Top verblijf, top locatie!

De accommodatie heeft geen ontbijt. Filip, de host, heeft ons leuke tips gegeven voor het ontbijt in Split. De accommodatie heeft geen parkeermogelijkheid, maar met hulp van Filip is parkeren geen probleem.

Like living with your parents 💚💚💚

This has been my top lodging experience in recent years. It boasts an incredible location, nestled within an ancient wall that predates even your mother. The bed is so comfortable that it ensured a perfect sleep, even after a full night of partying. The design is so pleasing, suggesting that it was crafted with genuine love and care. And above all, the host has been absolutely fantastic - very considerate and helpful!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If my income was higher, I would have extended it...

Beautiful apartments. We had two apartments booked. Very secure area. Had a very comfortable stay. Beds very comfortable. Location perfect. Flip was an excellent host. Advised us of lovely restaurants and places of interest. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully get back again soon.

Fantastic stay at this lovely apartment in the heart of Split.

This apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. It looked exactly like it did in the photos. The facilities were great and it had everything we needed for our 3 nights in Split. It had an ideal location at the gate of the old town. Initially we thought it could be noisy as it’s very busy below however you couldn’t hear a thing. The shutters were great in the mornings too. Filip was a very nice and helpful host. He allowed us to drop our luggage off before check in and leave them on our last day. He left a map with lots of recommended restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Perfect

The location is great, it is right in the Golden Gate in the historic city center. The apartment itself is new and clean, it has everything you need including even blackout curtains. Noise insulation is good, we did not hear a thing with closed windows even though there were a lot of tourists outside.

Has nothing to do with the property but to keep in mind: there is no parking around.

Perfect place to stay in Split!

The apartment was modern, comfortable and in a fantastic location. It had everything we needed for our stay, and more. The air conditioning kept us cool at night as it was very warm in mid August. The location was perfect, just meters from lovely restaurants and bars. Our host Filip was excellent, providing us with a list of his favourite restaurants, bus stop locations and explaining where we can buy boat tickets. Having explored Split for a week, I couldn’t think of a better place to stay. If we return, we hope this apartment will be available as it was perfect! I would 100% recommend booking this place!

Beautiful location, very clean apartment and super friendly and helpful host

Great apartment, exceptionally clean and very helpful host. The added touch of umbrellas and adaptors available for guest use was a thoughtful touch. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again!

The perfect place to stay in Split.

We were impressed with all aspects of this beautiful studio, inside and out. Excellent mattress on our double bed,lovely decor, spotlessly clean, easy to access, it’s surrounded by eating places and there’s a lovely palm tree studded promenade about 10mn walk from the appartment. We didn’t find our room noisy at any time and we felt very special using this beautiful flat. Nothing was forgotten- they even had birthday candles in a drawer in case we needed them. Would definitely return there again.

A lovely spacious apartment in the Gate of the town. It was nicely decorated, there were plenty of clean towels and the host Filip was great! As the place is in a car-free zone, Filip texted us where we could park our rental car. The clear and good instructions made it very easy to find both the parking place and the apartment. The apartment was fully equipped, including a small kitchen with everything you need. Also, the shower was great!! What also should be mentioned is that the place is above a restaurant. Their staff is really friendly and they also make delicious pizzas. Would definitely go to the apartment again :)

Unique, in the centre of Split! Highly recommended

Stunning location and views, positioned right in the walls, such a unique place and we will never forget our stay. Our host Filip was so lovely it was a pleasure dealing with him, his communication was fantastic. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, we could have stayed for longer!! So great being in the centre of Split so close to everything and amazing restaurants nearby. Just a stone's throw from Diocletian's Palace. Thank you Filip! We can't wait to be back sometime!

Lovely modern apartment with lovely design in central location in the Old Town.

The apartment had a really nice, modern design and feels very new. It's done to a high standard and details have been thought about. The quality of the bed, sheets and towels are high which is appreciated. Didn't actually meet with the host but he's available by text and was responsive.

The stairs leading to the property are shared with next door restaurant. Unfortunately a stray glass was left on the steps which was dangerous and caused an accident on arrival. Host assured me that this was a one-off.

Highlight of Croatia in terms of stays for us

Everything. perhaps the highlight stay for our time in Croatia. Easily accessible, within the old town walls of Split. Great restaurant right below us. You can tell the host/owners really cared.

Best Apartment in SPLIT

The location was excellent! Right at the gate of the old town, hence the name Golden Gate! Very clean and cosy apartment, fully equiped with taste and stile all IKEA, and the host Filip... a kind and involved young man that wad at our disposal 24/7!!! If you go to Split...this apartment is IDEAL to book...close to everything and extra extra comfortable and cosy!!! Thank you Filip! You apartment said 3 stars, well we say its a 4 star apartment ⭐⭐⭐⭐

There is a Pizza Place right under the apartment....(excellent restaurant, excellent staff, excellent food and drinks), but if you want to go to sleep earlier, they can get a little noisy somentimes, and at the opening and closing of the restaurant.... the metal gate at the restaurant will wake you up no matter how deep of a sleeper you are 😅
