Our Paradise: Las Terrazas , P13, is an exclusive residence situated on one of the peninsula's two Jack Nicklaus signature Golf Courses. With lake and golf course views, this spectacular vacation rental located on the ground level is ideal for families and friends. Indoors, the living areas feature comfortable, elegant and modern furniture all imported from the USA.Spacious and well-appointed, this 3 bedroom with a wrap-around terrace on three sides accommodates up to 6-8 guest per stay. With fully equipped gourmet kitchen, tastefully furnished, daily maid service and a large Las Terrazas pool, Las Terrazas is quickly becoming everyones favorite “Luxury Home away from home”.
Condo Details: This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedroom suites (one with 1 king, one with 2 full beds, and a room with a bunk bed for the kids), 3.5 full baths, and walking closet in the master bedroom and 1 laundry room (with washing machine and dryer), A/C, wireless high speed internet access, in room cable TV, terrace with outdoor dinning table and sitting areas, private outdoor grill, and private parking space for one car. Daily maid service and one golf cart (4-6 passengers), is also included during your stay.
Benefits: This condo offers "Premier Membership Guest Privileges", that includes access to: Three Beach Clubs ( Residents Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club and Sea Breeze Beach Club at St. Regis Hotel), Fitness Center and Tennis Club. Golf, Tennis and Fitness Center, require a daily fee to use its facilities. Finally, for a full day of relaxation, you can attend the Remedê Spa at St. Regis Hotel and enjoy its excellent services. All these amenities are within a short walk or golf cart ride away.
Your arrival: An onsite residential concierge will greet you upon your arrival and can arrange: transportation, babysitter services, dinner reservations, special events and all your pre-trip and on-trip questions and planning.
Unique to Punta Mita: Within the complex you will find several world class restaurants, all within a short distances away at the Four Seasons and St. Regis Hotels, Residents and Kupuri Beach Clubs, and the famous Sufi Restaurant at Porta Fortuna. Throughout the resort there is a 2.8 miles recreational route for runners, walkers and bikers. If you are into outdoor activities, "Punta Mita Expeditions", can arrange for: whale watching, surfing, stand up paddle board, fishing, marine safari to Marietas Islands, scuba diving, powerboats and catamarans, etc.
In case of an emergency, within the complex there is access to two Medical Facilities with qualified medical and paramedical staff. Around Punta Mita: We recommend either renting a car at the Puerto Vallarta International Airport if you plan to visit the surroundings of Punta Mita, as Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, Sayulita, San Pancho, etc., or just arrange for an airport transfer to Punta Mita.
To get around the complex and to the town of Punta de Mita, the most fun is to use the golf cart provided with your rental.
