Werden beim nächsten Besuch in Trier wieder im Hotel übernachten

Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich,das Zimmer und das Bad war sauber und ausreichend.Um 8:00 gibt es gratis Kaffee

Petit hôtel parfait pour profiter de Trêves

Accueil sympathique Emplacement idéal au cœur de la ville. Parking appréciable. Fruits - gâteaux- eau et café à disposition.

Il faudrait mettre des rideaux occultants pour éviter un réveil anticipé en été ! !

Alles in Allem ein ordentliches Hotel.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Das Badezimmer könnte etwas größer sein. Für korpulente Personen könnte der Einstieg in die Dusche problematisch werden. Und größer als 190 cm sollte man auch nicht sein.

Super recomendo!

Funcionários super solícitos e simpáticos. Me ajudaram no checkin quando cheguei cheia de malas, e no checkout me indicaram como eu iria para meu próximo destino e chamaram um táxi para mim. O táxi de lá até a estação de trem foi 12 euros. Pude deixar as malas na recepção. Só pude experimentar o café no meu último dia, pois o servem das 8h as 12h e eu saí antes das 8h nos outros dias, mas o café estava muito bom, e os mini waffles também. Eles também disponibilizaram maçãs durante o dia, e podia pegar uma chaleira e canecas, talheres, etc. a vontade. O quarto tinha um espaço bom, banheiro também. Tinha aquecedor no quarto e espaço para as malas. Havia um andaime na frente da janela, então infelizmente isso bloqueou a vista da janela, mas entrava bastante luz por ela.

Não me atentei que não havia frigobar no quarto. Até ofereceram para eu usar a geladeira enquanto a recepção ficasse aberta, mas isso não me atendia. Além disso, gostaria de ter tido acesso ao café desde às 7h. Independente disso, recomendo a estadia.

Basically, everything was fine except the curtains.

I liked the location, spacious room, wardrobe, and beds. I also enjoyed being very close to the centre, but still on the quiet street without crowds of shouting drunk people. The self-check-in process was super simple and smooth. The stuff communicated very well with me beforehand.

The curatins were too transparent, and it was too light in the room early in the morning. I didn't like the pillows. The ventilation in the bathroom didn't always work. I assume it simply didn't work from 23 o'clock to 6 o'clock. The floor in the bathroom was not cleaned during my 7 days stay there. Couple of times I lacked coffee bags late in the evening, but I don't really complain about that.

Great location, good value for money

Perfect location right in the city centre. We arrived quite late in the evening at a time that the reception was already closed, and we got a really friendly message with all the information we needed to check in to the hotel. Great place to stay for a weekend!

The shower was a little bit small, and there is no airco in the room. Normally that's fine because the windows can be opened, but we stayed at a time that it was very warm outside and in that case some temperature control would have been great.

Great location. Beware international guests.

The location is superb - very central. The street the hotel faces on is pleasant. The room and bathroom are very large. The TV is big and has all the channels.

The hotel may not cater to international guests so well: double beds are actually two single beds. This is awkward for physically close couples as the beds separate in half. Additionally, having keys instead of cards is not as convenient.

Good location, clean and quiet with friendly staff. They gave us an Easter egg as we checked out.

Friendly hotel in good location

Location suited us perfectly for our Christmas market trip. Rooms were clean & functional. Best thing though was that the staff were super friendly & helpful.

Superb

The room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they have returned to my messages instantly. The bed was comfortable. I didn't heard any noise at night. Location was nice and very close to the Christmas market and Dom.

Heating. Maybe it's because I went there from Lisbon and I'm not used to the cold weathers but the room felt kinda chilly even with heating was at max. Not cold a little bit chilly.(Note that there is a extra heater in the bathroom but I didn't use it much since it said don't run it overnight for safety reasons.)

Convenient option practically in the center

Check-in was super smooth. Very close to center and they have a parking practically in front of the hotel. Clean room and bathroom, I would stay again for a short visit.

Room is basic and rather small, 3rd bed was a sofa-bed (we knew and were ok with that when booking, but I can imagine if can be a problem for others, specially for longer stays)

Good location close to all the main sights

Good location and close to city centre. There was an area where we could help ourselves to tea, coffee etc. and we were able to take a kettle to our room.

The staff was very kind. We were checking in past 18:00hr, so they sent an email and whatsapp to inform me how to get the keys for the room and even called me on the phone to make sure i had received the info. Also the location was very central.

We booked for two nights but had such a bad night's sleep that we decided to leave a day early. The beds were too hard, pillows were very thin and the noise in the hallways too loud. As it was the last day of our vacation, we choose to rather have lost a bit of money and sleep comfortably at home. Building itself is a bit outdated, using an actual key to open the front door and your roomdoor. No turnlock on the inside of the room, to lock your room. You'd have to leave the key in there. The room it self smelled a bit damp andthere are clear marks on the ceiling of damp issues. Leaving the window open helps a bit, but as you are quite central, it can get noisy on the streets at nights. Shower itself also shows signs of mold along the silicone kit edges. Tv had very limited channels, most of them didnt have service. Everything separate nothing too bad. But everything together very surprising given the booking.com rating.
