, and you need to leave the washroom light on. Even during the day. The room we got this time has been carved out of the main hall, it had thin walls made of some sort of painted boards. Although we had confirmed check-in at 11am, the room was ready only at 2:30pm as some guests delayed their checkout. So I can't depend on this homestay next time.

It’s a nice property stay only if you want a property near to airport or have work in that area . Metro station is quite

Located in a colony so at night it was bit difficult to reach the place as most of the gates of society are closed. There was a network problem. The room was bit congested for two people. Sink of washroom was not proper and metro station is quite far from the place .

Good for short stay/rest option

Location near to airport, within secured housing society - much better option than nearby Mahipalpur cluster filled with below average hotels. Friendly staff.

Superb

It was a nice and pleasant stay. We were a group of four in need of peace, privacy, serenity and a place to relax and rejuvenate. This quadruple room was a perfect match for this. The staff were kind and made sumptuous breakfast for us.

The price of the meals (other than the complimentary breakfast) quite high and also, the image of a spacious living room is a bit misleading as that is a common space which is more like an entrance and not a private space for guests to sit and relax.
