Die Lage und das Hotel an sich ist gut.
Essen billiges Touristenbuffet.
Bei der Bestellung eines Weines wurde nur nach der Farbe gefragt und dann ein billiger Landwein gebracht.
Sorry, bei 5* erwarte ich doch etwas mehr.
Der Service max. auf 4* Niveau.
Bei uns im Bad 4 Strahler - 2 brannten, 1 flackerte.
An der Rezeption wurde Abhilfe versprochen, aber nichts passierte ausser, dass das Flackern von alleine aufhörte weil der Strahler vollends den Geist aufgab. Die nicht abschliessbaren Toiletten bei Herren und Damen im öffentlichen Bereich, geschenkt man kann ja das Zimmer aufsuchen.

Air conditioning in the room very weak and it was really hot so sleeping was hard. Staff was not really helpful at the reception when we asked for help ( early check in not possible even having asked it before arriving , sea tours office staff never available , Buffet restaurant opening at 7.30 PM once opened at 8 PM , a la carte restaurant was close for all 5 days of our stay )

Things that match 5 star hotel: hotel architecture, pool, rooms, views
Things that doesn't match 5 star hotel: staff is untrained and very chaotic, they promise to fix your broken window and nothing happens, you are contacting them by whatsapp, booking.com,telephone without reaction, you can wait in almost empty bar at evening for 10 minutes and nobody will come to serve you (and a lot of more of this). Breakfast is the same as in the cheap 3 star hotel in Alghero. À la carte restaurant is overpriced and food is much worse than in other restuarants in the city. Buffet price for dinner and lunch doesn't match the quality also

Check in très long malgré l'envoi de nos passeports au préalable.
Service au bar quasi inexistant, attente pour avoir nos consommations plus de 15 minutes (ll y avait 8 personnes en tout seulement au bar !!!
J'étais à une table avec 3 collègues (donc 4 personnes), nous avons pris 4 demi de bière. Lorsque la facture est arrivée c'était noté 5 verres de blanc et 1 bouteille de Procecco. Je vous conseille de bien regarder vos additions....
J'ai demandé une salade crevettes, le personnel m'a indiqué que c'était des gambas à la place (je me suis dit c'est parfait...). Finalement , au bout de 45 minutes, le serveur m'a emmené un sandwich triangle.
Le vendredi soir, nous étions 120 personnes (séminaire de ma société)
Toutes les bouteilles ont été préparés à 16h00 sur la pelouse et à 19h00 les "petits fours".
Saucisses, ognions froid, tout était immangeable !! Un désastre
Repas du dimanche midi (50 € par personne le buffet),
Un scandale et fumisterie culinaire.
Les seuls aliments comestibles sont les ananas.

La vue , la literie confortable
Le rapport qualité prix , la nourriture, le fait qu on nous ai annoncé au bar la fin du petit déjeuner jusqu’à 11h alors que le restaurant fermait à 10h25… nous avons payé un petit déjeuner pour rien . Le personnel est désagréable. Aucun n a jamais souris . 15 mn au bar pour avoir un verre pendant que le personnel se dispute … bref non digne d un 5 étoiles

Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum - insbes. der Sonnenuntergang. Auch das Restaurant mit Blick auf das Meer ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse und Meerblick - alles neu und perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kann man Urlaub machen
Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass ein Großteil des Personals erst frisch eingestellt war und das Hotel noch nicht so gut kannte. Alle waren sehr bemüht und freundlich, aber hier könnte eine Hotelfachausbildung nicht schaden.

Da das Hotel erst eröffnet hat, gab es kleinere Dinge beim Organisationablauf, die noch nicht einwandfei funktionierten, z.B. Badetuchservice beim Pool.

Esta fue nuestra segunda vez en un hotel de la cadena Mangia’s y como la primera, fue una elección muy acertada. El personal muy amable y atento (sobre todo Francesco en la recepción). Las habitaciones están perfectas, limpias y con un olor muy agradable (como a jazmín) y con una vista increíble. La cama King size super cómoda, sobre todo los cojines.
Servicio impecable. Llamamos a la recepción porque queríamos una toalla más, y en tres minutos nos trajeron dos.
Por la noche cenamos en el restaurante Donna Floriana donde comí el mejor plato de pasta de toda mi vida.
Fue genial. Para repetir sin duda.

