Bardzo komfortowe, blisko dworca glownego PKP.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - tuz przy Dworcu PKP, blisko do komunikacji tramwajowej/autobusowej - kilka przystankow od Rynku.

Zapach w pokoju - na moj wrazliwy nos wyczuwalam tam papierosy, tyton - dziwne, bo w apartamentach jest jasna informacja o zakazie i karze w wysokosci 500zl za zlamanie zakazu. Byc moze akurat ktos przed nami zlamal ten zakaz - nie wiem. Pokoj bardzo dobrze posprzatany - absolutnie zadnego zarzutu w tej kwestii - jedynie aromat nie do konca ten.

Idealnie

Lokalizacja super przy samym Dworcu PKP, można wcześniej (przed zameldowaniem) zostawić bagaż, tak samo przy wymeldowaniu walizki mogą jeszcze trochę zostać w obiekcie.

It's not worth the money

The air-conditioning didn't work and there is no possibility to open the windows. Stale air in the room and no possibility to get fresh air. When I raised the issue, I was told that they are aware of this and that air-conditioning doesn't work in the whole building. They were not able to tell when it is expected to be fixed. My questions about possible options/solutions like getting another room, checking out and getting a refund were just ignored (the property can be contacted either by chat or phone call and when they have nothing to say or just don't want to - they stop answering). Moreover, even though they were aware of not working air-conditioning in the whole building, they continued renting rooms (it was possible to book a room on Booking). When the toilet cistern got broken, they also were not able to tell when they would come to fix it and I had to explain that I may be taking a shower or taking a nap and just "any time" wouldn't work. Cleaning/changing towels are not included into the price. It's not worth the money. Also, I recommend checking reviews on Google maps.

Месторасположение и онлайн чекин.

Не рекомендую отель, до устранения технических проблем. ОПАСНО! Не работала вентиляция, она же климатическая установка. Служба поддержки, администрация и сам booking на запрос разобраться никак не отреагировали!

Koszmar aplikacji

Duzy pokój z antresola, fajne wyposażenie, lokalizacja (może 100 metrów od dworca PKP).

Okna się nie otwierają a klimatyzacja nie działa (info od zarządcy, że działa tylko latem) więc gorąco jak w saunie. Kabina prysznicowa nieszczelna i woda zalewa łazienkę. Ale hitem jest "supermagiczny" system meldowania, generowania haseł do pokoju-wysyla wiadomości po 10 razy, generuje hasła które nie otwierają drzwi itp. 8 znakowe hasło do wklepania w mikrozamek przy drzwiach do pokoju, ze zgaszonym na korytarzu światłem - tak wygląda główna atrakcja tego miejsca. Totalna porażka i wygoda tylko dla operatora.

Krótki wypad do Wrocławia

Baaardzo wygodne materace. Dzięki zasłonom można było śmiało pospać do 9 w komfortowych warunkach. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu w recepcji przed zameldowaniem. Blisko dworca. Bardzo czysto i możliwość regulacji temp. Itd. W pomieszczeniach. Pachnąca pościel. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek po intensywnym zwiedzaniu.

Jedyne zastrzeżenie to ilość przygotowanych kapsułek do kawiarki. W opisie jest, że kawa i herbata w pokoju w cenie. Jednak jak ktoś zostaje na więcej niż jedną noc to dwie kapsułki przy dwóch osobach może być za mało.

Bad

We were here for three nights. The room could not be ventilated. Air conditioning and ventilation did not work. The windows connot be opened. The staff did not inform us of this defect. Only after asking did staff promise a possible repair during the stay, but that didn't happen. We had to keep the door into corridor open for several hours in the evening. No one came to change our towels. Scary experience after a long time.

Superb

it looks great, all was fine! Bed is comfortable, and my daughter loved the "2nd floor". And it's very close to the Main station.

Sometimes, when neighbours jump on the their metal ladder, you can hear it through the walls. And this part of the street is a bit dirty, but I think that's because of the construction work.

don't fall for the nice pictures, avoid

nice: location, design, ok: view, little fridge. staff accommodating but it's not a hotel.

there is no point in booking an apartment that is not going to have a working kitchen, and not offer hotel amenities at the same time. Obviously you know all these beforehand, but in hindsight it was a wrong decision. And of course it wasn't cheap. I don't mind aircos but it really can be a problem that you can't open the windows. The couch is small, kind of stained, not on par with the rest of the apartment. It's just nice looks, not a valid option at this price range.

Sadly, a bit disappointing

The hotel is a 2 minutes from the rail station and bus/tram stops.

Windows can't be opened. There is no way to let the fresh air in. There is air conditioning, but I needed reception staff help to set it up. It didn't help my sleep, tough. It was very difficult to fall asleep, and after four nights, I felt like a zombie. The shower is poorly designed, so the water goes from the shower into the bathroom. The worst part, though, was the thick black mould in the bathroom in the shower area. It was horrid.

Communicate with your customers prior they arrival about any issues and give them an option

Hotel overall was in perfect location and very clean, standard was really good .

We haven’t been informed that air con is not working , once we went to ask the question how to use the air controller as we thought that was the reason it is not working lady told me that it’s some major issue with it but couldn’t specify when it will be working and windows couldn’t be open in a room therefore temperature in a room was very high (26’C) and no fresh air and not even fan provided. Girl at check in point wasn’t very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent in every way .

The property was amazing, the rooms were very clean, spacious and the bed was really comfy . The location couldn’t be better, literally 1 minute from the main train station. The customer service was outstanding , helping us with everything we needed.

Perfect, clear and spacious.

Big room, elegant, clean. Really good brakfast deal in the coffeehouse near by- Etno caffe

No possible to open the window. It was not a problem for me but I guess in the summer time could be nice to have that option.

Julia! Massive thanks to Julia who was the only person who made us feel welcomed and well-accommodated. Julia answered any questions we had and was extremely well-informed. Also the cleaning ladies well super friendly. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I can't say the same thing about the rest of the staff. The wi-fi isn't very good, and we wish there was access to the gym and the area near the reception.

Big, comfy, stylish room. Perfect location - close to city center and train station. Really enjoyed my stay

My favourite place to stay when in Wroclaw

Always immaculately clean, extremely comfortable beds, nice staff. Loved the new coffee and vending machines in the lobby !

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean bathroom. Large bed with firm mattress, good quality sheets. Great placement: close to the train station and bus station, close to a big mall, short walking distance to city center.

Very poor WiFi connectivity on the second (bedroom) floor. Having to walk down the stairs from the bedroom to the bathroom in the dark is not ideal (easy to trip), the light that highlights only the stairs leaks into the bedroom and can wake up the partner.

what a location! spotlessly clean, the ladies do an amazing job, easy access through door codes delivered always at 4 p.m, possibility of leaving luggage at the reception.
