Disappointingly inaccessible

Friendly staff - helpful and efficient throughout stay. Rooms functional and clean.

There is no way of getting to this hotel other than with a fairly long walk making it totally inaccessible to many older and disabled people. Not the fault of the hotel but it should be made clear on the booking sites that roads are pedestrianised during daytime and that drop-off is not possible.

Mooi hotel in hartje Bath met prima personeel en voorzieningen.

Vriendelijk personeel. Goed geholpen met een parkeerplaats zoeken en het de volgende dag tijdelijk stallen van onze bagage. Prima kamer

We hadden begrepen dat de prijs inclusief ontbijt was.l vanuit booking.com Dit bleek niet het geval

Great value for money for a central location in Bath

Good location, nice and tidy room, although the room was small it had everything we needed for our stay. Good choice of channels on the tv, the shower was great! We also liked the air con unit.

The mattress on our bed was much too firm and had a dip in it so we didn’t sleep too well unfortunately.

Very cosy, small but affordable place. Pretty have what you need for a short stay.

It is as it says on the advert but it was small and felt cramped, no windows so if your claustrophobic then you might feel ish but it was fine for the night I stayed.

Everything I needed at a great price!

Fantastic location, clean and modern rooms, friendly staff & smell of the lobby is wonderful!

Bath, great location and hotel.

Hotel was clean and smelt amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant. Rooms are small and compact but very comfortable and modern. First time using a Z Hotel but will definitely be back!

Great staff, great location, great place to stay

Unfortunately during the evening I became unwell. staff were absolutely excellent, helpful and in every way what proper staff should be like. Including allowing a friend to collect my belongings the next day as I was in hospital. The facilities are great too, friendly from the second I walked in, wasn't the first time I stayed (although didn't quite manage a stay)! Won't be the last..perfect location too

Very good hotel in great location

Location, reception staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the price was good

I stayed for 3 nights. After the second night I asked for the room to be cleaned. Someone came but they didn’t touch the bathroom or gave me fresh towels. I think only the bin was emptied

Comfortable and relaxing, would stay again.

The room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee and shower gel which was brilliant because I forgot mine. Very relaxing. Staff were fantastic.

Would have liked a cooked breakfast option and car parking facilities.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff very pleasant.

Check in was quite slow. Could do with better coffee in the rooms eg Nespresso. Quite expensive although Bath is expensive. Paid extra for a window - turned out to be completely opaque except for a couple of inches at the top.

Best quality and value in town

Amazing quality for such a central location and low price. All of the staff were terrific, from start to finish. Professional, attentive, friendly and kind. Really impressed by everything about this hotel. The room was great, no window doesn’t matter at all for a short stay. TV was ace, bed comfy, shower top class. No noise from other rooms or the corridor. Reception area was nice and we had a great cup of coffee. Will definitely be back. The staff though are what makes it special, huge shout out to everyone who was working there during our stay. Thank you!