The updates to the hotel were done really well! The seating areas and loungers throughout the hotel made us really comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t anything crazy but more than good enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was always clean and tidy. The hotel is in an awesome location to access the town and all of the surrounding beaches. We loved it!

First of all , property is great , looks beautiful, obviously recently reopened . It’s secluded few miles from nice town Santa Teresa Gallura . Room was specious , food pretty good . You don’t have a lot of options but almost everything they served was very testy .
We came 6pm and got room after more then hour waiting . Check in starts at 3pm and had to wait after 7pm to get in the room , unacceptable. Managers standing at the front desk nobody came to explain , to offer refreshments or anything . You getting pool towels and if you want to change them you have to pay 5 euros . Place definitely has potential but organization needs to be better .

Newly opened in June 2023 and the property is of course new but the room smells freshly painted 😞
Very dusty and the staff isn't trained to face the summer peak travel.
Sadly even the facility has its potential, the entire experience is 3/10 for us.
The staff.... truly isn't trained and front desk agents are very slow and lost. I was told there isn't currently a front desk manager, and all falls on The supervisor at the moment.

Don’t mind the negative reviews! The resort is absolutely beautiful. Amazing sunset view every night. The reception was very welcoming and helpful. We had a first floor room with a private terrace and it was amazing. Housekeeping staff was very professional. A private car will take you to the sand beach and back everyday but there are other beautiful rockier beaches very close. Definetely recommend!
As the resort is newly opened there is some still disorganization which is maybe due to lack of staff. In some mornings it was difficult to find a table in breakfast buffet because the tables werent cleaned etc. However the girls were really helpful and did their best. Maybe doing the breakfast in two settings could help but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and would come back anytime.

Completely refurbished asset, and the sea view rooms are gorgeous. Amazing location with both rocky and sandy beach. The general Manager Amedeo is always available and very attentive to all customers. We are plannig to come with also our kids for a longer stay

Good location
The hotel is the worst value for money ever. Absolute scam. Here’s what you get for €350 a night:
1. Parking lot is a literal rubbish dump: napkins, cans, bottles etc
2. Resort is pretty big, there are no signs how to get to the room, so you will find yourself wondering for half an hour to find your room.
3. The room was not prepared: no complementary water bottles, no drinking glasses, empty mini bar, no ‘do not disturb sign’, no napkins, no toothbrushes, hairdryer had a UK plug (in Italy..). The room had a terrible smell and air conditioning buttons didn’t work.
4. Incredibly rude and incompetent staff, lack of customer service skills. Room service walked in on me naked, when I was saying do not come in( again there was no do not disturb sign)
5. Private beach does not exist. The hotel description is false. There are no sun-beds and umbrellas as advertised. It’s all photoshop. In reality it’s a massive rubbish and rock dump with no safe access
5. Breakfast was a disaster, there was no food but some gone off left overs. Had to wait 20 min for a coffee.
6. On site restaurants are terrible as well. Had to wait 35min for someone to come and take my order
Overall this hotel should be starless and is not worth more than €50 a night.

very much a family vacation hotel. the kids club pretty much takes over the whole place so not idea if you don’t have children / want a quite adult holiday.

The room especially was very cute,clean, modern finish and with a quite big bathroom. The sea view and the sound of the waves hitting the rocks made my evening special.
It was a good option for us for the location, but it was a bit expensive for a single night, you don't get to enjoy the pool if you arrive late (8ish). The price for the dinner is way to much for what was offered. I would recommend you eat somewhere else if you spend just one or two nights here.

We had a room with sea view right over the pool area. The view was beautiful. The breakfast was excellent also. The room was huge with a separate bedroom and an enormous balcony (same size as the room!).
Every evening, there was a party at the pool. The loud music ended after midnight, but people kept making noise at the pool and it was hard to fall asleep. The air-conditioning in the room was not powerful enough for the hot weather outside.

So many things:
1. Not followed COVID protocol, as we saw people so close to each other at the common areas, restaurant included,
2. The structure is outdated, the food and affairs quality is not what I’ve seen and expected from a 4 star hotel in Sardegna,
3. Location: a lovely but far away address from a lively town,
4. If the weather does not help, you can have heavy winds and rough sea for several days,
5. We tried to cancel the stay the minute we arrived at the hotel (just after witnessing such issues) but the reception team refused to collaborate with Booking.com and with us to solve our discomfort
